Ciara took care of my golden doodle so well. She was able to get all the hair out of his ears which most groomers do not take the time to do that (hair can create infections in the ear when it gets dirty).She also sends you home with a photo magnet of your pup, a brand new toy they get to pick, and treats! She also put a tie on my pup to send him home in VIP first class service!Also, I called at 7:55am on a Saturday morning and she had a fully scheduled day, and made time for us!I highly recommend to any dog owner.

Pictures speak a thousand words! We rescued our sweet Sandy after responding to a Facebook post of her being stranded on a sandbar in Moss Point on Super Bowl Sunday. She desperately needed a little bit of TLC but it wasn’t as easy as we thought it would be getting her pampered. So I posted my request for a groomer and Ciara instantly responded! The quality and compassion she provides shines through on every dog that walks through her door!!

Ciara's Pet Grooming cancelled an appointment I had scheduled weeks in advance 9 days prior to the appointment. Their reason, after multiple times requesting an explanation, was that they were having trouble getting appointments for their "main" clients. The new Groomer they had assigned me did a poor job, at full and increased price, and I just found out she is a Trainee, after being told she wasn't. They cancelled because they saw on FB where I had contacted my previous Groomer, who is awesome and also said my new "Groomer" had a problem with me. Gee, I wonder why?? Lol. This is no way to do business. Take your money elsewhere

This place is amazing, it's super clean, and the people there are really nice and easy to deal with!! The lady that grooms my dog does an amazing job and because of how well she is treated there has made bath times at home allot easier.. it's like a doggy day spa lol

I highly recommend Ciara’s Pet grooming. They have great customer service. Ciara not only makes my dog look great but she also makes him feel calm and pampered. My Papillion mix is shy and timid but when he goes to get groomed he is confident because of the time that she takes to make him feel comfortable. He loves going to see Ciara.

Absolutely wonderful services! Usually when my Aussie mix gets groomed she still sheds so badly, but she brushed her out so well that she hasn’t shed at all! I couldn’t be happier! We will continue to use Ciara’s for our pets grooming needs!

My Shichon is almost two years old and my Yorkie is four months old. I am a very picky and protective puppy mom. My regular groomer, who came to my house to groom Brie, moved away. I’ve been looking for someone to groom both puppies and today I found that person. I stayed while my babies were groomed by Ciara and she was amazing. She was very busy yet never seemed stressed even though my young puppy was terrible! Ciara was so calm and groomed both my babies exactly how I wanted. They both look wonderful! Excellent service. Very quick turnaround. This was our first trip to the groomers and Ciara did a great job with my dogs, who aren’t the easiest to handle. They came home smelling good, happy, and with some goodie bags and new toys. I’m very satisfied and will be back!
