The older white-haired female employee at the Beatline Road location is extremely rude. She did not speak to me at all when I walked up to her register, then when her card reader malfunctioned she got mad and acted like she was mad at me for using the “tap” option for my card. She said “it malfunctions if you tap”. Well, you probably need to speak to your customers and let them know that before they innocently try to pay for their merchandise. This isn’t my first run-in with this rude employee.

The staff is so RUDE almost every time I am there. For a small town, customer service is all you have. I came in to today to an employee explaining on his phone to his girlfriend why he didn't call her. I went to self check out which is always an issue. As I was walking out another women said they are so rude here I had to agree. I have lived here for 4 years. I go there because it's convenient buy convince should result in RUDE

(Only convenient because I live 1 min away) Assuming the older lady who is always working day & night, is the manager. The lady who is constantly belittling her coworker’s in front of customers as myself. Today, I witnessed her yell at the older gentleman at the register cashing out a woman and her (pre?) teen daughter. Telling him he wasted her time coming up there because he asked for her help. Today Mam, you found the right one because right after that, as I was at the self checkout waiting for my receipt to be printed. She came and accused me 2x of not paying for my items all while bickering at me. Decided to walk around the counter and stand beside me until she seen my receipt printed. Still no apology and still kept bickering at me until I told her how rude she was to that Mother & her daughter & myself. I did complain to corporate and I hope everyone who witnesses her distasteful behavior reports her. I should had reported her along time ago but this is the first time she directly attacked me.

I have waited a while to make this review. I should probably just email corporate. But, it probably doesn’t matter either way.I’m pretty sure it’s the manager. She’s is wretched. I’ve seen her be rude to someone every time I’ve been in there. I’ve seen her crawl out of her office and yell at the only other person working there with a line around the corner… Instead of coming out and helping or opening another register. The selection has gone way down as well. I avoid this location at all cost now. The one over on Pineville is way better.

Had most everything that they normally have except 2 items I normally get there 1 boxes of small slim Jim's and 2 items I love but haven't seen in a really long time that I really love and them Hormel beef tamales and Mrs swansons chicken and dumplings. Please start stocking those items again I really would appreciate it. THANK YOU YOUR DEDICATED SHOPPER........

Upon this visit, only one clerk was going out her way to ring up all the customers. The other cashier was peeping around the corner looking at the check out line grow longer and longer rather than clock in and help out. NO TEAM EFFORT. Sweat pea did an OUTSTANDING job as usual. (and you all know who she is if you go there often)

When your store closes at 10pm, this doesn’t mean lock the doors at 9:35pm. I’m sure the store was closed and locked up before then, but 9:35pm is what time I got there and the doors were closed and locked. The manager and another employee were inside, looking at me thru the glass as I stood outside checking my watch to make sure it hadn’t stopped. I double checked the time on my phone, and it was definitely 9:35pm. The sign on the door says they close at 10pm, and I live just a few minutes down the road so I shop here often and know for certain what time they close. Well since you don’t want my business, I’ll be happy to spend my money at Walmart from now.

I'd give it 3 stars if the day employees were as nice as the night time ones. The day time employees act like they are too busy to do anything, and they don't ring up your sale items correctly. I'd rather take 5mins extra and drive to the other one in Long Beach.

What you'd expect. I'd like to see kitchen timers added to their inventory. My son has a thing for them. Overall clean store without too much of the random boxes laying around for stocking and employees desperately trying to finish their duties for the day ( as I've seen in many dollar generals) overall 4 out of 5 :)

My disabled son had a complete meltdown during check-out and the cashier handled it SO well. She was caring and just an absolute delight. I will DEF be returning

My store has pleasant employees and good service and the employees are always willing to help me and put purchases in the car trunk. This is a big help to me as I have severe COPD and often need help.Store mgr is named Vicki and she is usually there.

It is a good dollarstore. It has a variety of things and the employee that I dealt with was very friendly. She helped me find what I was looking for without hesitation. It's a clean environment. Not to mention fair prices.

Big "mask required" sign on the door, yet even the employees aren't wearing them. I didn't make a purchase. Pandemic aside, this location is usually my choice.

I just witnessed a cashier deny an 80 year old veteran beer because he had no id. To think that a Man who can't drive and took a cab was turned down is just a terrible thing. Served our country in Vietnam only to have some theif of joy tell him he looked under age in his twilight years. Won't ever go back

Well what can I say. It's the dollar store. People nice. Store gets dirty. But that because those people that go to the store with third kids and turn them loose. Then get mad when You tell the kid thatsvwrong.

Customer service is horrible. I was so embarrassed by the cashier that I wanted to cry because I asked her to wait a minute and give me a price on an item she made such a scene that she was asked to go stock items

I JUST LEFT YOUR STORE AND THE EMPLOYEE THATS THERE NOW, I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT KNOWING HER NAME, EVERYTIME I GO INTO THIS STORE, I FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. WHY? BECAUSE, WHEN I GO INTO THIS STORE AND THIS EMPLOYEE IS THERE, THERE IS NO COURTESY ON HER PART. I PAY TAXES AS WELL. There was 1 cashier in the store and a long line of people waiting to check out. Somehow the cashier messed up and had to take everything out of the sack and ring it up again so that I could pay for it and get out of there.

Always good for a quick stop for bread or chips. When your in a hurry it a great place to stop. Not a good place to save money.
