I'd give 0 starts if possible. Those poor animals are being treated inhumane. Within a day or 2 my daughters hamster died. Got a veiled chameleon from this lady. My poor chameleon was riddled with health issues and showed up graved (pregnant with eggs) under a year old. Unfortunately the eggs were fertilized. This lady kept 5 chameleons in one small enclosure without proper lighting, heat and adequate food. Avoid at all cost, not worth the time or money, what a joke.

I would give no star's if I could this pet shop is very sad the turtles need need better care than giving, fish room is a joke and the reptile room is a disgrace the poor tortoise needs a much bigger space, like the size of reptile room and it is very hot in there..... I would not call that a pet shop. Sorry for the bad review but to those that think it is good do not know better. Can not give five star for animals that are being abused and the smell was horrible

Truly a depressing sight I am a betta rehabilitator and seeing the awful conditions they are in is heartbreaking. The owner is very kind and seems to truly have the best intent for her animals but it's awful the supplies are pretty up to date and not bad quality but the hermit crabs are in tiny little plastic... To go boxes? The fish room is so dark and the snakes have no stored fat in their tails also the poor sulcata tortoise clearly has splayed leg syndrome. I really hope as sweet as the owner is she can give the animals proper living conditions.

Even though it has changed locations recently, the merchandise is so old it still has dust caked on. Lots of animals together in small enclosures, not sure if that's what's best for them, but I'm sure the owner knows what she's doing, right?

It's a quaint hole in the wall pet shop, it's a good place to go if you have snakes that eat live feeder mice, and good service
