I wanted to give this location 5 stars, but I was torn. The store was great, it was a little hard to find help but it was clean. However, I stopped by the cafe, and the pictured guy was there. I asked if I could order a pepperoni pizza, and he was extremely rude and said they didn't have pizza. I asked if they had any kind of pizza, and he said no. Then he said we have cheese pizza. I'm assuming he was a little high. I can't understand why people come to work if they don't wanna be there.

Been a loyal customer for about 15 years from Jackson to here in Madison and as of recently service has been going downhill. First off, there’s no flatbed carts second, there are a bunch of employees just standing around wandering around when there is merchandise that needs to be brought down from the shelves third there is not single person that you asked for help that will not direct you to a manager. When looking for the manager, there isn’t one to be found. There are only a handful of helpful people and those are the veteran employees that have been there since i can remember.12/19/23 updateJust left sams they have definitely stepped it up don’t know if it’s because of the Holidays but a bunch of people working, shelves are full of inventory AND brand New Fleet of flat bed Carts!!

The rotisserie chicken is good – if you can get it-and don’t count on getting it in a pick up order. Apparently, they don’t plan that kind of thing ahead of time and if you order one, they may just be “out” at the time of your pick up. Also, be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your pick up order. Customer service is lacking. I have called before, only to have the phone be picked up and seemingly put straight on the counter without so much as a hello – before being hung up.

I'm not sure what happens to this location. Every time I go here, it takes FOREVER. I always end up spending 30 minutes at the Café waiting in line. Just in line. Long lines checking out, too.

Great meat selection! Got this 2.6 lb bone in ribeye and it was fantastic. They have a new prime meat section and the fillets are the best you can get. Love the scan-and-go checkout option and all the new self checkout lines. Clean store with great selection and products.

No Handicap parking ever. I'm sure they have what the law requires but with all the traffic they have they need to be more thoughtful of those that are disabled and can't walk with ease and short distances only.

Went to go get the J&J booster..was very fast and the staff was very nice. Glad I don't have a membership, would be broke all the time lol

By far the worst Sam's Club I have been to. The quantity and variety is good just like any other club however customer service and customer service skills are severely lacking. I bought a $44 Olay product that had an $8 instant savings credit. I understand savings comes off when you finish at the end. However, my savings did not come off. I went to the member services desk and the girl stated "we can't be overriding stuff all day". Well that's your job and you all could also fix your systems. She asked me to go take a photo of the sign even though I showed her on my app. So I did and got my refund. Additionally, scan and go kept giving me errors so I think it was something wrong with their system.

Almost always have the best price for diesel. Only problem with the service is that most of the time people need gas takes up the pumps even when they have several other options. Would be much better if the diesel pumps only have diesel and not both.

This was my second time visiting this Sam's..my first time was nice, the environment and workers where wonderful...on March 26, 2020...I went to grab a couple of items. I used the Self Checkout and needed assistants because I had to void an item. The young lady that was there was super nice and polite 😊...but the older lady that stands at the door who checks the receipt was very rude and unfriendly that's why I gave 4 stars because of her rudeness...I know we are going through rough times at this moment...but, I still believe a smile and a kind voice is a must through these trying times. She and I actually had a little altercation there at the exit...I later realized she was not very courteous on her job and decided to do this review. I felt I had to defend my self and I believe strongly in respecting my elders..I hope she has a better attitude today and so forth...

For trucks drive around fuel area and follow signs behind store to come out at from far rt side (docks). There’s a curve and they have dumpsters there. It looks like the wall has been hit a few times You must make a u-turn leaving docks and go back out the way you came in.There’s a bit of an angle (downward) to the dock and dock bumper will scrape a bit as you reverse.

Sam's Club is a good bulk store to shop at. Prices are generally good. There are some prices that may be beatable somewhere else but for the most part you're guaranteed a deal on something each time you go if you look hard enough.

The lady who was working the front door as a greeter on 09/26/2023 at 1030 is a life saver. I lost my phone and she would not give up until I was reunited with my phone. She saved me untold hours of stress and anxiety. Not to mention the cost of replacing the lost phone. Please give the lady the recognition she deserves. Thank you!!!!

Sam's Club is always the best. Number 1, they have the scan and go, which is awesome. Number 2, I loved the fact that you don't have to stand in line to pay, especially when the store is packed. Number 3, you can always find what you are looking for and go in and out. It makes things easier and smoother. The way my kids eat, I buy everything in bulks. I love it here. Did I forget to mention all the perks that come with being a Sam's Club member. We'll, you should check them out. They have really cool perks.

Staff are not as friendly as the Pearl store, and is not as organized as the Pearl store. The Madison store has a lot of potential, but not under the current management. The store was fabulous when it first opened. The management of the Pearl store should give management in Madison some much needed direction! Carts are often left in the parking lot - not collected and by the entrance.

Waited over 45 minutes for curbside pickup after checking in. I went in to check on my order and I stood there for 5 minutes before the ladies in the pickup area acknowledged me. They seemed to be more concerned with what was playing through their airpods then actually serving their customers. Terrible service and attitudes. This has become a trend when picking up from the madison location.

I would have given a 5 star review. I didn't like how the lady was looking throught everything I bought in my cart. I usually go and they checked what come up on the scanner. The scan and go was and is always a great experience because I don't have to remove the items out the cart once I put them in.

I like this Sam's. It's very clean and spacious. I feel like there's a lot more options at this sams than when we had it in Jackson.

Ordered ahead for 8am and picked up several items. Had to wait over 25 minutes because only one person was loading customer's van with some kind of issue causing a delay for everyone. Management needs to intervene in these situations. Otherwise, good store.

So sorry to the two black ladies in pickup who I offended by interrupting their phone time at work. Never felt so disrespected in my life. My mother and sister has never made me feel ths way they did and to hear the older one tel the younger one not to help me and let me wait like dam...thanks to the lady at front...was about to express my concerns to Joshua sorry if I got it wrong my guy but time was pressed. Been a member since college not once man the way I feel right now hurts. Wish I could call my mom cause idk how to feel about this

1/6/20 Update - The service for ordering online and picking up outside the store is still terrible. My wife waited 15 minutes after check in and had to go inside. The team member pointed her to her items in a cart and walked away. Corporate needs to address the situation.7/12/19 Update - The service for ordering online and picking up outside the store is terrible.Nice store. Staff are usually very friendly. Self checkout is extremely convenient. It takes forever to find items unless you've been in the store several times. Please label the isles better.

I had an issue with the pricing of an item. The customer service representative was great. I showed him the price the item should have been, without hesitation he credited me the difference.
