This review is specific for Kendra at the pharmacy. She is absolutely amazing. I came in because Walmart was unable to fill a prescription for my father due to the strength. My father needed the medication due to a broken hip. The medication was 106, which was quite expensive and placed my mother in even more distress coupled with caring for my father. Even though she didn’t have to, she was able to find a coupon discount to bring the price to 36. Both my and I are so thankful to her for her kindness and patience. If you read this, thank you. You have no idea how appreciated you are!

Do NOT schedule appointments online for this facility. They was unaware that they even had an appointment scheduled for someone when we arrived. If you plan to get a vaccination through Magee Walgreen’s I would suggest planing to sit there at least an hour, and I also suggest that you know what vaccines you are capable of mixing because they’re absolutely unsure. The lady that gives the vaccinations provided wonderful service, but the lady that handled the front had no clue as to what was going on. I will NOT be wasting over an hour of my time for this facility to provide only two of the three vaccinations that was scheduled. Very poor display of professionalism.

I despise unprofessionalism.I called to have a prescription transferred from another Walgreens to this one. I was told it would take 2hrs, but once I told her to cancel the transfer bc I thought it would be sooner, she said it would only take 30 minutes. Perfect. I get to Walgreens and sat in the drive-thru longer than I expected. I had my 2 month old with me and did not want to get out. I ended up going in store, stood in line for about 8 minutes, only to not be greeted by the pharmacy tech before I ended up speaking to her first. Again, I despise unprofessionalism. Gave her my info only for her to tell me it was out of stock. No one thought to call back and give an update? It would've been not only professional, but considerate.

If I could give 0 Stars I would.I left the doctor office yesterdayThey gave me a prescription [Paper]I took the paper to Walgreens in Magee,Ms as I was giving it to them they told me it would be an hour for my medicine to be ready.I came back a hour later. Now I am waiting in line for 30 minutes.Just to be told they lost my paperwork after searching for five whole minutes they found my paperwork so I just told them to give me my paperwork back. They were very rude and unprofessional.I went to Walmart they got it done within 5 minutes

Came in with prescriptions for all five of my family members because we all had the flu. They were fast and efficient. Could not have asked for better service and thanks to the drive up window we were able to keep all our germs to ourselves.

Only because I had to select a star... I despise this pharmacy. Lazy, slow, unprofessional, always changing the process without notifying customers in advance! Waited 45 minutes in line (normal waiting time is that or longer) just to tell me I need to present an ID.... NEVER HAD TO BEFORE. Unfortunately, this is the only pharmacy aside of Walmart in my town that is open for business after I get off work.

I don't take narcotics but a doctor prescribed me some I was walking and need a knee replacement I was treated like a druggy. It took them several days to order it. They claimed it was out. They sent hone the wrong prescription. Then would not take it back!! They have been out for days and I had to get ugly for them to put in an order for it!

This is the worst Walgreens in the country . It is impossible to speak to anyone at all you give needed info then hung up on . I will be choosing someone else to do business with !!!!

If you offer mix and match 12 pack sodas in the circular you should have mix and match items available at the same time!! Automated customer service woefully lacking!!

it would be nice if the pharmacy techs would wear thier mask over thier nose instead of under it. Other than that, service is good and store is clean.
