I stopped here on my break to get food. I was very hungry so I wanted to grab a sub before my break ended. I went in and started to order. The two ladies that were working made sure that my experience with this specific location of subway was the worst. I wanted to get my money worth for my food because normally they add little to no veggies, meats, or sauces at all. Now, my family owns a couple of subways in California. I know how sandwich’s are made and how employees need to make sure that the customer comes back because of good customer service. I was very disappointed because the two employees laughed and made fun of my food saying something along the lines “it’s just a sandwich”. The worst experience ever.

Honestly i dont wanna give them one star they dont deserv that i thought its my waste of energy for giving them one star.Moving yo to the point to walked in subway2 were working lady did not show any interest in me for making sandwich i need veggie patty she doesn even come forward like wht i need. And the other one is busy with bread i mean (he serve bread to whom 🤔 ) i stand for approximately 5 min then i leave the placeManager need to take care of tht your team is sick

My father had a subwaygiftcard gave for his birthday they said we don't accept but they sell them. My father is 74 yrs old. He drove up there to get a sub for his birthday with a giftcard he was given. I emailed corporate. This is highly unacceptable. I hope who was working yesterday loses their job. My father is elderly. It was his birthday. It was May 14 this occured don't go here they sell cards but refuse to take them. Loves emailed me back and will be addressing this with the Manager over subway.

I got sense the employees don't care or want to be here. Barely listened to instructions and couldn't cut the the sandwich in half. One half was 3-4 inches which is annoying when they are clearly two different sides of the sandwich that you are planning on splitting with another person.

Was in subway at 4:35ish pm only one worker and a line from this store being in a truck stop. Waiting in line to order a salad due to be gluten free and not by choice. I watched the one worker who was doing her job get bread crumbs pretty much in all the meat and cheese. After deciding I could not eat anything there without getting sick. I was stuck with the very few GF options the truck has. It was 4:50 until the poor girl had any help.

Only in black areas will you find an open sign on the subway door and the cashier behind the Loves counter has already said that they are open only to go to order and the staff member for subway comes out of the kitchen rolling a chip cart that she just filled to say that she is on break. If you dont want ro work, just say that!

So... does anyone work here? Walked in, waited a few minutes. The guy who worked at Chesters walked to the back and told someone that a customer was waiting... whoever the employee was couldn't be bothered. First time stopping by... LAST TIME STOPPING HERE(for subway anyhow) . To the guy who worked for Chesters, thank you for trying to get someone out there.

Rude employees. Took a long time to.begin taking my order. Looked at me.rather than ask what I want. Thank didn't have food available in the end anyway. Very high school back of the school bus vines over here.

Horrible service.....Danna shouldnt be working in customer service ever....she got an attitude with a customer before me that simply advised he didn't want something sp ed civic on his sandwich. Then I watched her have a miscommunication with my daughter about peppers and when I stepped in to correct the error she attempted to go back and forth with me.....she was too busy talking to other people which is why she misunderstood both orders. She sucks....point blank.

Ok pet peave time. MANAGEMENT READ THIS! If you are going to have a sale $4.99 then order enough product to fulfill your sale. You were out of of cold cuts and meatballs? At a sandwich shop? Come on man! Upper management need to discipline the responsible person. Not necessarily fire someone but write someone up. Half ass work deserves half ass pay.
