I just wanted to say that Mr. Aaron is the best retail employee I have ever met. Every time I come here he is the most helpful most courteous employee. Me and my wife needed a certain size dog crate that was not on the shelf and he went into the back and found one that had just arrived in the truck stock for us and went far and beyond what we expected. He's an awesome employee and I'm glad to receive his help every time I come here.

The manager “Steve” with the glasses at the Lucedale Tractor Supply has the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. He was rude and out of line to me and embarrassed me in front of people in the store. He wouldn’t let me talk and refused to help resolve a matter I had. Not only did he call me a liar but he shut me down and I had no choice but to just leave because of how I was treated. “Manager Steve” needs to be replaced immediately and I will make it my mission to follow up until I am sure his rudeness and aweful customer service is recognized. Lastly, I’ve NEVER felt more disrespected by anyone in a store like I was by him.

In my experience, all of the Tractor Supply locations have very hospitable and helpful customer service, but this location is the best by far. They are always so eager to help and don't mind it when we, more often than not, run in the doors two minutes before they close trying to get something for our flocks or farm. All around good country folks. And it is refreshing to see the youngp teens that are working there and doing such a good job!

Absolutely worst customer service and lack of professionalism of any location I have ever been in.The young man that was sent to load my kennel I bought couldn’t find it on the lot, then stated ,” people just walk off with this stuff all the time, we can’t keep up with what’s here”Inside the manager tried to find a returned, and damaged unit matching my purchase, when she couldn’t do that she wanted to ship me a kennel. I had to ask her to refund me so I could be on my way. She said that it was almost instant that the refund would go to my card. Here we are 24 hours later and it was just now taken out of my account.Their customer service line is no help either, the lady that answered the line pretty much brushed this off as normal and then tried to refuse to escalate the complaint to a supervisor because “there’s nothing that can be done and other customers are in line to complain to”.Absolutely pitiful.

This is a very nice store very clean they have some good deals, You can get a 50 lb bag of dog food for as low as $19.99.with four big dogs that's welcome news to my ears .

The staff was very helpful. The young lady helped me find everything I was looking for. The gentleman at the front desk cheerfully assisted by carrying the duck bedding to my car. I came in close to closing time, but the associates were still very friendly and helpful. For the store location and storefront placement, it is actually a decent sized store, bigger than it looks from street view.

I come to buy a $700 safe here at Lucedale Tractor Supply and wanted one new in the box. Manager was very run saying I can’t buy the one in box. Thankfully a young lady name Mrs Dawn came to talk to me an said let her help. There is no reason on being rude when I’m spending $700 of my hard earned money.

Arrived approx 9am after being delayed due to severe rain and thunder storms earlier in morning. Only to find another truck parked in front of loading/unloading ramp(Schneider), with curtains drawn closed. Lady receiver was very nice and quickly asked driver to move. When you come around rear of shopping mall next to TSC it is tight in a few places and extremely busy traffic when you pull up to receiving area+ramp. Was able to use their broom to sweep trailer out after. Thanks Tractor Supply. When coming from Prichard or Saraland AL on US 98 it turns to US 198 at 4way south before town, stay on US 198 north to Winter St(MS 26?)and left onto Old Hwy 63 and left onto Cowart St. GPS had me go left(towards big lumber mill) which was long way around and I ended up coming in on Cowart St..

Completely Outstanding Service!! The knew manager James goes above and beyond to help everyone!!! I was having trouble getting a product delivered/ordered a week before Christmas every obstacle was a dead end. I decided to just call the store manager and explain my problem, in 5 min he found our son’s gift at another store. It took 2 days and he personally drove to pick it up and hv it in for us!He’s a keeper and I hope he doesn’t go anywhere if I could rate a 10 this would hv it!!!Thank you Tractor Supply

I'd like to think it's simply common idiocy that makes buying in-store and on-line a painful and disappointing process at this particular location. The alternative assessment is a managerial culture of such profound apathy that it could be considered criminal. Very disappointed with the attitudes and employee knowledge at the Lucedale branch. I would rate it lower due to my frustration with the staff, but it is fairly well stocked.

Love to go to Tractor Supply and take my dog Lucy! It's great to have a store embrace dog owners and help us by letting us take our dog in with us rather than sitting in a hot vehicle. Lucy says Thank you Tractor Supply! They also have some great Christmas gifts!

This place has some sorry staff. Friendly...but sorry. I go in looking for something and I ask the cashier ir she can help. She tells me to go to the customer service desk. As I'm walking to the desk she asks someone on the speaker to go help me. NOBODY CAME. I stood there looking like an idiot while employees kept walking by obviously noticing me waiting. Nobody came to help.

Almost every time I visit this place, I get excellent service from friendly staff. Great products and "the chicken lady" was super helpful. 😊 I take 1 star away for the few times I felt ignored as I was looking for help.

I do love TSC and they have some wonderful team. members. Yet they are consistently short staffed and they seem to still have issues with online in store pick ups.
