Honestly, this store wasn’t really intriguing. It reminded me of Ollie’s (which only took one time for me not to go back ever again). Some of their “Compare prices” signs really just look “made up” just to make you feel like you’re getting a deal. The store feels quite empty and lacks any personality. It’s giving very much Dirt Cheap as-well. My only real complaint was the fact there were 7 people in line and only one cashier. Overall it could use some improvement. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Could not find anyone on the floor to assist me with items that were too high to reach, but the store was extremely busy with one person on the register 🙄 stood in line longer then expected but that's everywhere now days. Overall, it was a nice visit. Roses usually have just about everything you will need except lemon heads.

This evening my niece and I visited Rose's in Ridgewood Court in Jackson, MS. I was looking for a small, narrow storage cart on wheels for my job. My niece suggested Rose's. The first three drawer cart did not have the wheels inside of the cart there were over ten without the wheels. We called over the sales represent and explain to him the issue. He was very helpful and nice. He went to get his manager and that is when it went down hill. She was very nonchalant and did not seem to care that the manufactor had sent them incomplete product which is missing leading to the public. So, there was another similar product that was $5 more and I asked as a courtesy was it possible for me to purchase the complete storage unit at the incomplete storage unit price. She said no and went on to say you will have to pay the price that's on there. So, this long post is to say buyers be aware when shopping in Roses because customer service care or consideration does not go beyond the sales representatives. I have been in customer care for over 38 years and that was BAD. Rose's please invest in providing customer care to your Management team in Jackson. She never removed the incomplete carts from shelf and her unconcern attitude is why I am taking the time to ensure that Roses's is notified that this cannot be their standard for resolving customer's concerns. If it is I cannot shop at their stores anymore. I did not have a problem just wanted management to address the incomplete product to avoid returns and complaints.

I loved my time here! Being in college is expensive and having sales like these are amazing. I never really owned a lot of clothes, so my wardrobe has grown by twice the size because of this place. Disregard the 2 star review. This place is perfect. Plus not everything has to be "Luxury".

If you are a Rose's fan...you will love this new Rose's...same great prices...plus a few more items to buy that other Rose's may not have...the environment is relaxed...and the lighting in the store is great....cashiers are what you call your regular Rose's workers...they are there for a check...they are not friendly but not rude either. I purchased a lot of great gifts for Christmas here and I do plan to return.

THOSE COWORKER'S ALL NEEDS TO BE FIRED THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL MANNER @ ALL THEY ALL ARE RUDE AND RATCHET AND DON'T CARE WHAT COME OUT OF THEIR MOUTH WITH A CHILDISH SPIRIT WHO ROLL'S THERE EYES @ CUSTOMERS WHO MAKING THEIR PAYCHECK.
