I’m standing in here now came to pick up some photos I went to the photo department the sign says if you need help go to Electronics. I’m here there’s a sign on the station that says if you need help press here I’ve pressed 6 times nobody has made it here yet. Obtw I get on my phone to call the store 3 calls nobody has answered yet. This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been in.

I don't remember my cashier's name but she was an older woman. Is she worked lane one. She told me that it is her desire to give everyone great service with a smile. This was on march 11th Add around twelve thirty.

I always love going to this Walmart. They always have everything I need. The staff is helpful and ALWAYS NICE. I also drive to this location even tho there is one closer to my house.

Jenni and I made a late night food stop. She wanted to make a breakfast casserole and I just needed a couple things. She found all she needed and I found what I needed. This store has some of my vegan and veggie goodies, but not all i need and or desire. I sadly have to go to one of the competitors to fill my food list. Tonight one of the associates Tabitha spokentonme and complimented my hair, she was very helpful and quite upbeat. I look forward to seeing her again.

This walmart needs work. They regularly have ridiculously lines and unhelpful or non existent employees. Maybe it's the labor pool they're drawing from or maybe it's the pay they offer and the junk their employees are required to endure but one things for sure, you need more and better help asap.

Prices are reasonable, weekly groceries won't be that high in price.After first or second visit, you will be able to find your way around different isles and find what you want easier, also, the shopping assistants are very kind and friendly, so don't be shy to ask whatever you are looking for. They have never let me down.Moreover, make sure you have a list of all your needs, or you will end up buying things you don't need.

They really need to do better at this Walmart. I can't say much about the products in the store but if you have any issue that may arise, be prepared to wait for a team lead. My money has gotten stuck in the lottery ticket machine twice. The first time I waited forever for a team lead to come simply use the key to open it. Then when she arrived to customer service where I was waiting and had been waiting before any other customer, she proceeds to help another customer who was irate and loud who came well after i had been waiting . Maybe I should have done the same to make them do their job more efficiently. The second time I came in at 8am, all the workers kept telling me to go to different places to find her. Then an employee proceeds to walk back to the lottery machine only to inform me that the team lead was on a 15min break. As long as I waiting jer break should have been over. I left just as I left the first time. Luckily both times, it was only $1 that was stuck. Had it been more of my money, I would have stayed. Hopefully whoever got those $1 tickets that I had to leave behind had good luck because I had NONE at this Walmart. Get it together.

I about fell out they had plenty of registers open and I was 3rd one in line and the guy over the registers (looked like) was pointing out they was another register was opening up... That was a nightmare at certain times to get checked out... Hope they have changed the policy... It's bad enough with the prices like they are and they want you to be a professional checker to ring yourself up. I'm going to go buy there soon and see if that was just for the holidays..

The cashier was very nice and was very patient she was smiling which was nice cause I was depressed yesterday and just seeing her smile and how nice she was really brightened my day because of her I wasn't depressed anymore sometimes all it takes is a smile to make a person to feel better thank you ma'am you don't know it but you are the reason I was able to come out of my depressed state of mind thank you walmart for hiring her

Please teach the cashiers to stop putting chemicals with food. Omg. Do y’all not train these people anymore. And the Walmart greeters. Wow. I have never in my life seen the rudest people ever. Great job Walmart.

Ced , on 12/23 was very multitasking!!! Assisting two to three ppl at the same time during the holiday weekend was awesome!! We all waited patiently with the consent of everyone!! Well respected during pricing issues with another group of ppl .. horn lake need more ppl like him often..he’s very helpful!!! GREAT JOB !!!!!KEEP IT UP……

I asked 2 employees for help as they ignored me and got onto their phones. When I approached the manager with video proof, I was met with the response. "Video, that's a bit much, don't you think? "Which I responded "No, apparently NOT!"

I would just like to brag on some people here that went above and beyond for me and my family tonight out of the kindness of their hearts. I order groceries for delivery every Sunday and this Sunday it finally happened to me, over half of my items for myself and my kids were stolen by the driver. After realizing that and making it up to the store I got the chance to speak with the store manager Tre. This man searched everywhere he could to make sure they didn’t have them and confirmed they were indeed stolen by the driver. He then made the decision (which he did NOT have to) to replace my stolen items and have them loaded into my car. He pulled one of his employees to come help get my items and bring them to me and lord that gentleman was also so so extremely kind I couldn’t stop thanking them both. With the world the way it is now having someone like Tre and the employee he had helping can really make all the difference to someone. Y’all two will forever have my respect and I hope Walmart understands just how valuable yall two are. Thank you again!!

The grocery pickup has increasingly declined in customer service since it first opened. They have hired young people who lack customer service skills. They literally don’t care about the quality of the food they pick for you. Hell, they don’t even speak or at least acknowledge you when you pull up. They don’t understand that poor quality and customer service makes customers less likely to come back. It doesn’t affect their paychecks. The last few times I came to pickup my groceries, me and other customers had to get out of our vehicles and bang on the door in order from someone to come. You can’t check in on the app to let them know you’re here. The number on the pickup reserved parking spaces doesn’t direct you to the pickup department. If you speak to an operator and ask to be transferred, the phone will just ring until you decide to hang up. By the way, I had the time to write all this because I’m currently waiting on my pickup order. I’ve been sitting here for 8 minutes in my car. There’s another car in front of me. Not sure how long they’ve been here, but since I’ve been here, ZERO employees have come out to service either of us.

Wide variety but seemed like they needed to restock shelves. Many items out of stock. However every worker I came across asked if they could help me, were very friendly and made shopping at Walmart bearable. Being from out of town and not familiar with this store the customer service they provided was appreciated.

Wal mart at its lowest customer service is non existent. The manager on night shift named Felicia has the nerve to tell me she was on the phone before trying to open the case....then act like I'm bothering her for doing her doing her job...if you don't like ur job quit!!!

Curbside loaders are very polite and usually get orders out quickly. Sometimes things aren't in bags but that's not too big of an issue.

If I could give their pickup delivery service a 0 ⭐ that would be an Awesome Rating! They have been consistent with providing inadequate services and I am the foolish one giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking that they would change, shame on me! I paid for the Yearly delivery services, placed my order and they deliver paper plates to my home address however make me come pick up the battery and charges a $12 Core charge, when I get there with the old battery to get the core charge refunded, they tell me that they cannot give me the core charge because I placed the order online, and I can keep the battery, REALLY!! Needless to say I had to go inside and handle my business!!!
