The workers here are always helpful, and they always have small crickets in stock for my tarantula. However, they are usually out of small rats. Most people don't have a reptile large enough to eat the medium and large rats, yet they always have large rats in stock. If they start keeping frozen small rats in stock more regularly, I will change my rating to 5 stars. They also have cats, rabbits, fish, and sometimes bearded dragons, ball pythons, and corn snakes up for adoption.

They said my baby was aggressive and won’t let them cut around his face.The man who cut him said he worked as vet so surely he has experience some bites from other dogs.There were plenty of dogs there that could of bit him.I hope y’all go out of business soon.🙄

They have no idea how to take care of betta fish. They all look sickly. I bought one healthy one and the next day it died! Do better and educate your staff about proper care.

They're ok plenty of selection of products but they usually only have 1 or 2 people working the hole store so sometimes you have to find one of them when you check out but thats like 1 out of 5 time I go

The grooming department has always done a great job on my dogs! And the store employees actually talk to my dogs and acknowledge them instead of just ignoring them like some places do.

The employees are friendly but every single time I go they don't have everything I need. It gets extremely frustrating. They seem to almost always be out of super worms, they said they sell out quick, well order more, please... we have a bearded dragon and also haven't been able to get the right light cause it has been sold out twice. So frustrating. We usually end up having to go to Hattiesburg... we do have our dog signed up for the dog food there, so I do recommend that because after every ten bags purchased you get a free one. Just wish they could keep things stocked. Also they didn't have crickets. Usually they have live crickets... the last two times they didn't have any live ones.

Meko is THE best employee there, she should be a manager! I have been going to this store 6 years. From my first visit she has remembered ALL 4 cats names, all 3 dogs and all their special little querks. I look for her each visit. She knows all products, and has great suggestions when i need them. Look her up!

I went in to Petsense to purchase a t shirt for my dog that has a skin condition. I was greeted and was helped immediately. Great people & wonderful service with a variety of items for all of your pets.

I was in this store (Laural MS). a few yrs ago. As I walked past the grooming area I could hear a dog yelping. Some guy was brushing this little white dog just ripping thru his hair. The poor dog would Yelp with every stroke of the brush. the guy didn’t care that he was hurting this dog. They must use harsh wire brushes. It was cruelty. I wanted so bad to stay there until I saw the owner pick him up and tell her how they treated her dog and never bring him back here.

PetSense is a great store! They have the largest selection of pet products in one place in this area. The store is always neat and organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful. In addition to supplying pet food, (and anything you could ever need probably) they also have a grooming salon on site for baths, haircuts, nail trims and more that is open 7 days a week! They do take walk-ins, but it's best to set up an appointment just as you would with your beautician. It's like a Wal-Mart of pet products with a beauty salon for the pets.
