Customer Service is GREAT!!But the prices are WAY TOO HIGH!!! I understand it's the only grocery store in Marks but that is a very low-income area as well. So, in my opinion, the prices could be cheaper. This is why the residents drive to Batesville and Granada to grocery shop.

I really appreciate the sacrifice and effort that Mr. James put in in order to give the city a place to shop for groceries. We know that the cost is up on food and everything else . If you check your weekly paper, you will see many items on sale. Nice clean and sufficient.

This store is unbelievable. It is completely remodeled with new equipment, fully stocked shelves. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well maintained. The meat is fresh. We ate a beef roast that was superb. For a delta town grocery store there is none better. Marks use to be a food desert, now we have one of the best stores in the delta.

This town has a lot of poverty and this one and only grocery store is outrageous on their prices!! I have no idea how they will be able to stay in business.

They are very nice people and a great store to shop at some of the best prices around. In my opinion some other stores could take a hint from this small town store for their customer service.

Grateful for Jeffcoat's. Good selection of groceries. Fair prices. Weekly specials. And oh my.... Ms Mary and her hot dinners. The fried chicken is the best around. Great meal for an amazing time. Once again thank Mr Jeffcoat for blessing our town with a wonderful and needed grocery store.
