Do not take your dog here. They take advantage of your worry. Took our baby here, charged me 800$ to do a visit on a Sunday and x-rays. Gave us meds that wouldn't help bc she was in organ failure. He made up several diff plans to "help" her including a heartworm plan. A few days later we took her to our regular vet. He showed us the x-rays this guy took and you could clearly see her swollen organs. The hearworms had escaped the heart to do way more damage. I'm sad we let her go on when she could've been put as ease but the supposed emergency vet wanted to squeeze some money from us. Damn shame. She's resting now tho.

I brought a puppy there because he had been cut by tin on his stomach and they said it should be around 100 dollars, they kept the puppy all day and then called and said they couldn’t do anything with 400 dollars. So the puppy got picked back up and we were still charged 100 dollars for him sitting there all day and drinking their puppy milk! No payment plans or anything! Who turns away a hurt puppy!

Do NOT bring your animals here. I brought in my puppy for an emergency on Saturday, July 16th. The plan was for them to keep her overnight on oxygen and see if she would make it through the night. The next morning I called to see about her, nobody answered. Called multiple times throughout the day, no one answered. I even went to the clinic on three different occasions Sunday and no one was there, even though they claim to be open from 1-10 pm on Sundays. I had to go up there again this morning (Monday) just for them to tell me that my puppy had passed around 8 Sunday morning. Dr. Kennedy wouldn’t even come talk to me. I paid them 500 something dollars to take care of my dog and they didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know my dog had died.

Not happy at all with this doctor. He told me my cat needed his injury lancet and cleaned and drained that it was a staff infection.When I got there he did not do what he said he was going to do and simply shaved his leg, sent meds home with me and charged me nearly 500 dollars for nothing.Week later my cat is so lethargic and is such extreme pain and his bowels is full of Staff infection he has not eaten in 10 days and my cat is about to die

My cat was put to sleep by Scott Kennedy without our permission. My kids are horrified three young girls, they did not notify us of putting him to sleep first, we didn't know what was wrong and they did nothing to find out. Gave the cat pain medicine and let it die with no explanation. A few days later we are being sued for 500$ the emergency vet next to huddle house in Magee. They have shown no remorse and laughed and two secretary's who "work" there laugh reacted to a facebook post I made about our cat dying. They should be put out of business. I think they will

Dr. Kennedy and Maddie were awesome! My dog got shot and Dr. Kennedy was very patient and knowledgeable answering any questions I had. They genuinely care about the animals they are treating - I would definitely recommend taking your fur babies here!

Only care about money no compassion for the animal had to take my dog to another vet after being supposably treated here and they charged me a rediculous price and let him lay there for half day before sewing him up which also was done pooorly!!!!!!!!. They were nice but didn't do what should have been done. Taylorsville has the very best vet u could ask for and not expensive!!!!

I am a first time pet owner... and I’m learning... so things are a bit fresh and new with me...but taking my fur baby to Dr. Kennedy is one of the best decisions I’ve made.. he’s so patient and understanding... and even though my puppy isn’t too fond of the vet, he always gives Dr. Kennedy a wag of the tail.. i trust him very much with my puppy.
