If you want intimate and quality service and products, this is the place be! Josh and Sage were really friendly and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is very chill and our dog loved it. Really love the $5 brass nameplates. 10/10 do recommend!!

Customer service is excellent! Staff is always friendly helpful and engaging. Went back due to a food issue that appeared to be a manufacturing level(O wasn't first return for particular brand/flavor). They gladly took it back offering g a refund or replacement. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my furbabies!

This place is the best! My family and I are so happy to have found this gem in Fondren. The owners are informative and personable. They are also very kind, as one Saturday, we weren't aware of the closing time and when we pulled up, we noticed someone was inside. We made eye contact and I gestured "Are you closed?" (It was definitely wishful thinking but I always like to ask, all they can say is no right? Or in this case, Yes, we are, lol). And he looked at me and waved "Come on in." Besides their knowledge, that action has added to the security of us coming back again and again, as loyal customers and a mouth to spread the word about them!!

Owner heard me talking about my dog and came out with recommendations. The guy sounded like he knew his stuff and gave me some really solid picks on food and toys. It's a bit expensive but the convenience and hospitality can't be beat.

I called here in search of a tarantula. They didn't have any, but Sage was wonderful. She spent several minutes on the phone with me giving suggestions of other places I might try. She's very pleasant and helpful.

I was introduced to The Pet Shop Of Fondren about two ago and purchased a collar famed from recycled products but the deal you couldn’t pass up is they replace the old messed up one for FREE when your dog is ready for a new one! How amazing!! Plus those nagging long collars the make noise or get your dog caught in something the have a metal plate uthey make with whatever you want said on it for $5!! You can even keep the one you buy first and get it cleaned and bam it looks brand new and save $5 on your new collar your replacing! Wish I had a before and after pictures! No doubt the husband and wife who own the shop are the most amazing business owners, so friendly, knowledgeable on any and everything, and the place is amazingly clean and so organized!Won’t be doing business with petsmart or petco anymore.
