Store was clean, lots of empty shelves but not as bad as Dollar General is. Employees helpful and friendly. Found everything we were looking for. No waiting in line to check out. Was pleasant.Shelves are full now, same with dollar general. Everything else is still the same at family dollar. Freight put up and signed. Nice job guys and gals.

Went in one night on a Saturday to grab some gummy worms for my kid and there was an extra large old lady with glasses on mopping. She happened to be mopping the aisle I needed to go down. She saw me coming and did not say excuse me or stop mopping. I had to step over the mop. Then after I found what I wanted and headed back up front, I could hear her stomping around grunting and mopping over where I walked. That's why I shop dollar General now.

The manager needs to start helping her employee unloading the U-boats , stop listening to people's lies they tell on her employee , stop fussing her employee out over what everybody else does or leaves out or doesn't do .

I have been shopping at family dollar most of my life and customer service has never been a strong point when shopping there but they have more affordable prices and a large variety of products to choose from.

I really think that there should be a limit to the purchase of digital coupon sales on detergent. I am so sick of not being able to use my digital coupons on detergent items because of those that make up 30 to 40 emails so they can buy all the detergent offers. Then they sell it on the internet in what's call bundle packages at marked up prices. Not right to honest consumers.
