My parents just moved to Mississippi and bought a brand new fridge almost a year ago. The fridge isn't working and is past its 6 month warranty. I just called and tried setting up a repair guy to come look at it because their website says they offer that and I got the rudest lady ever answer the call. She was clearly annoyed that I called and hung up on me. I'm sorry if you don't offer the service but u don't have to be rude.

For some reason, it's very difficult to get anyone to help you without feeling like you're a burden to them. Although this might just be a Mississippi thing. Heaven forbid a customer actually needs assistance.

I like this place because it has everything you need and more. We were there for items to refurbish a rental house. The best way to go about this is to use the Lowes App. It gives the location of everything on your list. We got good prices on vinyl plank flooring and a few other repair items. We almost always use self- checkout. The people there are knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

I dont know which parts of OSHA this violates but its definitely more than one. Easily had been there a while. This store is the white elephant of McComb. If you can help it, Go to Walmart. But if you are in need of home improvement supplies and your amazon account does not work then you can compromise for this store.

I bought a Craftmade zero turn mower from them then I need an air filter for it NOPE don't have it got to order it. But here again you buy a mower from them you spend 3200.00 dollar thing they would have the parts for it NOPE!!! I will be taking my business to HOME DEPOT at leases they will have the part..

I placed my order online so I could have it ready when got there. I really don't have much knowledge when it comes to plumbing parts and shopping at Lowe's. I am a 44 yrs old female that's just learning. It would have been so hard finding all those parts I needed so figured I would order online. So when got there the other person I was with needed a few things so we walked around for about a hour before I tried checking in for my online order. I actually stood in line waiting for a few cause there was only one employee behind counter that was on the phone. So another employee had walked up so we asked him and he said u have to ask her I'm doing something else. When it should have been that employee to help me in the first place he was standing where the online pick up orders was to be. Then went back to the other employee that was still on phone and she finally asked and she tells me that order isn't ready and it would be some time before they got back cause she was on her lunch break. Due two two storm Marco and Laura need a back up gas power generator, they had none in stock when I ask but had a truck load coming in couple hours and ask if I wanted to put my name on list to hold one which I did and just as Lowe's management said the truck load of generators show up and very well organize getting everyone generator loaded up, want to thanks Lowe's team for holding true doing as they said they will do, again thanks

If you could give this location 0 stars it deserves it. Most of the employs seem put out if you ask them a question. 0 for customer service by Michelle Magee she treated us like garbage when we asker her a question. Told me "We aint got that and I cant help you" ended up being that they did have it and I was helped by a employ at another store.

The only thing is I wish they had more emery cloth in stock at all times. Otherwise I actually had a employee have to use a forklift to get an item off the very top that wasn’t being displayed but did show available and I had zero problems getting a person over and to get it up for me all in all really good experience. Also very clean place.

Employees need to be able to direct customers better to find itemUpdate 3/23 apparently Lowe's has stepped up their game. In 3 departments today I received great help with cheerful attitudes. So thankful things are getting better

Purchased flooring on a Monday for a Thursday pickup. I was told that the order would be pulled and be ready for pickup Thursday. I went Thursday afternoon to pick up flooring. The computer said the flooring had not been pulled. I told the employee that I was promised that the order would be ready. There was little concern for what I was promised. Over an hour later the order was finally ready. May have to find another place to get my supplies. Store also seemed to be woefully understaffed.

After buying a washer and a stove, they told us they would hook up the gas stove and charged $20.00. When they delivered it we were told they don't hook up gas stoves. They refunded the $20 but we had to find someone to hook it up.

Took about 25 minutes before I found someone to help me.Then they had to get the lift to remove the box on the top shelf because no one had stocked the bin they were supposed to be in instead 3 bins had stock in them for 1 size larger than what I needed.I had tried to order online for pick-up but it wouldn't complete the transaction. I also am disabled and can't stand or walk long distance. But they didn't have any carts to ride on.Instead they had barbecue grilles in the front entrance.To complete my order get it and check out myself took over hour and a half.

Found a stove and vent hood. 8 Lowes people would not help us to pay for it at check out. Only 1 register open.They told us, they would write our name on the boxes and deliver on Monday to install. They called on Monday and told us they would only install the Hood on Tuesday and stove would not be delivered until 2 weeks later. We verified before we left that both items were in stock. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever had. If I could leave a negative number I would.

The sales staff were very nice and tried to help, but the store would not accept our old lawn mower battery in exchange for the core charge. That's a lousy policy, and not the fault of the people working at Lowe's. We went to Home Depot and got a new battery and the $10.00 core charge was refunded for our old battery.

Great trip to this Lowe’s! It was very late when I got there. Several associates were throughout the store. One almost immediately asked if they could help. I told them I was looking for 6v batteries. Another associate, a lady that was pushing a cart nearby, said to follow her. She brought me straight to what I needed. After that, she was going to accompany me to my next purchase, a new threshold, when I asked her for the aisle # those were on and I would ship my way there, she explained exactly where they were. I was checking out with the battery and threshold and the lady checking me out was very friendly and helpful. So from entry to exit, every associate I encountered was helpful and friendly.
