Asked 4 people to help my son about a memory card... took a customer to help us. Then, almost 20 minutes, and we still can't get the memory card out of the lock box... leaving and getting it somewhere else... oh, and a Manger even told me to ask someone else to help us.. update.... a lady refused to get me the seasoning off the top shelf on this same visit.

Just moved here from the coast and this is the only Walmart within 30 miles, which is awful because it's quite possibly one of the worst walmarts I've ever seen. The staff is incredibly rude, the store is dirty, unkept and gross. I bought the ingredients I needed for dinner. The garlic bread I picked up, unknown to me, was moldy and expired. This is DISGUSTING. Also-they have a serious problem with keeping anything in stock. They are consistently out of practically everything. Ive been several times and thus far, there hasn't been a single time where at least one thing on my list wasnt in stock. Usually its more like half my list is out of stock and I end up going to another store. And you may think, "well its walmart, what do you expect." To that I say the walmart near where i lived on the coast was nothing like this. It was clean, stocked and the staff was fantastic. I will NOT be going back. Someone needs to do something with this store.i refuse to give my money to this corporation. Maybe if you actually look into this and make some real changes. In the meantime, I'll literally go out of my way to avoid this place. Just awful 😖Edit: I ended up going back 3 days later to look for something specific and that spilled milk was still on the floor. How gross is that!Edit 2: On a regular basis, the walmart app will say they have something in stock but when you go to get it or oder it, it won't actually be in stock. Walmart corporation seriously needs to do something with this store. It's the only Walmart within a 30 mile radius. Down on the coast, there's 4 different walmart supercenters and a plethora of neighborhood markets. Here, there are NO neighborhood markets and the next closest supercenter is 30 miles away. For the love of all that is good, do something walmart! Clean up the store! Open another walmart in the area! Shut this one down! Just do something! This walmart is AWFUL.

Lines were Horrible. Employees were absolutely NO help. And Rude. Except for the lady greeting customers on the side with the subway. She was Very nice & professional. Her & the young lady working the customer service register we're both the only good things from that trip!

I would give the store a 5 but for my last 3 orders I have placed online the item of Farmstand medium salsa showed that you had it in stock but when I am shown my order is ready it is not with my order. I normally buy 4 or 5 of them a month. Maybe you can find a way to track items not picked by the shopper and get the numbers straight in the computer. This one item is a staple in my house.

Lazy rude service! My granddaughter had to ask 5 people before she could get someone to assist me with getting cat food off top shelf. Went in last night and about 6 workers were running around the store chasing each other. I could go on and on but no point cause nothing will change

Seems the door greeter Linda needs to lighten up a bit and learn more about Walmart+ and the options it offers. Scan and go is supposed to be convenient but not when the door greeter doesn't understand the process and goes thru your items one by one making you empty all your bags searching for that item that isn't on your receipt. What happened to spot checks? She had her mind made up that we were thieves and she even told me not to use the service in the future because they need to SEE me pay for it 😂 embarrassing but eventually vindicative when all $350 worth of groceries are proven to be on that receipt. Nice of her to take the embarrassment off my shoulders to wear on her own 😉

Even though I nearly always find what I'm looking for and on the rare occasion I don't, the employees are always helpful. But this is also starting to be a problem, the lack of employees. It seems every month there are fewer employees on the floor and definitely absent as cashiers. Nothing is more frustrating than standing in a line behind someone who doesn't know how to operate the scanner. Or super elderly. Or even worse, both. Please bring back human interaction. Except for the annoying person at the door wanting to look at my receipt... After I have waited impatiently in line for 30 minutes, scanned and bagged my own product and meticulously made sure everything was scanned.

Literally could/have stayed in here for HOURS! There is so much neat/have to have stuff inside here. So many toys, clothes, crafts, and obvious foods. I wilded out yesterday. And I mean that with my chest. I definitely recommend Walmart to everyone. 🍫🎣🏹💅🔒🥑🏖🏕⚽️🎁🎟 🚣‍♀️💚

Very, very RUDE employees, and manager!My daughter went in to purchase hearing aid batteries this morning---she wears them in BOTH EARS and they were dead--- she picked up a package that stated they were $14.99, gets to the selfcheckout and they rang up $22.99, so she requested help from the associate and the associate went to the display and saw they were indeed advertised for $14.99. She couldn't fix the problem in the self check out and told my daughter to go to a regular cashier, and they'd help her...My daughter was met with pure UGLINESS, and ALL my daughter wanted was for the incorrect price to be taken down. There is NO EXCUSE for this type of behavior! Don't hire people who don't have the competency to put things where they actually go, and then throw a fit when people can't pay a huge difference in the price!!And PLEASE hire some people who have just a touch of FRIENDLINESS!I assure you we will NEVER come back to this absolutely DREADFUL excuse of a business!!

I found what it looks to be a dead animal if some kind in some gluten free chips Walmart brand blue bag. Called Laurel Walmart couldn't even answer the phones. Totally in capable!! Called Walmart 800 number not much difference didn't even call to see how my son was doing . I think I'll be using Kroger's after all this pitiful! You would think more if something was in there they had a full stock next day after making my report. Think twice before shopping at places. A large chain isn't always a good thing. Sad!!

This Walmart was the hottest one I've ever been in. I thought it was just me, but after meeting up with my dad he was needing his inhaler.Other shoppers were obviously hot also. We got what we needed most and left.Our hair and clothes were wet. We will go to Petal Walmart from now on.

We spent the night here in our motorhome kinda crowded so we waited until 8 pm to shop. We felt secure and there wasn't too much road noise after 10 pm.

The Walmart in Laurel used to be nice, but it has gotten continuously worse over the last few years. Every time we go, the shelves are BARE. Today was the worst I have seen it in a long time. The produce department had very little to choose from, and what they did have was wilted, brown, or almost out of date. Grocery shelves were so bare; it looked like they hadn’t received trucks in weeks. The dairy department had milk just sitting on the floor underneath/in front of the shelves. The middle coolers had things just literally thrown in there, no form of organization whatsoever. Every department was just bare and out of stock on so many things. Not to mention the lack of customer service from almost all employees that you encounter. 99% of the time, the “door greeters” that check your receipts, just stare at you rudely until you take the hint to keep walking. I believe there has been a change in store management, and maybe that’s the reason it has gone downhill, but it is just terrible.

I still amazes me that I literally call 10 times back to back and still no answer and when I got someone they without hesitation sent me back to the area I called 10 time’s without letting me get a word in and I was back to where I was and they didn’t pick up when I called back and the service in the store is terrible. I’m never going back 👎🏾

Every big box store has it's good and bad sides. I love the selection of groceries you provide. Bakery is much better and the bread isle as well. Selection in the craft area is good and the pet area. Sales associates are friendly and helpful and your cashier is delightful.Thank you.

Self checkout tends to be lacking customer care reps. When your needing a void. But they come out of the ceiling when you swipe left to right and they think your stealing. Is Walmart really saving that much money on self checkout. The amount of stolen merchandise that goes through self check out is insane.
