Load of cleaning supplies came into Kosciusko, Ms. for distribution to churches and the public of Attala county. Needed a pallet jack for a few minutes so we asked Tractor Supply to borrow theirs and they refused. They had no trucks to unload and no personnel to use it and they still refused to help the people of Attala county. Do not patronize this location there are others close enough.

As we arrived there was a swing sitting on the side walk. When my husband saw I liked it and purchased it for me. Staff loaded it on the back of my son's truck and helped secure it down.

Used the dog wash room. Person before me did not clean up after themselves and there was long dog hair everywhere and clogging the drain ☹️ but still worth the $10 to have everything you need to wash your dog ( we don’t have running water at home as we are still building & it’s too cold out to wash 15 yr old dog outside )

On this occasion I was using their dog wash. The experience was very pleasant washing my 15 lb Lhasa Apso.Plenty of dry tiles were available. Tractor supply company provided some brushes and combs. I will bring my own comb because the Combs provided were not adequate for my long hair pup!The hair dryer is a heavy duty commercial type and is very good.I plan to return and use the facility again. This saves me lots of money as long as he does not need a cut.I believe the price was $9.95.

I went in and I needed a cut for chain for my dog. I should have left when the lady that was paging help asked the helper “if she felt like assisting me in cutting a chain”. However I didn’t. I gave them the benefit do the doubt. I saw the lady, and she seemed busy with the chicks. So I waited 5-10 more minutes. I was standing in front of the area where the chains are. She came out and walked right passed me. At that moment I was irritated. As I was making my way to the front, the lady who paged the helper asked if she helped me. I said no, and I put my stuff down and left. Having bad customer service is the best was to lose customers. I know I may be just one person, but they just lost me

The employees are not helpful. Do not expect service unless you ask. I had to wait for employees to finish their personal conversations before they would bother checking me out.

Excellent! The dog self wash is wonderful with all the tools you would need. Flea shampoo, sensitive skin shampoo, conditioner, brushes, Combs, blow drier, even dog clippers for quick trims! Loved it and for 10 dollars you can't beat it!

Friendly staff. Store is organized. I would like to see more clothing options. They used to have more toys. I liked the toys because they were different from the ones you see in other stores. I would like to see them have more toys again.

Can get anything you need from store when it comes to machinery or any type pet products. I got a fifty pound bag of cat litter for an excellent price. Staff is very helpful and nice.

Most unhelpful cashier. Asked to check if a product was in store. She typed in the number and said no we don't carry you will need to order online. So I started searching for something that would be comparable and ended up finding the product she said they did not have.

Something for everybody !!!❤. Mrs Kay helped us find clippers to trim my poodle, which did a great job and they were on sale !!. Also did you know that you can bring your pet in the store and they have a bathing room for them for $10 !!!❤.
