The guys there aren't very talkative but they have a lot of stuff, I was awkward the entire time I was there just because I would commit on something like the weather or something just to break the ice and crickets are the only thing that kept me entertained. Thank you crickets so dependable when your awkward lol but I'm sure there all nice folks perhaps I'm just more on the hello good morning side.

I've been doing business with Joe and Mary for many, many years now...has always been a good experience...fair prices with courteous and conscientious customer service...if they don't have an immediate answer or solution, they'll get you one...they truly do provide that small-business, homespun personal touch you just can't get from Walmart or corporate America - period!...I'm all about progress, but this might be one instance where we might ought to go back to Main Street instead if Wall Street.

Never ever use J & J the work is shoddy the prices are extreme the people are rude and short and you may end up with used parts at higher than new prices will never go back again. would give them less than one star if i could.

As always good service and always has parts to fix my mower. If your a DIY type of person this is the place to get your parts. Nine out of ten times they already have the part and don't have to order it.
