The pharmacy techs are useless at this location. They lie about some medications that were supposed to been ordered three weeks ago for a loved one. So today , when the person looking forward to getting her medicine was given the run around by a pharmacy tech who literally just waited her time. At first she said 15 mins, then 30 plus minutes and here’s the kicker, the medicine was NEVER ordered!! So is this how pharmacy techs treats their customers?! I hope Coporate will see this is how the pharmacy techs on Countyline Road treats their elderly customers.

Just picked up prescription at this Walgreens and it is the best store I have been in so far. I was so impressed with the staff and cleanness of the store. The pharmacy staff was extremely friendly.

I like this Walgreens they are a pretty big store, and always have everything I need. They have bathrooms which were clean, and that's a good thing. I also can get my prescriptions filled there.

I went to Walgreens on County Line around 1:30 PM and they had no shopping carts in the store or outside. The store clerks could not find any. At that time a couple of customers were in the store. I am a senior and that really upset me that I had to go to another store to shop because of that. Took my business to CVS.

BEWARE going to Walgreens thinking you will get a flu shot if you are a SENIOR !! Got there when the pharmacy opened, waited behind another customer. I told the lady we were there to get a flu shot. There are flu shots for NOT seniors and flu shots FOR seniors (more potent). THEY ARE OUT OF THE FLU SHOTS FOR SENIORS !!!! AND, did NOT know when they would have anymore. Very POOR business !! We turned around, said nothing, and walked out. Went to CVS across the street and had NO problem. Kudos to CVS this time !! SHAME ON WALGREENS.

This pharmacist told my wife that it was against the law for her to stay in the store and wait on her meds.then told her it would be 2 1/2 hours before it was ready.this lunitic should not be dealing with the public at all.she should be a greeter at walmart or a clerk at the dollar store.very rude person that should not be dealing with the public.

It's a fine establishment. The Toilets are clean and they offer some goods including small lego sets.

They're unprofessional and lies about having one caller ahead of you. How is it one caller ahead if you're constantly waiting and waiting. It doesn't take damn near an hour to talk to ONE customer!!!!!
