This is the worst Walgreens in Jackson! The people in the pharmacy are a complete joke! They do not answer the phones, will continue to let the phone ring, they never have prescriptions ready even when it says it's ready for pick up and you can just feel the "IDGAF" attitude coming from the technicians and pharmacist. I won't say close it down but re-vamp it, and hire new people cause these people give Walgreens a bad name.

If I could give a half of star I would.Rude customer service. Never answer there phone never look for anything. Argue with you that you haven't gotten anything there before. Always saying it's too early to refill. Don't tell you that they didn't have the whole prescription.. when you go to your meds they act like they don't know ish. Sick of this place.

Shut this pharmacy down or staff more people. They never answer the phone, never have prescriptions ready EVEN after a DOCTOR sends them over days before. Rude service like why are y’all even here if you are not gonna do your job? Service the people smh

This pharmacy is a complete joke. Run by the dumbest. My doctor had to call three times to give them a prescription. When I went to pickup first they said they don't have a prescription under my name but when I said the whole story they finally found my details but the the medicine was out of stock. They follow the spirit of Jackson.

This is the worst when it comes to the pharmacy not all of them… I was put on hold 6 times in one called today the first two times I heard was hold next couple of time phone ring thenback on hold with no word.. Rude….Rude

Walgreens Corp office needs to audit this location. They pick up the phone without properly answering it and put you on mute until you're tired of waiting for someone to answer. I know it's on mute, because Walgreen's hold will.have music and speaking in the background. My friend just released from the hospital went through their drive thru to pick up his rx and they made he come inside. Once inside at the pharmacy window, they then told him their system was down. Who makes a sick person walk inside and then to ONLY say the system is down. Plus, she was RUDE to him and said he could take his prescription back. This location doesn't treat people right. This is not the 1st time this has happened. They have been rude and uncaring with him 5 other times. He goes there because it's the one that's close to his home. THIS SO TERRIBLE!!

All the people working in PHARMACY here is Dumb, LAZY And UNPROFESSIONAL. EVERY LAST PERSON IN PHARMACY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, literally. I waited on hold almost a hour , just to have somebody keep picking up and Hanging back up. I waited a while longer, they picked up 3 more times just to HANG IT RIGHT BACK UP, then the call just Disconnected. WALGREENS CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO AUDIT THIS PLACE AND HIRE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STAFF.

I've NEVER left a review before, but I think this one in particular is much needed. This Walgreens staff is highly unprofessional, consistently rude and disrespectful to customers. I just got off the phone with one of their representatives, and I've never in my life had to tell a store employee to lower their voice while they speak to me. The professionalism and communication skills of a toddler. Need better training, if they're receiving any at all.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have reliable insurance but every month when I go to get my prescription there’s ALWAYS a problem. For example I call and fill my prescription but when I get there, can u wait 30 min - hour OR u don’t have refills ( Why didn’t u tell me that at first? ) OR recently they’ve been telling me my petscription has already been picked up for the month. Today was my absolute last time EVER using Walgreens pharmacy. I finally got my prescription filled. I go in line is LONG down the isle ( always is) and drive through to the street. The text message I received telling me my order was ready gave me the quick pay option. I pay online and go to the front of the line, where I’m told I have to pay AGAIN. I pull up my bank statement on my phone and my card had already been charged once , so I show him. He makes me step to the side to wait on a manager who tells me the same thing. She tells me I’d have to bring a bank statment in showing her. I needed my prescription bad so I paid again.

I'm beyond disgusted with the way this pharmacy works, very unprofessional from the Pharmacist on down, they lack customer service, lines always long, they sit and gossip among themselves while you have sick people waiting to receive their medicine. Either hire some new people or shut this sad location down!!!!!I don't even want to give them a star that's to much!!!!

I use this Walgreen's regularly as I stay no more than 10 mins away. My childrens' pediatrician always elecvtronically sends their presctriptions over to get filled. I find it CRAZY that when i get there, i always have to come back hours later, or wait around for 20-30 mins. I've repeatedly asked why should I have to do this when it's always been sent at least 2 hours prior. It should be ready! I've never gotten an answer. It's really frustrating to be told to come back, especially with a sick child. And don't try to call.... you'll get told there are two callers ahead of you during the entire wait and no one ever answers the phones.

I called into the store to find out about batteries on Christmas Eve and the person that answered the phone sounded like the grinch. Yes she was trying to steal Christmas. These type of people needs to stay at home because it kills the holiday spirit. I would prefer that the store closes.
