It's a very extremely tight spot of there's a trailer in for 5.. you'll need the yard dog to pull that trailer out. There's no other way, so be careful. Once dock, you should be in and out in 90mins

If you delivery in anything larger than a daycab be prepared to drop your trailer and have the yard jockey back it. This is after you have to walk around the place to find someone who can tell you where you are supposed to go. Then you have to wait for daycabs coming in and moving around you while your attempting to back. After 30 minutes of trying to back around a corner and hitting the rail that someone else had obviously hit before I manged to find the yardman

Got loaded quickly the only issue for me was finding shipping didn't see any signs or instructions I had to make a phone call to check in, also yard driver help me out he was nice.

Luvel Dairy does not unload fast, management was great but they took so long to unload the milk crates. Arrived the night before and slept on their property, had to Door Dash breakfast from McDonalds the next morning because the workers told me I was going to be there for a long time. Took 4 hours to unload me.

I didn't see the name "Luvel Dairy" anywhere, but it is named "Prairie Farms" on the bldgs and reefer trailers.Tanker unloading lot is in the rear behind the beige bldgs. Pull in, go left to the stop sign, set brakes. A fella from the shop will come out and tell ya what to do. From what I can tell, there doesn't seem to be any overnight parking. I'm sure they have restrooms though, if needed.Easy backing for a Tanker, 2 slips available. First come, first serve. The scale is on the side of the bldg next to where the reefers load/unload.When I arrived, the fella who will be unloading me, told me he had break at 18:00 to 19:00. I told him, "It's cool with me. I'm here now, so all is good." With that, he smiled, and walked away. Told me to weigh in and pick a bay, which I did.Imo, the folks here are real helpful and courteous. I actually spoke to three different guys and all were friendly. Idk why some people say different in these reviews, but for me it has been awesome so far.There's not many places where one unloads milk and the lot isn't a bit cramped, much like the towns. Most of these "dairies" are older than the towns themselves. It's just something we deal with. Directions aren't always the best, and some of the dairies directions could be better, like just have a large sign in all directions, that stands out stating where Shipping and Receiving is and where the scales are at and all will be fine. The rest is/will be gravy.To the fellas I spoke with, thanks for the friendly attitudes! Whether you know it or not, it's appreciated. To the fella who unloaded me. Much appreciation to you for being straight with me about your lunch break. I'm always good with truth and honesty, especially when it's real and forthcoming.IRT Tanker Hauler. 2/18

Takes a while sometimes to get someone out to sign your paperwork if your just dropping a trailer. The drop lot is also where the tankers line up so it's a pain sometimes to drop your trailer and get your empty you gotta ask them to move sometimes and it's a small lot

Real slow at unloading they are either racist or just to lazy to talk so don't bother looking for someone to help you bring lunch breakfast and supper u gonna be here all day

I deliver here.. ALWAYS a long wait to unload and most of the time the employee's all act they got an attitude towards you.

Horrible terrible service. I work at a store in Maben and they deliver to everyone in town but us. Not sure what there problem is but if there was another milk company we would use them. Prairie farms by far the worst milk company I've ever dealt with.
