Always an amazing experienc . took my boy in to have his nails trimmed because he's special like that. He was so nervous and scared. They went ahead and called me back there to calm him down. The vet even came in to check on him. These people are amazing. I won't trust my babies with anyone else.

First time here. The vet was good and explained all my questions. The male tech, I believe he was...was soo rude. He should not be dealing with the front office at all. He intruded in my conversation with inexperienced receptionist and was raising his voice to the staff amd me. It was so uncalled for and I hope the doctor sees this and addresses it. The female tech was super!

Always very kind when they answer the phone and are great at making something stressful feel very manageable. I do think everyone could use a little work with managing cats but not holding that against anyone as everyone isn't a "cat person" as they can be temperamental creatures.

Dr.Cleveland has been and continues to be the best equine vet on the entire coast. He is really compassionate about how I feel while my little Bobby is hurt. He’s constantly reassures me throughout this process he is going to be ok. He’s going over and beyond to get him better. I appreciate him and his staff💙

They have always been a great help with my dogs and if it's an emergency they have doctors on call and they will come in to help. They are not badly priced for a vet clinic. I've just had a phenomenal experience anytime I had to bring a dog in.

I'm going to cut right to the chase..they saved the life of two of my family members. Amber, and Bella. They are both female actually mom and daughter. Amber who 2 weeks after giving birth became sick and was at heavens door when I not knowing what to do and new to the area prayed and was lead to this clinic. And I thank God for this place Amber has now had a second litter. Bella was one of ambers first litter babys. Now she was adopted out and gone for 3 months when walking down the street I noticed she was dragging her hind legs behind her. So I took her back and tried to heal her but once again she ended up right here. And in bad shape every time I looked at her I couldn't control the tears in my heart . Well again thanks to the people and this place she will live up to her name again. Period.

Our community is lucky to have a vet as good as Dr Cleveland. He is a H/J person himself & knows horses. I spent thousands of dollars on other vets & Dr Cleveland was the only vet that gave me an accurate diagnosis. Well worth the visit. He is honest & extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My Yorkie was mauled by 3 huge dogs, I rushed her to Dr. Steib. He, along with Joanne, made Hurecelan efforts including double incisions to repair her intestinal wall and treat the numerous bites on her body.Was touch n go several days, Dr. Smith then took over her care. And I'm happy to report God first, Dr. Steib and Joanne second and Dr. Smith and Staff thirdly saved her life.

Both me and my fiance take our animals here. They are a fast and kind service, they are straight to the point. If, you need any advice they would share how they remedied the issue (Aside from medical advice). My mother and godfather also take their animals to this place as well.

Had two dogs taken very good care of. Vet doctor was great with both with no hard sell for products that animals didn't require although was informed and briefed of treatments and products. I have my vet now and will continue to use this clinic with all my animals needs.

We had an emergency with our 12 year old furbaby. Unfortunately we discovered he had stage 4 heart failure and there wasn't much we were able to do for him except make him comfortable. The staff and Dr. Justin were able to give us one more day with our dude and I'll cherish that forever. They never forced us to make any rash decisions and were genuinely concerned for our baby. When it was time to say goodbye they were amazing. As hard as this has been for our family the staff here made it better - We will never go to another vet and have the upmost respect for them at Hancock Animal Clinic.
