The staff at the Madison location are terrific! Abby and Brittany are the two that I've worked with the most and they are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! I don't go to any other pet store and am happy that the Madison location is close by in case I need food or toys for my cats and dogs! Terrific place to shop for your fur baby!!

Hollywood Feed is a fantastic place. I wish the staff brought their dogs to work.Additionally, I have my dog's food delivered every month. It's great to have that 30-pound bag magically show up on my porch. I appreciate how easy it is to adjust the delivery date.

I love Hollywood Feed at Highland Colony Crossing in Madison, MS! The girls are always so friendly and the customer service is awesome! I tend to order at the last minute and they always deliver quick; even when I order with only a few more hours of them being open. Home delivery is the best!

The store atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. The store was clean and it was easy to find what you need. Mallory, one of their employees was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me choice the best food for my fur baby. This store is an awesome place to have in Madison.

The staff at this location were always friendly and helpful! I first visited Hollywood Feed about 4 years when I was searching for food to appeal to an elderly cat who wasn't eating. For the past year they have helped me select healthy food for our 18 year old dog. Our sweet Sandy dog passed away last month, but she enjoyed her last meals of food I got from Hollywood Feed. I will always appreciate the kindness of your staff at the Madison location!

I wish I would have paid attention to the salesperson's name, she was super helpful & a fantastic employee. I was in the Madison, MS location Wednesday June 14th. I trusted her recommendations on new dog food/treats & my "kids" love it. Even picked up a couple of new beds too.

The ladies at the ,Madison store were friendly and helpful as usual. My daughter had gone to Missouri and my wife went to look for a toy that would not be torn up by our Grand Puppy Luna. They found a couple of toys, one to travel and one for the house. This is an excellent source of pet supplies and the employees are friendly and helpful. Our pup, Rokko loves to go to Hollywood Feed. I tried to post a picture of him but for some reason, that part is not working at this time.

Staff is super friendly always help me find what I’m looking for. Good luck parking in their designated spots though. Always have to walk far in the rain with my dog because they’re taken by other businesses. I asked and nothing can be done to prevent this.
