Stopped here to get my kid some stuff before dropping her off at college and this was the bathroom 4/06/2024 . It felt like I was a piece in the game “Operation” that I use to play as a kid. I was so afraid to touch the sides. Even the floor. It was just terrible.

Front store bathrooms had blood all over the toilets, toilet paper everywhere even clogged in the toilets, used pads (feminine products) and tampons in places it shouldn’t be just all around NASTY!!! IDK what’s going on but this Walmart is terrible! Also the floors had blood on it all the workers standing around and no cleaner in site, there were used tampons in the toilet seat covers container which spells DANGER DON’T USE THEM THEY ARE CONTAMINATED!

It was dirty. The shelves were sparsely stocked. They were out of half of the produce. The heads of lettuce were turning dark brown and some of them were mush. The deli didn't have anything but a few chickens. People in the store looked sketchy. There was a man in a wheelchair in front of the store smoking pot. I felt like I was in downtown Jackson MS. Will not return.

Never had a problem here, staff are always helpful and friendly. The only problem I have had here was I did a pickup order for $163 worth of groceries and I got home and was missing $42 worth of it. It took about 10 minutes of searching the app and finding a way to call and talk to a live representative who was very nice and immediately refunded my money. Everyone makes mistakes so I wasn't upset because the problem was resolved.

The first visit could not find a sign for pickup. The call store operator never answered the phone or pickup 😒 but once I entered the store for a customer service, the young lady told me where the pickup was made contact with a gentleman & he was very professional. He took care of me immediately. Excellent customer service.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I traveled 12 hours from Chicago to Jackson Mississippi to enroll my daughter at JSU. We made it to Walmart at 10:30pm to get much needed items for my daughter and myself. As we were aware that the store closed at 11pm we proceeded to shop. As we approached the checkout counter at 10:47pm the cashier proceeded to close the registers. I told her why would you close and I’m right here. She wouldn’t respond and stated let me call me a manager to see if i can reopen it and walked to the back. Then the manager Tony came out and walked the other way and acted as if he was on the phone. I asked was he the manager from another associate that was standing there and he stated yes. So i proceeded to go tell him what happened because he wasn’t coming towards me. He said he couldn’t open the registers very rudely i asked what was the associate name because i wanted to report her he stated he I’m not giving it to you. I felt so disrespected and not valued as a customer. The customer service was awful and the communication was very rude and disrespectful. I can’t even phantom the feeling i felt, I’m in another state and needed some emergency items for our stay. I would like to elaborate that communication goes a long way, if this was policy and procedure the associate could’ve explained this in a respectful manner but also been understanding that I was at the counter at the allotted time because i watched her closed the counter. The overall experience was very unpleasant and rude.

Easy pickup on the side. Very nice employees with excellent attitudes. Highly recommend using this location for all of your Walmart plus needs. Picking up was way easier than I thought it would be (I usually do delivery because I figure the tip to the drivers is better than walking around a store for an hour and a half) so I’ll say it again, I recommend this Walmart.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Min wage job fires a girl because she video taped a woman not taking care of her child and was worried about his well being. You guys fired her because of conduct shows how you guys don't care about nobody but yourself. Money hungry. Walmart a joke I hope people shop elsewhere good for her for calling the cops and saving a baby life!

Fired the hero employee who saved that that poor abused child. Disgraceful whosoever made that decision is true scum. Management do better absolutely disappointing. Team leads , coaches, and especially the store manager, do better! This was you’re decision you can argue it with market but you care so little about you’re employees and Customers That you would let that Abused child, leave the store and fire the woman who brought the evidence to the world. Nothing but shame and disgrace, for all of manage. If y’all are religious, you better be praying for forgiveness.

Ultra poor management with little management and people skills. People seem to be obtaining a check and not working. Even after taking out the registers there's glaring inefficiencies storewide especially concerning personnel. Any time there's a consistent line in the money center and one person someone can't think well. They don't deserve the star I had to give to review the store.

Ghetto with crass at its finest. The one star is not for the Customer Service who helped a young woman and a young man find a missing item. It’s for the rude Associate in the Check-Out Line who insisted that the young man stole it instead. Crazy how the customer service woman pulled the item out of lost and found, but you point fingers at the wrong person instead. Crazy

I live in another state, but I can't believe this walmart has fired an employee for calling the police on a woman who was neglecting her child. So if that employee had her own children, you just took away her means of supporting them, while also being ok with another woman coming into the store with an almost naked child in freezing weather. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is the worst establishment I've ever seen in my life. One time, jpd reached for their weapon when I was trying to leave after checking out but didn't have a receipt to show because the stupid machine never printed one. I spent $85 cash. Went to exit the store and these ignorant people started yelling at me about a receipt. When I saw this was going to be a problem and tryed to go out the door and ignore them, both the Walmart employee and the jpd officer began yelling racial slurs and went I started to stand my ground, the JPD officer reached for her firearm and proceeded to tell me to leave the store without my items OR the money I spent on them. Like, they could have just played the cameras back and seen that I paid for my stuff. My dependants didn't get any DINNER that night because of the laziness and racist that this Walmart represents as well as JPD backing them.bI returned 4 separate days to try to get my money back but they were just giving me fake names to come ask for to get this taken care of. Finally, about 2 weeks later, the sorry excuse for a security guard I guess, plays back the cameras, (takes him over an hour) and tell me to go pick out my items again and it's good. I was like ,"you really think I'm going to spend money here? Give me my cash!" 45 minutes later, he did and looked mad like I did something wrong. This Walmart disgusts me. Go to Clinton, North Park, flowood or Byram stores. It's worth the drive.

The place is huge( just moved here from California) like all other superstores I have visited crossing the country but this the closest to me and the staff are all helpful n friendly and more than a few have gone out of there way to help me ( names come later as I remember them) so I will continue shop here lightly...like in only 2 -4 items because they only have self check out!!? To be fair they have 2 assisted check out isles BUT NO ONE EVER ABLE TO OPEN EVEN 1 isle! there are 9 paid people standing around watching you self checkout- occasionally giving assistance but no check out I want to take a cart full of groceries to ... so light shopping it's fantastic with great selection.

Don't know what happened to my post commented the other day about how a product was worked at 1 price got to register it was another price Cynthia the management associate or whoever she was had a nasty attitude gonna tell me I should have known better Terrible customer service As you can see the product looked like it should be 2998 but no it was 44 in some change. 1st tried to abuse me of coding the product in the wrong place and to write shoulder there was a shelf full of products in the wrong place.

When shopping at Wal-Mart I always go in on the grocery size and shop in the fruit and vegetables area, fruit and vegetables is good for your body in a lot of ways,I have a book " Food Remedies " and I go to Wal-Mart and get my fruits and vegetables on my once a month haul.Fruits and vegetables does the Body well!! 💜

Hard to get service. Maybe it's just me but every time I go there, I can need something and there will not be 1 employee there, but normally 2 or 3 though in the area. But it's never their department and they always have to call someone. Why are all the employees always in another department that isn't theirs? Not doing anything, usually just standing around on their phone or chatting. I'm not saying it's everyone there. I am saying that that is exactly what seems to happen every single time I have to have an employee get an item. They need to bring back cashiers and baggers! I'm sick of doing their job and then being checked like I'm a career thief at the door 🤦

Needed a trailer tire. I was stuck on the side of the road. This store website said it was 3 in stock. Called and the guy wouldn't look for the item. Quickly said it wasn't available after 1sec. No way he could have looked up the tire. I really needed this item.

All self checkout, fast and efficient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some machines don't work some tines but it's okay. Parking lot could use some work. Wish they would go back to 24 hrs or stay open just a little later for those leaving work late.
