I freaking love this store, yea it's a work in progress, but the Cori Doras and Neon Tetras that I bought from here are doing AMAZING in my 55 gallon tank. They were very knowledgeable about proper acclimation for fish and all up keeping of the aquarium, nitrogen cycle, ect. Josh and AJ are absolute GEMS for this hobby, we need more local stores that have this much passion!!

The customer service here is amazing. They are also very knowledgeable! The fish look well taken care of and seem very happy despite what other reviewers seem to say. I honestly had a great experience, and my bamboo shrimp that I got from them are THRIVING in my planted tank after PROPER ACLIMATION! For a store that was just recently opened, they are doing great!!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Everytime I go in they are friendly and knowledgeable on questions I have. They even help me think of some pet care options for my Aquatic animals I haven't thought of. I have tried to go to other pet stores in the area before finding Fish Room Aquatic and have been disappointed everytime by the lack of service. I plan on giving this family owned business my business for many years to come. 10/10

Very knowledgeable, friendly, family ran establishment. You don’t have to worry about getting sick fish that contaminate your whole tank. They will not sell you a sick fish. Prices are very reasonable. Service is as good as it gets. Staff doesn't mind helping you and talking to you to make sure you have the proper set up and everything you need for a healthy aquarium. I would say the biggest and only thing I don't like is small selection of fish to choose from. Definitely want to see more variety of fish. That's the main attraction is the fish. Regardless they still deserve a 5⭐️ review. I will shop here over Petco everytime.

They can keep deleting but I have lots of aquariums friends. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DISEASED FISH. Tanks are nasty. I was not offered a refund. That’s not true and absolutely not warned of the condition of the fish until I called today. Those fish should have been on a 14 day quarantine and not sold to public if brought in store by another customer. Unethical way of doing business.

Store is extremely dark and dirty inside. Tanks are nasty with unhealthy looking fish. I certainly would not buy from this establishment. I happy to see independent fish stores coming back but this isn’t one I would frequent!!

My fish died from here the same day and they offered nothing (but they'llreply to this stating they offered a refund but they didn't). Don't recommend supporting this business at all. There are much better fidh stores around town.

Unfortunate to say the least, but facts speak louder than opinions. And if we're speaking facts, this is the nastiest fish store you will ever go in. In addition to that, the customer service here is just plain rude. I BEG OF YOU to take your business elsewhere.
