Everyone there is super friendly and helpful! They were extremely informative and handled my cat with care. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions without being judged, and each answer was well informed, but explained thoroughly. I will definitely be bringing my baby back here!

They were all very sweet to my fur baby as well as to me. You can tell they all have a passion and love for animals. They aren’t extremists who make you feel bad, nor do they shove products in your face like some commercial vets might. They’re there for your animal. I was also surprised by how fast everything was. I was there no more than 15-20 minutes and my cat received all his shots and blood work, plus cuddles. Great experience! Also, I personally did not find it costly at all. Very affordable for my cat’s routine visit.

We love the veterinarians and staff here! They take their time, and prices are affordable. We've never waited longer than a few minutes to see the vet. Their online system for getting our dog his medicine makes it easy to get refills.

This was our first visit, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I was very happy with the way the vet took time to get to know our dogs before doing a full exam as they were very nervous. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy here. You can see that they really do care about their clients, two legged and four legged.

The Doctor and staff have shown true concern for the proper care and comfort of my dogs over the years while keeping in mind I have a limited budget. I recommend this Hospital for your various pet needs! I have noticed some unusual pets under their care such as; gerbils, fish, and turtles, besides the usual cats and dogs. Update 4/18/2022; a few different faces, but felt mine and my pet's concerns were considered and understood. A pleasant experience during a short notice appointment!Update 2/4/2023, Dr Kaletsch has help in Dr James and I have found her to be knowledgeable, understanding and caring while diagnosing and treating my dog. I am confident either Dr could take good care of my pets!Update 3/19/2024, The staff was very helpful in bringing my dog out after a bath. I was on crutches so doing so myself probably would not have ended well! Thank you!

I am just 18 months living on The Coast and I am so grateful to Beatline Oaks Veterinary Hospital, particularly after having had the same vet for almost 15 years where I lived previously.Dr. Kaletsch has been looking after my cat and he always makes me feel like she matters and that I matter. Really, all of the staff make me feel that way.My cat gets exceptional care and I always appreciate the kindness, the teaching, and the time taken, whether it is a routine exam or there is a problem. I feel very lucky to be a client here and I am so thankful!

We moved here this summer and started seeing Dr James for our senior dogs. She read up on their history and made sure to give us a good action plan. Dr James takes the time to discuss any concerns we have and discusses all the routes we can take. The whole staff at Beatline Oaks are friendly, gives you the time you deserveand need, and really care about the well being of your pet. They are also quick to respond and good with appointment times. We are very thankful that we have found them! Thank you Beatline for all that you do for us!

I have been bringing my dog there for the last two and half years she very ill and under distress this morning and they would not see her. They advertise as an emergency hospital for animals but I was told they were busy and couldn’t see her. I was very upset that they refused to see her when we needed them the most.

They have been helpful until my last experience. They kept wanting me to bring my dog in for repeated visits when they could have done everything in one. After hundreds of dollars and not getting anywhere. Weather it’s because they didn’t have the equipment to perform every thing at once or just didn’t want to is beyond me. I have a dog of very old age and after seeing him 3 times he ran out of meds, and needed some relief from coughing. I went back to see if they could refill his meds and gave me the run around . They said they were busy when I was the only one there. They knew his condition after repeated visits and had everything on record from the past 2 weeks. The story was well we have to see him again and we don’t know what he’s taking. When it’s right there on the computer. I asked nicely would you just refill the meds over the weekend, to give him some relief till I bring him on Tuesday they said no.. Then they gave me the option to have the vet make sure to call me and look his records over to give him the right meds, when they saw him a week ago. She never returned my call. It honestly just seemed like a money pit. When I came in to talk to them they didn’t want to be bothered. Why not just do everything at once, like the vet I had to end up bringing him to. Now he’s passed away. Not happy with them this last time. It’s a shame. Probably will never come back again. Bad service and rude people that I haven’t seen there the last few times I came in. It was a Friday. If you are used to normal service I’d stay away at the end of their week when they are ready to go home.(After your Reply) it’s funny how you don’t even acknowledge what my review was actually about. Two other vets saw him and said his heart was normal.. He ended up having lung cancer which they saw from an x ray. Which I was also shown. You didn’t even offer to show me an X-ray or do a thorough check up on him that I could see. Im surprised you couldnt figure that out after 2 X-rays and 3 visits but they could In just one. Im not a vet or doctor, but I know what cancer looks like on a x ray. They also said you should have refilled my meds especially if you knew his condition to make him comfortable.. Supposedly the dosage was off too they were surprised you didn’t give us more when I asked. Maybe y’all just didn’t care who knows what’s done is done ..You didn’t seem understaffed to me that day I came in. Their was 3 of you doing nothing and the girl at the front desk playing on the phone. I’m sure doctor kaylish would be disappointed if he knew this went on while he was absent. He’s who I initially saw, I don’t think he would be happy.

The best, most Caring place to take your fur babies. Dr.K, Savannah, Brandy, the whole crew are amazing.They cared for my previous dogs through their life. Now, we are starting a new chapter with 2 new puppies. I wouldn't go Anywhere else.!

I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. Every time that I have been in, my questions are answered thoroughly. I never feel like I’m given a runaround about medications, diagnosis, or treatments. You can feel the passion that’s in each person in that office. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies!

The most professional, clean, friendly, calm, etc etc veterinary office around. They don't just "treat" their patients, they actually care about them.Taking animals (especially cats) to the vet can be so stressful. Beatline Oaks takes MOST of that stress away.HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Joey and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and love animals. They definitely helped my sick kitties get better. I've been going there for years now and everyone is fantastic. They try their best to squeeze in sick animals and will always take the time to explain everything to you. I highly recommend them to anyone with a furbaby.

This place is one of the best places to take your babies. They are reasonably priced, they truly care about your animal, and always call when they say they are going to! I love taking my kitty there. Even though my cat does not feel the same!

We moved to Pass Christian from New Orleans recently. I drove my husband crazy researching the vets in the area. I read about Dr Joey who went to LSU for vet school. That was a plus as we are big Tiger fans. We took both of our dogs there for boarding and I was impressed with how nice Brandy was when setting us up in their system and making reservation. When I dropped them off everyone was so friendly and the tech who took them back said hello and greeted both dogs immediately. We picked them up and they had their baths and seemed very happy.We took them for a second overnight boarding and were equally pleased. We have found our new vet!! Thanks everyone at Beatline Oaks for being so good to Gracie and Pepper

Dr. Joey and his staff are amazing. Dr. Joey has always given me strait answers to any concerns I've had. The staff treats my two dogs as if they're their own. Couldn't be happier with them over the last 3 years. I've even used their boarding service several times and both my dogs came out just as calm and relaxed as they would from being at home.

After unexpectedly losing our dog in a tragic accident, Beatline Oaks handled our little fur-girl with tender care until the crematorium could take her. Then they lovingly returned her to us. Being able to have her back the next day was a small comfort during an exhausting and emotional time. Thank you for handling everything for us.

When I moved here Before Hurricane KatrinaI brought my old baby girl and they were great. We said we would never replace her. But we adopted a Pit Bull who we love and spoil. They are wonderful with our boy. I have had to board my dog for my job at times. He gets excited to go.That tells you they are good people. I think I spoil my boy more then they do but they take wonderful care of his health.I love Dr JoeyI had paid $$$ for my boy surgery but he's running like a champion. I have been to other Veterinary clinics and got bad vibes I have always felt welcomed here. And it was so nice to know that even though my old dog past away they still had us in the system 7 years later.

This is the BEST clinic we have used. My dog gets anxious and is not social at all. I shared this information with the staff and they made sure that they weighed my dog and put us in a exam room right away instead of waiting in the waiting area. They took very good care of my dog and made sure she was comfortable. The entire staff is awesome. I highly recommend this clinic.

We searched high and low for a groomer for our cat anywhere on the Gulf Coast with no luck until Beatline Oaks Veterinary listed they were starting grooming. Well they did a fantastic job, our Buster looks great including a shampoo. Highly recommend using them!

Will never take another animal to thus place ive never seen where a vet doesnt know how to calm a cat in order to give it an exam . Not only thst but did not find out what was wrong and they charged me 462 ,00

My regular groomer wasn't available, they were willing and fit me in and his nails looked great. He's my ESA baby so I didn't like not being able to be with him during the clipping but he did well, they said.
