Excellent customer service and products. I've bought leashes, e-collars,GPS collars, controller holsters, and upland training supplies from Snell's, as well as contacted them for customer service. Their products are top quality with fast shipping and their customer service is prompt, friendly and efficient. Their email communication regarding updates and shipping is also excellent. I highly recommend this company and will definitely do business with them, again.

I ordered some simple items and was told they were all in stock. I was sent a conformation on the order and that it was preped for shipping. It has now been 16 days since I got the conformation and still no package, and no idea when it will arrive. Really disappointing.They (gun dog supply) contacted me the next day and sent a new order. Can't beat that for customer service when the 1st order was not their fault!

I love everything about the collar, nameplate, and matching leash. The collar and leash are very attractive and durable. Both are easy to clean and dry quickly. I plan on re-purchasing if my 8-month-old lab puppy outgrows her collar.

Received a large order in one day. Quality products. I had ordered some treats for my pup expecting a normal size bag. I was pleasantly surprised as it was larger.Only suggestion. A training DVD accompanied my order. I do not have anything that will play that. It would be nice to see it offered on more current technology platforms. It was free, so I really can’t complain. Will order here again.

I had a bad transaction to where weekend sales exceeded stock, they shipped my order and then notified me that the electronic collar was out of stock. Steve called personally to apologize and was willing to do whatever to make it right. In todays busy world it is hard to do what steve does much less find any business out there willing to do what these guys are willing to do! If there is something I need for my hounds it will come from steve, even if I have to wait a year, as long as it’s not urgent. Thanks steve and the guys at gun dog!

I ordered a collar and it was too large for my dog. I called and they had no problem with exchanging and attaching the engraved tags to the smaller one. I returned it and sadly my dog passed away unexpectedly. They were sympathetic and refunded my money. Excellent service and I will use them again if I get another dog.

I was shocked that I had to pay $68.00 for shipping. I am a new customer and assumed your XL size would fit a XL kennel. I don’t know how small or large their company is and maybe they cannot afford the shipping cost either but it would be helpful to add that it may not fit certain brands like Petmate somewhere in the description. After shipping it back there is no way for me to even afford one that fits the kennel I have. I’m very sad and frustrated. However the quality of the product I ordered seemed good even tho i never got to use it.

Placed my online order for a Dokken Red Head training duck and two dog beds on Sunday and they arrived today (Wednesday). Free shipping was a bonus as well. I didn’t actually talk to anyone but the online order process was fairly simple. Everything looks good and my Labrador (Bosch) is walking around with the duck in his mouth and he loves it. This company is kind, courteous and provides durable beautifully crafted leather collars. I purchased one for my Golden Shepherd mix a few years ago and it is still just as beautiful and durable as the day we bought it. We are not hunters by any means, but truly appreciate the quality of this product. We have recently purchased a collar for our friend’s Rodesian and it’s just as beautiful. I recently purchased a dog crate fan. These are expensive accessories that help keep working dogs cool inside of a kennel/crate. I was initially happy with the fan and then it stopped working. I contacted Gun Dog and was given a return Fed Ex label for the fan that was not working and I was shipped a new fan. No questions asked. I have purchased many things from Gun Dog Supply. I have watched many of their videos and product reviews. They are my go to supply source for hunting and training dog supplies/accessories. They own hunting dogs and they hunt with them which means they get it. Steve is highly respected in the dog hunting and training community and this is not his first rodeo....he has been doing this for decades. This is THE PLACE for hunting and training dog products.
