Tinila told me in an ugly Manar that she couldn’t return a bathroom rug because it had something on it. Once I explained that I purchased it that way in plans to wash it. She pretended that she was speaking to a manager without having her mic on her ear. She then started to nod her head side to side while say no, no, no. She then started to act if the rug wasn’t on the receipt. We watched her caring on for a while before she finally returned the two rugs. This was a very uncomfortable experience.

Very rude and unprofessional employees who obviously do not want to work after the holidays! The store was extremely disorganized on 12/26 with all kind of seasonal items/ gift boxes thrown on the shelves with Christmas decorations/ items and all are clearly under "50% off" sign. Obviously they want you to pick these items thinking they are 50% off and once you take them to the cashier you will be surprised that you are at the mercy of a rude cashier who will decide if she will consider it a christmas item or not. The same item might be 50% with the next cashier but not the one you got and if you say you don't what it because it is full price you will get that rude and judgmental look that is able to ruin the rest of the day. I won't be going back to that place again.

If you are looking for anything for your home you can find it here. The store is organized in a way that makes it a quick shopping trip. The store has very reasonable prices for things you might find at an expensive boutique. The staff is very friendly and the store is conveniently located.

The manager HAS to be changed. I bought a white chair for 500+ & she refused to give me bags to cover parts of it. Seriously?

We were visiting ridgeland and visited this home goods as well. Probably one of our favorite places to browse and shop for home decor, Furniture, lamps, decor, and serveware, bed and bath, gourmet, mirrors, gift rap paper etc. Pretty stuff and my wife just loved it 😍 take my advice happy wife & happy life lol 😂 so bring them here. 👍

They have a lot of nice things for your home. If you go in there looking for one thing in particular; you might as well grab a buggy because you’re gonna get other things while you’re there.

Friendly employees, they need more stock help, there is always stuff needing to be put up and it’s out on the floor… makes it hard to shop and move around…. But still love it.

Wow! This location is very organized and clean; most HomeGoods I've been to have been quite the contrary. The bathrooms are very clean as well. I almost never find anything I like in HomeGoods yet I ended up spending so much money in this one. It was a bit crowded but I expect that around the holidays. This is a perfect place to shop for unique Christmas gifts you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. I'd definitely visit again next time I'm in town!

The store is a little disorganized and crowded...Maybe they need a larger area. A lot of their inventory seems extremely overpriced, and other stores sell some of the same things for a lot less. The staff didn't seem to be very helpful on this particular day I visited, but they have been in past visits.

This place always has awesome merchandise especially for gift giving or decking out your own home. Only downside is if ya don't get while you're there it will probably be gone when you go back.

Place was kind of crowded with items going fast. Spotted a vase really liked, went to fetch a cart and the vase was gone. Two Homegoods employees were restocking as items were flying off the shelves. Don't worry, there were still many pillows stocked. Prices very reasonable. Always double check the merchandise for damages before purchasing.

I wanted to return a cup that had a base that vibrates and is not stable and when I returned it the manager grabbed it and broke its hand. She did not accept to change any cup or return any money and behaved in an annoying way with me. I asked for her name and she did not accept to give me the name

Home Goods is a fun store! So many choices in their wide selection of home decor for every room in the home. The staff is cheerful and happy to assist with questions. Even the manager took time to help me with a picture frame. I appreciate it!

Such a great selection of home goodies. Better selection than Flowood, but not as neat and organized as Flowood. If you can manage to maneuver through then you will not be disappointed.

This is one of the good Home Goods. They are constantly putting things out. It is very rare you can’t find something good at this location. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly. They always have the most registers going at a time!
