Workers here have a very nasty attitude. They don't smile & worst part they don't even know how to work. I tried to return something, she didn't know how! Tried to send money on Western Union & she didn't know how to do that either! Everything came up correct on the screen, but she told me something way off. This location needs to either be fixed or closed! Ridiculous

One of the female cashiers needs to work on her customer service skills. She talks a bit rude and demanding to customers. It would benefit her and maybe the store if she learned how to talk to the public.

They will print your photos unfinished/uncut and then tell you to take them to another Walgreens to be completed. The other option is "We can throw them away and give you a refund.""Yeah, they do this all the time. We get lots of folks sent over from there." - the other nearby Walgreens

Incredibly slow. Very frustrating trying to get a prescription filled at this location. Do not go unless you have at least an hour to burn.

My wife ordered pictures to be picked up today, and was told "we get a lot of orders" after being told "they are not ready." I have never seen a more poorly managed Walgreen's or business. From the pharmacy to the register/picture printing area. Who ever owns this Walgreen's, need to re-evaluate the staff that runs the day to day. They are losing customers for good daily. I will not spend another dollar in this store. Good riddance.

Walgreens pharmacy Madison, Ms location on Highland Colony has the most non chalant people working in the pharmacy and the young lady that was the active manager on duty last night 12/20 wasn't that much better

They will allow one customer to stay in the drive through pick up for 39 minutes while you wait when you’ve been texted that your prescription is ready. Inside lines for prescription and regular checkout are ridiculously slow. Need new management here!!

Had a terrible experience here, so much so I changed pharmacies and will no longer use Walgreen. Just be warned if you refuse a prescription on the first day make sure you refuse it ever time you go in because if you don’t they will fill it without your knowledge. I get home and realize they filled a prescription I did not want and have denied 2 days in a row, and instead of trying to make it right by refunding me or giving me some some sort of credit the manager just laughs and proceeds to find the situation amusing. So yep, be warned. Also the stories about how slow they are is true. Get ready to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for any prescription you have pulled.Update: After going through corporate we were able to get this fixed. I am updating my stars to 2 because of this. I would still not recommend this location.

Pharmacy made a mistake filling medication that we specifically said we did not want, and they did not even sell us what we did request. They refuse to do anything to make it right, since we left the store (assuming we purchased what we wanted). Please go to an independent pharmacy where they put their customers first. We learned our mistake and will be supporting local, independent pharmacies.Edit: Changed from 1 star to 2.I had to reach out to corporate to make things right. The female manager who called me up and let me explain the issue again was very nice and ready to correct the mistake for us, but our VERY negative experience with the male pharmacy manager still makes us apprehensive to even use this store.

Just don't get a prescription filled here. I initially went inside to fill the prescription and was told it would take 20 minutes for the prescription to be filled. So I decided to come back later and go through the drive-thru, where I waited an additional 30 minutes, only to get to the front and be told that the prescription still wasn't ready and to come back around through the line. That took an additional 45 minutes. My friend was in so much pain from the surgery they had this morning, that I had to leave out of the line, get them as comfortable as I could in their home and come back. I am now in line again...hoping that it will not take another 1 or 2 hours to get this prescription in my hand. This appears to be less of a short-staffed problem, and more of a poor management problem.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The pharmacy is the absolute WORST! Don't go through the drive thru if you are in a hurry. I absolutely dread coming to pick up meds from here. I do believe they are short staffed, but I do believe it's a poor management problem.

Don’t use the pharmacy. Really bad service. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I stayed on hold and literally drove there, went inside to the pharmacy and placed my order while I was still on hold from calling home. Drive through line is too long and slow.

My wife stood in line for ten minutes while there were NO employees at the checkout counter. By the time an employee came to the counter, there were seven people in line. No apology, no explanation.

This is one of my favorite Walgreens.... the staff are all so friendly and helpful if needed, and the store is so clean! I feel very special when I go in and always leave with a smile on my face. Keep it up Walgreens!

Used to be great , now it’s slower than Walmart, if that’s possible. How it could get this way is beyond me. Looks like I will have to find another pharmacy. What a hassle !

Could possibly be the slowest Walgreens in America. Needs more staff to serve a busy area. I would recommend Brick City Drugs nearby. They are friendly, professional, and always quick to fill.

Literally the worst pharmacy. Of the 9 people in the back, apparently only 1 can assist customers. No matter what time of day you go, expect to wait at least 30 minutes

Great Walgreens location. Very spacious and clean on the inside and the pharmacy isn’t perpetually overwhelmed. The pharmacy and store staff are all very helpful.
