Went to my local PetSmart today, and had my tank water tested. I was given the okay that it was ready, and I purchased a total of 5 GloFish Tetras. The green one died 40 minutes after I got it home and I returned it for another. Upon my arrival back home from the store, I found the other 3 tetras dead! This isn’t my first tank, and I carefully conditioned my tank & prepared it for the tetras. I’m currently getting a refund & I will no longer be shopping at this PetSmart.

Staff was polite, helpful, and patient. Our ac went out and I could drop my dog off for overnight stay. With Petsmart rewards the first night was free. You will need proof of up to date vaccinations. 4 instead of 5 because when I picked her up she smelled worse than when I dropped her off. I guess that’s from puppy play and peeing indoors. But the smell was rough for me.

This PetSmart has great staff working here. They're always very helpful. When I came in a staff member was meticulously cleaning all of the animal cages. Everything is usually in stock. The only improvement I would suggest is their bathrooms. They are clean but they are worn out and need some renovation. There aren't even toilet paper dispensers in the stalls🤦🏼‍♀️

I hate leaving bad reviews and wish I could rate them with zero stars, but I have had two bad experiences with their grooming station and I feel that I need to tell others about it. I have a 3lb Pomeranian, with teeth the size of a tiny pebble and when I say tiny when she nips you it does not hurt at all, that is very feisty I admit, but still, she is three pounds and could not hurt a fly. We had been taking her to petsmart for quite a while so they knew her and how she acts. The first bad experience happened when I was getting ready to drop her off for grooming. I came in, my dog did what she usually does, she will snap at them and get very feisty. This particular day they refused to groom her and told us that if they were to groom her and she bit one of them they will put her down. I was so shocked and angry and ended up not bringing her for a while. Fast forward almost a year later we ended up having to bring her again and everything was going fine until about last Monday. My dog was not spade until this situation forced her to have to get spade. I dropped her off to be groomed and she was being her normal self, feisty, energetic, all the things that make her who she is. Well later that day I came to pick her up and I picked up an entirely new dog. My dog was not being feisty, she was not eating, and she groaned every time we would lift her. I called back to make sure there was no switch up with dogs and they said they only groomed one black Pomeranian so I left it alone. I decided to give her a day and if she was not back to normal I would take her to the vet. She was still not being herself so that morning I woke up and took her. We got there and found out she had developed an infection over night that could possibly make her uterus burst and kill her and that they had to do emergency surgery so that my dog could live. We let them perform the surgery and the doctors said that something had to have happened to her at petsmart because her insides were all out of whack, it was worst than they thought before they cut into her. Basically while my dog was in their care another dog may have penetrated her and because she is so small, just got out of heat, and was not spade it may have caused the infection in her uterus to come. Petsmart will never get a penny of my money again and I just wanted to warn others of their negligence while caring for my dog.

The store is always clean and organized. And it is right off the highway. They’re out of my favorite cat and dog foods in the largest sizes a lot but they always have the smaller bags. Grooming my dogs here has never been a problem.

I called at 8:45 asking about dog life vests (for kayaking tomorrow) and told them I would be there before 9pm, that I was rushing, and that I needed an item. I arrived at 8:57 and the store was closed. I had been to three stores that evening looking and this was my last shot to find the item before tomorrow morning. I’m sure it’s not the staffs fault, but why say you are open until 9, take my call and not explain that you would be closing early. I wasted the drive and am disappointed.

I like the fact that they let you get a new fish live if you have one died within 15 days and you have the receipt do have to bring the fish The Dead Fish and the receipt in but they do honor their word

let me just say, I've had some troubling grooming experiences but the grooming staff at this location made this the best visit ever. My old gal came back exactly how I asked. She has been knicked before and had sloppy cuts but this time, she was like a plush little cotton ball. I'm so thrilled to have found our permanent groomer Rosa and I can book with her online.

Nice staff. Seldom has live fish for purchase. All other pet selections appear to be well stocked. Some people say it's in a "shady" area, but I've never had or witnessed a problem.

Took my 8 month old lab mix for her very first groom yesterday afternoon. Scheduling was super easy. My puppy is a timid girl so I was nervous about how it would go, but she did great. The staff made me feel so comfortable and took great care of her. She was so happy and confident when we picked her back up a couple hours later. She looked great and she smells SO GOOD! They did a great job of trimming her nails. It was also super convenient that I could grab a bag of her dog food while I was there. Highly recommend!!

Recently took my golden doddle for a shampoo and hair trim, and the groomers complained about the dog as soon as I brought him to the desk, Saying my dog was biting at her, because he was trying to protect me from strangers, he was trying to lick her hands. she ask me to wait because she was not sure if she could groom my dog because of this reason, after they called and ask me to bring him two hour early at 10:30, she said I would still not get the dog back until four, because after the other groomer leaves, she would not be able to groom the dog, I stayed in the store and when I came back to check on my dog she said she has two little dogs ahead of him, and let me know he had diarrhea in his cage and she had to clean it out. My dog has been groomed there multiple times, and is only 7 months old, I have never seen him try to bite anything or anyone, I don’t think she knew how to groom a bigger dog. Thank you to Ms. Angela for grooming my dog prior to this appointment and showing patience and professionalism. To this groomer If you short on staff or you don’t want to do something, don’t get an attitude especially saying a dog bites, because that may cause the dog to be labeled and no one will be willing to groom him.( I didn’t use your name, but you know who you are) and don’t worry about my dog, I will not be bringing him back, I’ll have a professional groom him.

It's cluttered in my opinion. It's decent for petsmart. Prices are high for the quality. Purchased some dog collars, harness and leashes; they broke rather easy for how much we paid.

The store was clean and well stocked. The only thing I did not appreciate was the security pacing back and forth past every isles I was on, until she finally posted up at the end of the isles with just me on it. Even with being uncomfortable with this I still took my time honestly because I was reading and searching for the best products for my daughter rabbit. The feeling of being watched like your doing something when there was an entire store of people shopping just like me paying the same $164.00 as me or less🤦🏾‍♀️. I'll be honest I watched the people a little doggy train their pups it was so adorable but I didn't appreciate security corner eyeing me like I had to steal something. In my petty moment, I should have handed her the receipt asking for half the reimbursement since she half shopped with me🙄

I love PetSmart but something honestly hurt me more than made me angry. I was late getting over to that particular store. I walked in and as SOON I walked in the manager was behind me and he had called security out as well. People will say you must have stolen or something dumb like that. My husband is a Major in the military I can promise I don't have to steal and I dont. I can promise that theft is not just with black customers. They followed me and didn't try to hide it. I was racially profiled. I say that due to someone of the managers race walked in and she wasn't even given a look. He tried that I'm looking at sodas. The cashier was so uncomfortable. I told her that is what he was doing and she shook her head yes. Please don't say oh your pulling the race card. I am BLACK but I lay with a white guy every night so no. I spend upwards to $130 weekly on my dog and the cashier's know me and 🐻 my bay. I was so hurt and if anyone knows the corporate number please give that to me. This was the Petsmart in Ridgeland Ms next to Target. I hate that they felt and acted the way they did. God Bless everyone
