Pharmacy is the slowest ever. There is always a line 10 people long. If you go through the drive through be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour. When asked why my prescription couldn’t be filled, was told that there were 35 e scripts ahead of me.So I, an actual in person customer was told to wait an hour or come back so they could fill e scripts? My suggestion to everyone is to go to local pharmacies, better and timely service.

This Walgreens is terrible. They never notify you if there is an issue with your insurance for your Rx. They just don't fill it or call to see if you want to pay cash. I was sent an update saying my med was out if stock. Got to the pharmacy and they tell me insurance doesn't cover it and they knew I didn't want to pay for it. How would they know if they never asked? Been waiting on my daughter's med for 2 weeks and it was delayed and out of stock. When it arrived, I wasn't notified that it was there. Called to see if the Rx was ready and I kept getting next day 3x. Called the pharmacy for the last time because the app said the Rx was pending and the automated machine tells me I have no Rx at this time. They have gotten to a point where they just stopped filling Rx or notifying customers when there is an insurance issue until you call or go in and confront them. They have really been falling off with their service.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, they are always out of everything, never have your prescription ready and ask you to come by in 4 hours and when you do its still not ready. And this happens everytime, not just often but every time. They are rude also

I really do not know why I still go to them. I have issues all the time. The latest is I called to get my birth control pills refilled early in the morning at 5 in the evening they did not have it ready. And the pills are in a packet not in a bottle that you have to count pills. How easy and quick it should be but no. And this was after waiting 10 min in a long line that I will have to repeat.

A hot MESS!!! They may as well close this Walgreens! They never have WHAT you need, you order to pick up it takes them 15 minutes to bring out one item! OR if you order to pick up just to be told over the phone to come back AFTER 9am because they’re the ONLY one in the store! Listen honey, close that location DOWN…….. QUICK! If you want great customer service, go to the Walgreens off highland colony pkwy in Madison! The store is CLEAN and neat! When entering their location at least you are greeted with a smile and a “welcome to Walgreens”…. And the manager is very helpful and polite at that location (highland colony pkwy)! So if you want to order for pick up and sit outside and look stupid OR go inside of Walgreens and come back out with nothing and look stupid, just pull up to HWY 51 location they’ll make that happen! :)

Save yourself some time and don't use this pharmacy! The staff aren't adequately trained. Some are rude. You get the impression that they don't like working there and they definitely take it out on the customers. There are always long waits and constant problems with prescriptions. Kroger pharmacy is directly across the street and provides and much faster and friendlier service!

This place gave my medication to the wrong person. All they have to do is verify name, phone and address to make sure it's the right person. On a separate incident I had to argue with the clerk because they said my medication was not ready and not in the system but I had gotten an alert on my phone that it was. One day they are going to seriously injure or kill someone with their incompetence and indifference. Please do not use this pharmacy. Additionally, the staff is dry and rude. The lady behind the counter just stares at you blankly instead of calling you over. They don't seem to care about anything.

I went as a walk-in to get my COVID vaccine booster . I was welcomed by the friendly pharmacy staff who took my vaccine card and asked me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. As I sat there waiting for my turn, I noticed how friendly each and every staff member back there was to each customer that came up in the store and at the drive thru! It was not a long wait before I received my shot and departed boosted. Appreciate that even when very busy, the staff remains friendly and professional!!

Jenna in the pharmacy is a life saver! So helpful getting me my prescriptions ready and filled within 30 minutes of me calling.

I regularly do business with the pharmacy here and they normally are pretty good but today the pharmacy tech (Muna) was rude and not very accommodating. She didn’t verify much subscriptions without asking and when I asked her about a discount for my meds she responded that there were cars behind me. How rude is that. As if I supposed to not make sure I’m paying the cheapest price. Also you can barely understand anything she says. Horrible customer service.

I try to post as many positives as I can when I review, but at this point, there are none. The staff is very rude, especially the female with white hair and glasses. Constantly snide comments to customers. Also I have had multiple issues with the Pharmacy losing prescriptions. I have several times had to wait on hold for my provider, so they could submit it to the again. ESPECIALLY during a time of many sick people, I have had to resubmit my prescription yet again. The provider confirmed they left a voicemail with the directions for my script at an exact time. It has been an entire day or calling only to be told "I guess they should submit it again". The pharmacy actually said "they didnt call, I have been here since 6", which is not true. I can not imagine if these were quality of life meds. This is a horrible location and I am sure it is a reflection on the leadership. Health Insurance requires getting horrible service at these national chains.

Barabara is nice but constantly misidentifies mine ans my frienss gender (he/him calls us ma'am everytime) due to hair length. ive gone out of my way to introduce myself to her but it never sticks. On top of that generally everytime i come in shes made some big mistake which holds the line up for 10+ minutes. I even try to bide time until there are 2 cashiers or there is no one line to try and avoid the mundane wait. if it wasnt for the promixity to my house id go to one across town. rest of staff is super dope but its been over a year of the same thi g happening everytime i go in.

6/6/2023I didn’t get his name, but the tall white guy with thick glasses and a terrible rash on his face was terrible! Didn’t speak, slamming things and a terrible attitude! You shouldn’t be up front working with the public! You sir suck at your job and probably shouldn’t have it….

This place has no care for its workers that have to drive 45 mins to work and won’t even let them off a little early to get home before if storms bad so they are home safe and not on the road and they also suck so anyone getting prescriptions filled might want to do it somewhere else
