Restrooms BOTH happen to be out of order? And one was blocked, the other wasn't. I have a hunch it's just because they don't want to clean it. The employees gotta use the bathroom somewhere.

I have a complaint about your Long Beach MS store at zip code 39560 about your employee CINDY and the Manager of the store (I dont knopw her name) over an incident at the Coffee and creamer machines where the creamer was stuck and made a mess, and your employee CINDY blamed ME for doing it when it was becuase someone installed it backwards. And it led the Manager to approach me next time I was at the store and I was subsequntly asked to leave and not come back, the Manager would not llisten to me and turned her back on me and walked away. Its the only 24 hr store in my town and a Major inconveniance for me, Considering the fact that i have livied here 16 years and have spent at least $10,000 or more on gas and other services there and her trun her back on me is OUTRAGEOUS. this is not the first message i sent too you and the first time (about 2 years ago or so) i had no responce from you and now im back becuase I need to use the store and had figured Gas Station employees would eventually leave but they are still there

Got a Powerball ticket and expected it to be for Saturday evening's drawing (the same night I purchased it, around 8:00pm), but realized the drawing it was actually entered for was the following Tuesday night's drawing... Just make sure you carefully check your tickets.

I come here almost daily to spend money because it’s convenient. That won’t be happening anymore. Earlier this morning, I come in to get a coffee refill, pay for it and cup tears outside. I come back inside to let them know and they just say “go get you another cup and you have to pay for it” I see two problems here. First of, why not get a refund for the refill I had just paid for? And it even burnt my hand lol!!!! Did they care? No!’n Secondly, their attitude was simply terrible, unprofessional and downright careless. Normally, when I get my coffee all mornings, the machine says “tray must be cleaned” so when I tell them they roll their eyes at me like I’m bugging them. So I learned how to do it and I was fine doing that but bye bye. I refuse to give my money to a place that does not value my business. One more thing about this place: the three ladies up front are always discussing their personal lives in front of customers which is uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Going to Waffle House for coffee from now on and sending circle k corporate an email because of course they said I was banned from “their” store. Thanks.

Stopped at this store around 1:45am. Walk in, the clerk is in the middle of the store, the person who walked in behind me went straight to the register and she was no where to be found. She gets him whatever it is he needs and I'm looking for something to munch on. I turn isles and see the clerk standing in front of the counter just staring at me with her arms crossed. I continued to look and she continued to stare. I start walking towards the front to the drink machine and she goes to walk behind the counter and when she realized I wasnt ready she came back out, huffed, and crossed her arms again. When I got to the register the first thing she said was "when is your baby do" I said "excuse me" and she repeated herself. I replied "what baby?" And she said "I thought you were expecting" and I said "um, no" she rings my items, gets me cigarettes, and scans my ID and cigarette coupon, about 3 or 4 minutes went by in silence and she blurts out with "you got a pouch like you're expecting"This is an older lady with reddish shoulder length hair. My whole visit was horrible. I felt rushed and comments were made about my physical appearance. This lady was VERY unprofessional.

Horrible experience after the worker Short Lady Black Hair (sherri) mistreated me and accused me of having a fake id . and have a officer come to check it pulling me over.( officer said she needs a class before check id's) my id was 100% original . as well treated other customers . This was not right and kangoroo express should not have someone such disrespectful working .This is not for all the workers in the company everyone else is welcoming.She haves a attitude and is really rude with customers . Not the first time i see . So i NEVER GO AGAIN to THIS GAS STATION.

This worker named Sherri has terrible customer service. She is very unprofessional. One day an older man was buying a lottery ticket and he needed help, she was really rude with him. It happened right in front of me. She treats people like trash. Don’t go to this gas station.

Everything the typical gas station has plus beach toys!! If you are a cappuccino person this is the place to go! They have 10 different flavors of cappuccino. I like to do half coffee half cappuccino and they never fail me on their cappuccino or their coffee!!!
