I'm not a big "review" person but when I get so disappointed with the service, quality of work and poor customer relations, I just have to speak up so I can hopefully save others the headache. They totally chopped up and messed up our dogs hair and didn't bathe him. We provided a picture of what we wanted and they just shaved him down. Then said, "well there is nothing that can be done now with a it will grow back attitude." We will NEVER use this bad business again. Just awful!

I’ve only had one experience with this groomer but it was excellent. I have a Fox Terrier. Correctly grooming that type of coat is a difficult tedious process. It’s very hard to find someone that even does it. The Dog Wash does, and did a fantastic job. Scheduled my next appointment on the spot. Dog looks great.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. This is the second time that I left simple instructions and they were not followed. We have a Havanese, and they cut his hair on his ears off down to the skin. I have had these dogs for 15 years and have never seen one's ears cut off to the skin. If it does not grow back, I will sue them. Once before they brought out a dog that was not mine, and insisted that it was. Trusting them, I started for home and had not gone a block before I realized that this was not my dog. This place used to be number one, but management has changed and it is sub standard for the high prices they charge. The original owner was one of my wife's customers at Maison Weiss. It was great back then, but they now have people who are not qualified to groom a dog as it should be for the breed. If I could post a picture of the dog on here, I would. Never going back there again. They would not even answer my call because they knew how upset I was. No excuse for incompetence at these prices.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. I left two simple instructions: pluck ear hair and leave eyebrows. They did neither. Furthermore, looks like they did a rush job. Took a chunk out of my dog's beard so that its uneven. Overall, generally sloppy job that I'm having to fix and even out myself. Instead of spending money here just buy clippers and do it yourself. That's what I have to do now anyways.... They have zero knowledge on how to cut certain breeds. I mean, they didn't even google it!!

Tuxedo, my standard poodle, absolutely LOVES to go and get groomed. Donna, the groomer, has a deep an obvious love for animals, and it shows. She notices things about Tuxedo, which means to me that she is really paying attention and cares for these animals as she grooms them. Well worth the money, and literally only 4% more than the local chain where none of the groomers ever smile and the dogs look concerned.

They do all the extra bells and whistles like PetSmart does but no extra charge! Only wish check out policy was more like a 24 hr thing so one night in does not cost two days. Dog loves their play groups!

Great place if you don't care about money. They kept my dog less than 24 hours and charged me for two days. I also had to treat my lab mix for kennel cough after I picked her up.
