If you need a dependable customer service counter, choose another Walmart! You’ll never be able to guess when they’ll be “open “ and serving customers. It’s randomly closed throughout the day so you can’t go by posted hours. It’s been this way for over a year. As far as the store itself, otherwise a clean, well stocked Walmart. Be prepared to self checkout.

PLEASE Dont do self checkout. Apparently the scales and cash machines are broken and the employees aren't aware of the problems. Their machines keep eating the money and the associates can't help since they don't have cash in their registers. I used 2 and both ate my money

This review is based off of the experience I witnessed on my trip today. My wife and I stopped in the pick up a few things. After grabbing our items we went to get in line at self checkout. In front of us was an elderly gentleman with a cart full of items. He was asking the girl standing "watching" the self checkout something and she shooed him over to the self checkout registers. My wife began to make a comment about it, the same employee that blew off the old man turned around and asked her what she said about the old man. My wife looked at her and told her she should not have blown him off. The girl began to mumble something under her breath as she started texting on her apple watch that she was busy with the entire time this debacle went down. My wife asked her name, Kiara. Walmart please hire more employees who understand what good customer service is rather then just trying to fill a spot with a body.

Please do not shop here I been racially profiled 3 times now and it’s really annoying. Plus the produce is almost always spoiled and the fires have a weird hole on all the packaging please do not and I say do not shop there UNLESS YOU GOTTA SUIT AND TIE AND NO PANTS SO THEY DO NOT THING YOUR STEALING

Nice marketplace location with a friendly staff. I got to speak with on of the district managers and she was most helpful. They obviously due to size differences don't carry all of the same things the supercenters do, though it is comparable and actually has some different items. I was glad I went there today and I have a feeling I will visit it again in the near future.

I did a online order August 30,2022 to pickup today August 31,2022 at 3:00pm -4:00pm and I call in to let them I was park at A. So I call in the store again the second time because the time was 3:58pm and the woman picked up the phone and lie like she was coming outside with my grocery’s but she never came outside. I had get out my car at 4:10pm in walk in the store to pick up my grocery’s and the Walmart employees was in the cell phones and the manager was in her cell phone and I don’t get everything I paid for I didn’t get and please please don’t go to this Walmart store at all.if I would give them a zero rates I would.

I called this morning to see if they had a adhd medication in stock. I was told by the pediatrician that the pharmacy have had a hard time getting them in stock. If it wasn’t in stock I would have to call around and find a pharmacy with in stock because the doctor’s office just doesn’t have the time to do it. The lady that picked up the phone wouldn’t help me at all and said it didn’t work like that. I know I would still have to get the doctor to send the prescription but she wouldn’t even tell me if it was in stock. Walgreens didn’t hesitate to help me I will be transferring my family’s medication. It’s so hard to find good customer service it just doesn’t exist anymore.

My husband and I waited in a long line for a few minutes or so to have a lady check us out. Then after this line was not moving, we changed to another line with a lady there. She said the line was closed. We said that we asked another lady and she told us to go to this register. She told us again to go somewhere else. We got in a self check line. After scanning everything we could not pay. Come to find out this line was Cash Only!! The proper screen was not displayed to show this and no sign showing this!! Then we had to wait even longer for the first lady to get us checked out elsewhere. Meanwhile the other lady had opened her register and let someone else instead of us use her register. And yes they were both of a different race from us!!

It's always good except for one time I was in the one at the corner of hurt road and Goodman road to kids was bad talking a old man and they was riding on the power wheelchairs but nothing was wrong with the kids. They were wrong for making fun of the old man and they were wrong for riding the power chairs around the store. They were playing with the power chairs when other people could have been using them but they were unavailable because kids were on them. Something needs to be done

The pickup is HORRIBLE maybe not the morning pickup people but definitely the evening/night shift. On Feb 3rd 2023 I had a pickup order which I ordered that morning, my pickup time was at 9pm that night. I arrived at 9pm and after waiting 40 minutes a young girl finally comes out to bring someone else their order so I asked her about mines and she says they are working on it they are still picking my items and that it’s only her and 1 other girl, okay so after still sitting another hour I see both girls got into vehicles and went home for the night after still waiting for my order so I go inside to speak to a manager and she had to finish picking my items which was ridiculous. The little girl gave me the run around the whole time. I have placed another order recently and the same thing has happened, they need to stop hiring these kids that doesn’t care if they job gets done or not period. I have contacted corporate on this issue!

Everyone I order on the app I can never check in and have to get out, go on and find an employee to pick up my order. When I finally get my order it is in disarray like they were bagged and toosed. Most of the employees are rude and don't really know what customer service is. They talk about customers often and loudly and are too busy stocking and talking to each other to actually help customers. The cashiers never smile or say hi first. This is why Walmart stores are closing and Target stores are getting face-lift and opening new stores. Get it together Walmart! Proper training starts in the corporate office !

I just left there,not empresses with mostly all self checkout.Only one live checkout lane on a Saturday with store packed.I ask the attendant a question ,got no response,So I ask again,still no response.I might as well rang myself out.Wal Mart your personally need a class in service and courtesy.

The pharmacy here is absolutely AMAZING!!! The pharmacy tech went above and beyond to help me out with my son’s prescription. After a long, stressful day of being in the hospital and going back-and-forth with other pharmacies and doctors, he truly saved the day and my sanity! I think his name was Joshua( I will call and find out tomorrow and edit my review). Forgive me it’s been a long day. He was so polite and patient. Exactly what a frantic Mom needed in the moment! Thank you so much for your kindness!!!

A little bit better today. Still no one spoke to me not even the cashier till I spoke to her. All the read modeling is done. Makes it a little harder to find things. They should have someone on every aisle to help customers find the things they are looking for .. For at least a couple week.

My visit was amazing. I stopped to pick up a few items, I was so in awe of the fresh fruit and vegetables I left with bags of groceries. The cakes looked so delicious and the bread was so fresh. I will definitely frequent the Neighborhood market often.The service was excellent.

The 2 girls who attended customer service desk on 4/16/2023 around 11 was very rude , very unprofessional and disrespectful. The pharmacy department employees are nothing like them, they are always kind, professional and respectful!

The problem is management! Reporting to the bbb and whoever's paying y'all. If it's private owned I know what to do. Y'all don't deserve a customer to come in or guest however y'all call it. Everytime I walk in. I see many people on the clock but only 1/2 working and y'all need to hire a manager and GM that's gonna do there dm job. Team lead that's going to do there job. I had an incredible customer service experience at this store! I was carrying 4 pints of dip and 10 large bags of chips. There was a very long line at the self check out, and the employee who was helping with the self check out said to me, "Ma'am, I can take you over here" and she motioned for me to come to the customer service area. She helped get the items out of my arms, rang me up, and sent me on my way. Thanks to her, I did not drop any of my items, and I was able to make it to the party just in time! This employee went above and beyond in customer service. She is who they should have as an example! EXCELLENT customer service!

Excellent customer service. Kudos to employee, Michael Fraser. I am in a wheelchair or electric cart (when available). Mr. Fraser is super great assistance when I can't lift or reach an item. Fresh bread, great deli, super employees. Always a pleasure to shop there, even during these tough times.

I shop here everyday, I mean everyday! When you call Noone never answers the phone! I left my bag there and I was calling to see if they still have it because I didn't want to make a blank trip in case someone else took it and they never answered the phone. I called ten minutes before they closed when it wasn't anyone in there considering I just left there and made it home and still no answer! I called this morning several time waiting for someone to answer at least 30 minutes each call and they still didn't answer! When you go there there is any carts and everyone just walking around or standing on their cell phones! The ones working the register have their air pods in while they checking you out talking and ringing your items twice! They employees are nice it's just the majority are lazy! I don't understand how a bunch of employees that are on their cell phones all day can't answer a regular phone when it's ringing since they love being on the phone so much!

I enjoyed my experience with grocery pickup from an online order I placed. Saved me time omw home from work tonight so that I could get more time with my children. The employees that brought my order out were very friendly and I only waited maybe 3 minutes after checking in before they came out. Good experience overall

Great theme Walmart that is, but this store was very poorly stocked. I'm vegan and 80% of the produce was not fresh. I debated on returning items, but just failed in doing so because they were short staffed when I was there shopping.

Very crowded hardly any needs at all and that includes lunch meat. The lines are so very very long. The food I understand as far as quantity because of trucking. The 30-minute long lines I don't understand. There are 25 or so registers and four of them are open Plus the self-checkout. Why even have all these extra checkouts when there's never ever more than four or five open at any time ever. Come on Walmart let's get it together.

I prefer this Walmart when I want to make quick shopping trips since it's not nearly as large as the Supercenter stores. The selection is smaller (still decent though), but items are easier to find. There is a pharmacy at this location, money services, and both manned and self-service checkouts. You can also do online order pickups here, but curbside grocery pickup is not available.In case anyone is concerned, Covid-19 procedures do seemed to be followed fairly well. Masks are required, and a form of security is posted outside. Wet wipes for carts are available upon entrance via a dispenser. Store capacity also seems to be somewhat limited. It still does get busy at times, but it's nothing too outrageous.All in all, I recommend!

Inexpensive, and I normally have very friendly service. However, this girl I had yesterday was extremely rude. I don't know if she was racist towards white people, deaf or just shy. She was checking me out, and I tried 5 different times to engage in conversation. SHE IGNORED ME EVERYTIME!! SHE NEVER SAID A WORD!! She never even said hi. It really upset me, but I didn't complain to the manager. I figured they would assume I was racist and dismiss my complaint. Like I said though...this was the first time I've EVER had someone act like this out of all the years I've shopped there.

This store is very convenient but they seem to run out of items faster than other places. The deli has changed a lot of their items. They seem to be closing earlier than usual in that dept too. The store has an odor when you walk through the doors the last few times I've been in. Like maybe a dead animal. I hope things get a little better since its almost summer. The cashiers seem to be moving slower than normal. Maybe when school gets out they can do some hiring. I will have to give them four stars on pricing. But otherwise I give then three stars.
