The store has gotten better stock wise still has some issues. I frequently go to this location at least 15 times a week. I have over heard the GM criticizing the employees being in one aisle literally lounged on the floor stocking and the employee being in another 3 aisles away. This is not professional at all. I understand the need for constructive criticism to boost moral but not with customers around at the tone that was set . It's demeaning and plane bad management skills. I have encountered this more than once at this location. There is a place and time for everything. People skills go a long way . While this location is right by where I live it is convenient but I have started going out of my way to avoid this location due to poor customer service and they need a merchandiser to come and give better placement of merchandise. When you walk in it's just so much clutter it's overwhelming. DG always has great deals and is a great company. It just seems like this location went from stocking poorly and cluttered to poor customer service and cluttered and some what stocked .Seems like there could be a balance. Tennessee still has the best store balance state wide . Not over cluttered and great customer service and Merchandising is done very well .

It's a big variety of things that are reasonable and affordable especially to low wage workers. My contact with employees has always been well. The only complaint I have is that mostly all of them are HIGHLY CLUTTERED with new stuff for the employees to put out to purchase. Me observing the situation they just need to hire more staff. There's usually 1- 2 people in the store and that's not enough to do everything.

I have been shopping here for the past year and its become a staple in my day to day shopping. Staff is friendly and always prompt to help you, if needed. Its pretty clean and organized for a DG. The also stay open later than most locations in the area. The only negative thing I can say is that they do sell out of different items frequently but it isn't the employee's or fault of management. Its corporate that does the ordering. Other than that, its a perfect go to store in the neighborhood.

This store is not close to a 5 star review. The Manager Adam I do believe is rude and always walking around with a bad Attitude. The Assistant Manager is LOUD and always taking smoke breaks and not Cigarettes. This store should just be under new MANAGEMENT all together. The store is ALWAYS DIRTY.The selves are ALWAYS EMPTY and they never know when anything will arrive. The Bathroom is ALWAYS DIRTY as well. When I do my Dollar General pick up IT'S NEVER NEVER THERE. This store is sad and just need help.

This store has definitely come A LONG way! The place has been clean lately. Everything has been put up in its place and not left in boxes everywhere. Always quick in and out and the staff is always friendly. I am amazed at the progress the employees have made cleaning this place up.

While I absolutely LOVE the Dollar General, the employee who checked me out was quite rude. From the flat greeting, the huffing as he scanned my items(2), to basically slapping my change into my hand. All in all it seemed as if this employee would rather be anywhere else. Not their best today.

Went in to get an air freshener for my car. Saw tissue and soap on sale so I decided to purchase. The soap rang up for the sale price but not the tissue. I informed the worker it didn't say anything about a coupon. Worker didn't say anything and kept ringing my other items. I stated I didn't want the tissue if it's not the sale price. The worker said oh wow. I asked oh wow what. You work here and don't know the prices. The worker rang up medicine and asked for my birthday and under his breath said if you know it. I said excuse me you can take it off. You can take it all off. I left. I refuse to spend my hard earned money in places that hire rude lazy workers! I definitely won't be back.

Watch the cashiers. I was overcharged for a case of water that was on sale. She charged me for a completely different brand. She told me a different amount for my purchase then what it was. If you don’t read your receipt you better start now. I would rate with 0 stars if I could.

Under new management and he has done an awesome job getting this store cleaned up and stocked correctly. Has a couple new employees who are great. Glad this store is like it should be. Great job!!!

I love going to this place the manager faith and her staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to everyone that walks in that store Everyone is always greeted the store as well stocked and if you can't find something all you have to do is ask and someone will take you there themselves

Yesterday morning I stopped in to grab some supplies for work....they were doing a remodel on this store that morning. Needless to say I had to listen to the workers complain and cussing very loudly about having to work!! So I decided to leave ....I waited at the register for at least 15 minutes as the workers ignored me and never even checked to see if I was ready to check out!!!! Do better folks I won't be back

Always dirty and closes before it is supposed to. Some of the cashiers are great but managers tend to yell at them for very little. The shelves are also empty.

Faster than walmart unless they have problems with their card readers. If you go for milk its a 50% chance of having it.. kinda like playing milk roulette 😅

When it comes to dollar stores I will always value Dollar Tree the most of all, but the best alternative to Family Dollar is undoubtedly dollar general. Better service and prices with a friendlier staff.

Great place. The isles are really close tho. Kind a hard to get through is someone is comming the opposite direction you literally have to turn around to get out the isle.

They never take down the sales ad prices but when you gwt to the register and comment about the price they then go take it down and say oh that's expired smh.

It's a dollar general. Cluttered, busy,, but convenient. Easier than big stores any day.
