Love new layout if store. Hope you keep it that way n not change everything around next year. A lot of elderly n working people shop in your stores n some much easier to go in n know where everything is n not have to look for it. Store always very neat.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. It was a waste of time investing money into this store location. You have to weave your way up and down the aisles around boxes and carts due to not stocking the shelves. Either there needs to be more employees or train the ones you have to be more productive. At all cost avoid this place.

Cashier line was backed up around the inside of the store. Saw 4 employees but only one was checking people out. He was nice and talkative and seemed to be the only person that cared about the customers

The Dollar General in Lake,Ms is hands down the cleanest...the staff is very helpful..I left my pocketbook there a few weeks ago...Now the young lady who works there could have done anything with it....but instead she put it a safe place and when I called to ask if it was there she told me she saw it in the buggy.....come to your own conclusion....I travel a lot and this store in Lake,Ms is shocking clean and most of all helpful and honest staff.

Lines are long with little to no employee available. Random things fall or spill into the isles and are left. The baking soda boxes inside the cold section have mold on them which makes me wonder health wise if the freezer food are ok. Items marked as clearance on the racks are often not marked as clearance in the system so you have to pay full price or leave it. I can never use my digital coupons here. Something always goes wrong. The card machine is often broken, no cash back, or nt accepting cards at the time. Your cashier often has to put their cigarette out to come check you out.

Customer service is still an opportunity for this store. There's one cashier [older lady with glasses] that has a horrible attitude towards Spanish-speaking customers.

Very bad you can't get down the isles and they never have the stock put out. There is never anyone at the register and when there is you have to wait in a line that's halfway to the back.

The cashiers at this dollar g look and act lazy. Almost as if they hate their job. There is never ant diet or regular Dr Pepper on their shelves.
