I know there r a few bad reviews, but our visit wasn't bad. Everyone was nice n greeted us going in. I asked for an extra set of towels for my husband n didn't get an attitude like at some stores. We had shower #1, and it wasn't horrible like some say, but it could use a trash can. The store itself could use a little cleaning n the employees could smile a little lol, but all in all an ok visit.

Stopped while on I-20. Love’s is a chain of stops I frequent often. This one was not as clean as most, but it was definitely a decent stop. This Love’s has multiple options for food beyond just convenience store options — has a Subway and a Chester’s. It has 14 automobile pumps.

Really nice stop for Truck Care. I stopped at 3. Love's to try to get a PM done on my truck. At 1pm to 3pm, two locations said it would be the next morning, and one didn't have a pit for oil changes, and their lift was broken, so they said they couldn't do a PM. I decided to call the Lake, MS location, and Derrick to my call and immediately told me they could do it and he could put me in line over the phone. He took my info, and I told him I would be there and 30 minutes. Made it there about 4 pm, and Derrick was gone, but he told Shay that I was coming. She told me to drop my trailer, and she would call me in about 45 min. She called me and the mechanic (sorry I didn't get his name). He had me up and running by 6:30 pm. As a truck driver, it's appreciated when the people you do business with value your time because time is everything for us out on the road.Thanks, Derrick, Shay, and the mechanic for the excellent experience.

After a hard day of driving, I went to take a shower. And. They were so disgusting. There were poop stains in the toilet and on the wall,hair on the seat,hair in the shower. A used bar of soap and mold all in the corners and the ceiling ,trash in the floor. A nasty finger nail. No wash rag. And they had a pregnant lady. Cleaning the showers that is very unsanitary and toxic for the baby. And she said. Their policy was that they are not allowed to switch me to a different shower. I could wait while she cleaned it. After she halfway wiped the toilet and swept the floor, It still looked the same. I will not be taking a shower there again

I am so amazed the customer service my girlfriend received from Amber at the truck care department. Allow me to give you a high level of detail observation.First and foremost, she noticed that my girlfriend Delourdes Lalanne was exhausted from driving but needed to get the repairs done due to safety and DOT regulations. She advised her to get rest and come back right when she opens. She came back in the morning before she the store opened and she acknowledged her and expedited her order and service since we only had a short time to work around due to her being on RESET. Thanks for valuing the OTR truckers. I wanted to make sure your good deed wouldn’t go unnoticed. Amber at the Loves truck care department is one of the reason why we choose Loves Truck Stop. Thanks for exhibiting Loves’ core values.

Restrooms and showers are clean but this is the most unwelcoming loves for drivers. I've seen the managers banging on doors and yelling at drivers. Only loves that doesn't allow bobtail to park in front. Don't stop here if you need parking because there is none and they are very rude.

Nasty women that work here. Just rude , non welcoming.... miserable women work here in the morning on Saturday. Dirty as well outside and your internet connection will be junk, so off to another Loves

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they kicked me out of the spots I was taking up because other drivers wanted them. I'm s double and can not back up. So yes 90 foot long and had to take 6 spots.

This is probably the worst loves in the chain. The staff seems like they don’t want to be here. The place always seems dirty especially on the truck parking side. Lot seems to be constantly neglected.Just one example is a driver cut a corner to sharp and knocked a big rock into the parking lot and it has set by the curb for over a week. Today I noticed another driver cut the curb and dragged the rock about 12 feet into the lot and is blocking a space. Their idea of fixing the problem is putting traffic cones on the rock....

A great Love’s travel center to stop in for fuel and food they have fresh coffee and deli too the restrooms are very clean and so are the showers the staff is friendly and helpful too they have a large parking lot and a truck repair shop onsite also

Not only does their tire shop require a several hour wait for a simple trailer tire replacement (we've unfortunately been stuck here a few times and each time was MANY hours of waiting as they are understaffed and not that busy) but the staff they do have is unfortunately not in a hurry... AND you can see their management and staff's attention to detail and level of customer service just by checking out their food. Typically loves stops are pretty good but I would STRONGLY recommend any traveler to stick with prepackaged items that you know are safe. When we asked, they weren't sure how long it had been since the rollers were.cleaned OR the hotdogs changed out. GROSS!Check out the pic. A pic is worth a thousand words.... Their hotdogs r petrified!

Clean facility, clean restroom and fresh food.I’ve been having a problem where my points haven’t been added to my rewards and after assuming it did I left the location and checked the app only to realize it hadn’t.I called and spoke with Andrea Jackson in which she printed out a duplicate receipt and had it send over to me for my records. So awesome they have an off the leash mini dog park considering the stupid rest area a mile up the road does not allow pets at all!!!Many thanks to this Love’s for thinking of our dogs!!!!!!!!!

Stopped here because of the dog park. It's small but my pups were able to stretch their and my legs. Plus they had the cheapest fuel on my trip so far. Totally would stop again next time I'm out this way

I spend a lot as an otr driver. Usually at Pilot/ flying j cuz that's where my company buys fuel.......it's been a min since I been to loves. I like em cuz their usually cleaner, better run n bigger parking spots. Having said that; I know prices on everything have gone up, But this loves gouges and practices shady "sales" tactics. Buyers beware n ask questions to make sure you are paying sensibly for your purchases. Posted prices are not the same at the register and stuff put on clearance isn't really marked down for such.

This is a very clean location. My husband and I took advantage of the food choices here. I had Godfathers Pizza and he chose Chester’s Chicken. This location also offers Subway. Plenty of places to park your big-rig!!!

Worst Loves we have stopped at and we are at one or two daily. Got diesel fuel and purchased food from Chester’s and Subway. The girls at subway took their sweet time to assist me and the other customers in line. The manager at the diesel check out charged me 1.59 for an ice water. Really? Water isn’t free after purchasing $400 in fuel? Not to mention rude.

On a recent February Sunday evening, I had a fancy for some Chester’s chicken tenders. I had always, and still do to this day, thoroughly enjoy the fine taste of Chester’s chicken tenders. I do NOT, however, enjoy or even tolerate dishonest or even disingenuous food service workers.Normally, I would order my desired meal which habitually seems to be the 6-piece tenders combo. I would take my combo chicken tenders meal and be on my way down the road.So, I ordered my normal chicken tenders combo meal but decided to eat it while parked in the parking lot. After eating a chicken tender out of extreme desire, I examined the remainder of my combo meal and found that I was missing my biscuit.Tonight, I was really looking forward to my biscuit so I went back into the Chester’s chicken portion of the truck stop and advised the food service worker that he failed to include a biscuit in my order.Normally, not a big deal when I consider that weekend employees do NOT really care if they short change the customer because management is absent. However, this time I was provided with an uncaring and nonchalant shoulder shrug accompanied with an obligatory “we are out.”Never once was there a “I’m sorry” or I should have mentioned that when you placed your order. Rather, I was expected to willingly and without regard to normally-accepted business practices of simple notification of food outages, pay for a items missing from my order all without the slightest offer for a replacement item.Unacceptable!!

This is definitely the worst Love's Truck Stop on the interstate. Subway no breakfast available and Chester's won't serve you until 10am even though the food is right there. But if you like microwaved food that's sat in the hot box since 5am they have that at the gas desk area I only wish I could give this location negative stars

If you’re headed to work in the morning do not stop here, you’ll be late. Cashiers are never at the registers, I stood waiting for 5 minutes then decided I could no longer wait because I no longer had time left to spare. Employees should go to the register when there is a customer and look for the quickest way to get people in and out, instead they were in a group talking.

The only thing that saves this Loves is the hit showers and the nice lady cleaning them. The girl working in the food area is lazy and rude. No one is working the pizza area, none of the pizzas are in the correct area of the warmer, none of them are labeled where you can see it from the front. So why would anyone snap at a customer not to touch the boxes? If this young lady was more worried about doing her job right than flirting with every black Male truck driver that walked in, she might not have anyone having to find the pizza they want on their own.
