I recently (April 28th at 1:30pm) had an experience with a grooming service that I had booked a week in advance for my dog. When I arrived, they informed me that since my dog had never been groomed before, they preferred to gradually introduce grooming services such as clippers, shaving, and teeth brushing. Although I was disappointed, I agreed to their suggestion.During the appointment, the groomer commented on how matted my pet's hair was, even though I had specifically mentioned it in the appointment notes. She seemed to think it was in terrible condition and suggested shaving the hair completely, which was different from what the previous groomer had suggested. This inconsistency left me feeling confused.Later, I received a call from the groomer, three hours after dropping off my pet, informing me that they were unable to give my dog a bath due to some stitches. However, I had already obtained clearance from my pet's veterinarian for the grooming session, and no one had mentioned this as a Petco policy. When I went to pick up my pet, I was charged $78, and I noticed that the bath was still listed on the ticket. When I questioned this, the groomer claimed that she hadn't charged me for other services.Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and confused. The lack of communication and consistency in the grooming process, as well as the unexpected charges, made for a disappointing visit.

I just had a bad experience with this company. I brought my dog to the groomers at 1045. They told us it would be five hours because they five dogs ahead of my pet. They called an hour later to tell me that my dog had a nose bleed and bit his tongue. Stating they assumed he was nervous so they were placing him in the kennel to dry. They then texted me three hours later, stating he was growling and trying to bite them as they were getting him out of the cage. My pet has been groomed at several local groomers with no problems or any reports of him being aggressive. I was trying to find somewhere closer to home. I called the store to inquire about what happened. The grooming manager then insisted that I take my pet back to his old groomer. While on that call, the store manager states that the groomer never told me that my pet bit his tongue. The grooming manager hung up the phone on me. So of course I called back. The store manager answered and proceeded to argue when I just wanted to know what happened during my pet’s visit. He hung up and I called back numerous times in which they consistently kept hanging up the phone. My dtr came to pick up my dog and the manager called the police telling the officer I was in the store causing a disturbance. Which I was over 15 mins away at home. That was uncalled and unnecessary. Needless to say, I will never come to or purchase anything from the store ever again!!!! And the officer states they banned my pet and myself from the store. Poor management and communication skills!!! More training is needed to learn how to diffuse a situation and not make it worse by arguing with a customer.

Appointment was at 12:00. We got there just a little before and was told that there were 2 dogs before us. Our dog was there for 5 hours.

Ozzie was fantastic!! She’s so sweet and when I told her I was taking Jincy to be blessed , Ozzie said she would put bows in her hair! Jincy looks so cute and smells good!

I shop here regularly. few weeks ago was told they were out of checkout bags and asked if I wanted to pay 4.99 for a cloth bag. I DECLINED. When I went in this week I was asked if I wanted to pay .10 for a plastic bag. I DECLINED again. I will start shopping elsewhere because it's ridiculous to buy your products and pay for a bag too!! 🤬

The lady who I think her name is Kimberly groomed my dog Aniko was sweet, patient and did a great job. She didnt seem frustrated or annoyed. Also the lady who greeted me when I came in was very sweet and helpful. I will definitely recommend and come see y'all again in the future.

They did a very good job at deshedding and bathing our black lab. For the first time in the 1 1/2 years we owned him, we don't have fur covering everything. We will definitely bring him back every 6 to 8 weeks.

I wasn't totally satisfied with my dog's grooming because I asked for a bath and deshedding plus and he had a lot of loose hair on him when I picked him up and his nails seemed to have been cut not buffed. I spoke with the groomer about things. She was really nice but she's fairly new and probably not proficient in doing some of the services yet. But I would like to have his deshedding and nail buffing services done over because $75 is to much to be paid for service that weren't done right

Both Christina and Taylor were super sweet when I was dropping Aniko off. They listen to me about a bad grooming experience with another groomer and made me feel comfortable. Christina took her time with Aniko and didn't stress him out. She did an awesome job and I will gladly bring Aniko back and would recommend her to other people.
