Don’t board your dog here. When we first entered the building, it smelled really bad. I understand having multiple dogs in one building can cause some odor, but this was very bad. I left my dog here for 3 days, and when we picked him up, he and everything we had sent with him (blanket, food container, toys) reeked of the nasty smell. I would say it is not being cleaned as well as it should be. When I brought my dog home, he acted like he had not seen water in days and acted starving. I’m not saying they didn’t feed/water him, but I’m just saying my dog normally does not drink or eat like this when we feed and water him at home. We did not receive all of the toys back that we left with him, although we had to write down on a form what all belongings he had with him. When I booked with this place, I asked the owner what time I should pick him up, and she said anytime before 5. When we dropped him off, again we asked what time we needed to pick him up and she said just before they closed at 5. The place is cash only, so we went to an ATM before picking my dog up, only to find out that they charge you for another day if you pick up after 11am. I have no problem paying for the extra day but I would’ve liked to have been informed of this when I asked twice what time I should pick up my dog. We had to leave and go get more cash. The employee who was there at pickup acted shocked that the owner had not told us about this policy. It was just a bad experience overall. I will be looking to board my dog somewhere else next time we go out of town.

Just Paws Hotel & Doggie Daycare is awesome. They take very good care of all the fur babies there. The dogs are pampered like they are babies... These dogs are spoiled... Lol 👍👍👍👍

They are not just a boarding or grooming establishment, but a vacation spot, where they love your fur babies and treat each one like the king or queen they are.Everyone gets one on one time as they meet the needs and requirements of each individual.Each have opportunities to play, socialize, or rest depending on their respected guardians request.There's even a Facebook page (It's a closed group so you'll have to be approved) where they will update you with photos or videos of your fur babies throughout their stay.

Had our Lab, Jaxx, bathed & deshedded. First time there after recommendation from a friend. Seems okay. Probably will schedule a stay for him there during vacation & see how it goes.It is a 'cash only' business which I didn't know about. So I only had 3 $20 bills to pay & they had no change. I paid an extra $10 for the service.So... be aware.

Love Just Pawz!!!! My dog is so happy there!!! When we drive up, his tail starts wagging, and he runs right in!!!! Love that they post pics and videos of my dog and others on facebook!!!! They love them like their own!!!! So thankful to have a place like this that I don't have to worry about him when we are away!!!!!

Took my toy poodle to get groomed and i wish i could post pictures but don't know how. but i asked why he was gapped up her response was... His hair hasn't grown in yet but he was full of hair when he was dropped off .i was assured he would be be taken care of ears claws hair cut bathed ...but the killer thing is he came back home with a tic on his head ..i turned back around to go back and she was closed gone n wouldn't answer the phone still hadn't returned my call...i wouldn't recommend these ppl to the pound...

The people who work there are extremely freindly. They take excellent care of the pets. Would definitely recommend taking your dog here!!!!!!
