Called to see if they had the air filter that I need in stock, the lady that answered, and I asked her to look up the part number to check availability, she sighed and said hold on, guess she was transferring me since the phone started ringing, then I heard the phone being picked up and then abruptly hung up, I called right back, some other lady answered and just said "hold" both ladies are very rude in their tone and actions, I'm still on hold over 10 minutes now and someone just picked up the phone and put me back on hold! Very disappointing, you would think that maybe a manager would see that the phone was on hold for this long and see if they could help, could be that one of those ladies were a manager, either way, very disappointing! 14 minutes and 20 seconds on hold and a very nice lady answered and of course the product I needed is online only, a bit of a waste of time! Thanks

I'm upset. I did a return and they gave me a gift card for them. I don't hardly shop there. I paid with my debit card it should have been put back on my card. The weather has been raining or ice since it was delivered. I'm handicap and don't come out frequently.

Purchased a new fridge $1700. Earliest delivery date..THREE WEEKS AWAY...insane! A week later, decided to go pick it up.. I WAS TOLD I CANNOT PICK IT UP...more insanity.

Compared to another store close by which we ended up leaving. Mr Henry really helped us find what we needed and gave advice. The young man Terrell was patient and found out some info from the manager and came back and told us.

The staff was very helpful however they have absolutely zero motorized shopping carts for those that are seriously walking impairs. Lowes has them. Why not Home Depot in North Jackson, Ms.

Horrible… went in to purchase a dryer. Ask for assistance in the area. Someone called for the person that supposed to have been working the area. Waited 36 minutes no one showed. Ask another person did he work the area.. he said no and walked off. Went to customer service, she called again and no one showed…. We left at customer service entrance and no one else tried to help me even after I said out loud to my husband, I guess we will go somewhere else. Worst experience ever at a Home Depot. Want be going back there again..

Cody and Anthony and Charlisa was an amazing help. I brought my weedeater in to be looked at. To my surprise these 3 employees went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was and assisted me in ordering the part! It was a true blessing to have them help me. Thanks Home Depot!

The sales person Mr Terrelle was knowledgeable and respectful about questions and concerns i had about purchasing shingles he even printed me a work sheet so I didn't need to try and remember what i need when i return, other sales person in his area walked pass in a rush to nowhere as if i wasn't shopping. As a matter of fact after he started helping me they kept interrupting with comments about unassociated things. He was remained professional. I come here whenever i need large purchases and i find they have the best items and prices. They really need more sales persons like this Mr. Terrelle.I spoke with the manager about my concerns before leaving I've known him for a while and I'm sure he will take care of this. Home Depot is my go to store.

Home Depot hasn’t been good to me lately but this location keeps me coming back. Today was a good day. I came in today to return some items and talk to the kitchen specialist. The customer service was good. I was greeted and assisted timely, no wait. Then after leaving I got a call from fonneka updating me on my request. I hadnt left the parking lot and it was already resolved!

Was shopping for paint and the employees went above and beyond helping me. The cashier named Sharee was very helpful and told me about their membership that I believe I will be enrolling it. The young woman who mixed my paint was very kind and helpful. I wish I remember her name so people knew who to ask for. Both these women deserve raises ! Will be returning!

Selection of plants and flowers were sparse at Home Depot. After searching for geraniums, found a pretty red one. No hibiscus in sight. And old man was friendly and happy to talk with my 8 yr old niece. Always nice to see a friendly face. The cashiers were friendly and courteous. Good trip!

Looking for new carpet?? I warn you...do not make the same mistake as I did! I should have known by the terrible service I received in the flooring department but I'm hard headed that way. I waited for a couple of weeks on installation of my new carpet... removed all furniture and old carpet before the installers arrived. The installers were very rude and completely unprofessional. They demanded extra money to complete the job!!!! I felt intimidated and trapped. I had to waste more time on the phone with my local home depot store and while the job was completed, I have to question the quality of work considering all that happened during the installation. I will never again choose home depot for flooring installation!!

Had a super nice attendant when I went in. I Called in before I went in and a guy told me they had what I wanted. Needless to say they didn't. He was too lazy to go check to see. He sound like he didn't want to be there. Some of the guys need a lesson in customer service.

Normal home depot with the same issues as other large stores, no one to help. I use the app because I know I'm not going to find anyone. I still like the selection and I know they have quality people just not enough of them. Home depot you can spare a few extra dollars. $100k in one dept per day. Ya I think you can handle a few extra jobs. Now is a good time to hire

At this location I can always find helpful and friendly staff that will assist me with finding what I need or directing me to the best options to meet my needs. Because I visit often enough I am familiar with some of the and really value their advice when it comes to purchasing new products or making repairs for Treasure Chest Learning Academy or my home.

This Home Depot is looking better and cleaner than it ever has before. It was easy to find what I needed using the app and the plexiglass enclosed self checkout is an idea that other big box stores should copy.

Almost run over by forklift driver. No apology. Several sales staff chatting with driver offered no help. No greeting. Nothing. Close the store. Workers don’t care about their jobs or customers. Inappropriate music is the store also.
