I have been thinking about how to say this in the nicest way....... I completely understand how it is to bring children to work, but it is completely irresponsible to leave two hyper children alone. I a truck driver got no peace in the driver's lounge. Another truck driver left. As these two were rough housing around, all I could think about was the TV falling on them.... As I sat in the cheap recliners, they were broken, were they broken because of these children. Do they not care if this stuff is not for them? Nowadays you have to be careful what you say to the parent... Although I understand they had to be there or are allowed, what I don't understand is that they did not behave or respect people who were watching TV. And this is the facts and my opinion why let them watch the nightly news and you are not around and the news was talking about how they arrested a child for planning a massacre. That was in my opinion horrible to leave them their to watch adult shows but wow until you MAYBE MAYBE spanked your daughter for disappearing they were WILD, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and I'm not going into too much how the boy got behind the girl while they both stood up and while he was behind her while he held her arms he did some weird moments. But not my children, but I would have loved the peace. I would've enjoyed it if they were not in the building. Don't forget as they ate their nachos and cheese at the table all THE SCREAMING THEY DID! The bathroom was clean. Love laundry area, shower was clean.

Avoid the shop at this location! The techs are so lazy. They just waste time chatting between them and walking around not realizing we as truckers need to be rolling. I wasted 30 minutes to be acknowledged to enter the bay. I was the first customer today. Spent almost 3 hours for the tech to fix a light and an hour for him to put things back together. Now, the lady at the counter is very nice and sweet.

Truck stop is pretty good sized with several amenitiesBUTAs a driver, I would like to be able to relax in the driver’s lounge without a bunch of little kids running in and out, taking up seats meant for drivers and making a bunch of noiseIn my experience, the drivers lounge is meant for the drivers-not a make shift daycare

Decent truck stop, not much when it comes to food options, but the Barbershop is really good. Friendly people and skilled barbers. The female Kay gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever got on the road.

Do not stop here!!!!! This place is an absolute dump. I give this place a -5 in red flag stars. The restaurant is still closed, fountain drink out of order, the drink cooler is hot, the employees are lazy as hell, no other food choices other than junk, the parking lot is a disaster, and the bathroom are disgusting.

Have any of the TA center and Petro CEOs in their lives really driven a truck for 11 hours and come to the truck stop and not get anything to eat? Why did they close one of the best places to eat like Iron Skillet and have not bothered to replace it? This is really how customer service is given.

This place sucks boycott this place. Don't buy fuel or anything from them until they put back the iron skillet. We were here for 3 days with nothing to eat but garbage food.

What a sorry miserable bunch of losers working here. 1st one has been a 300 lb Cashier for many years. You will know this one by the fake cheap nylon wig on the head. It doesn't get any better from there. I hope they all get paid the most minimum of wages. I feel sorry for TA Petro corporation that they have no one else that wants to work here. But this group of uncourteous non professional misfits.PATHETUC BEHAVIOR.These idiots actually behave as though you are a walking into their mississippi living room. Wake up you're at a job that no one else wants. Why do you think they hired you here?

My card was swiped 2 times!!! 319.04 and I'm having a hard time getting my monies back, pay close attention drivers!!!! I have to keep calling and getting nasty attitudes about the situation.. pay attention drivers!!!.. to the owner.. I've tried WWe.petro can't get nothing to up for my monies..its January l haven't talk to anyone,text messages only,and I still havent resolved this problem!!! I need my monies!!!...January 23 still can't any help nobody wants to talk about my monies that were swiped from my card..petro I need my monies!!

Avoid this store for ordering pizza she said it takes about 15 minutes but after 45 minutes she said still we have something else in the oven to cook it takes 15 more minutes would you wait that’s really disgusting it takes one hour to make you a pizza

As typical with all Petro and TA truck stops when they don't want to work on anything they give you a 4 to 8 hour window. This time all I needed was a bolt, nut, and washer put next to my def line to hold my def tank on miss KAREN said no we don't work on any def and I showed her the picture she said a tech won't be available until after 6 pm so in other words you argued with me so I'm going to dump it over to another shift and then she accused me of being rude when I told her it was a waste of time for me to come in there. Never again Petro never again.

This Petro has clean bath and restvrooms, good size parking lot, truck wash and even barber shop. I caould not really complain about anything. Good job Petro.

WARNING ⚠️I just purchased diesel from this Petro, be aware of their diesel is horrible. After driving 200 miles DEF Regent required. I went to other truck stop and purchased Deep diesel cleaner, I’m attaching the proof of pics. By the way my truck is new 2020 Volvo. Very disappointed, I just don’t want other driver feel what I felt after driving 200 miles

This stop is horrible. I swung in here to get some food and sleep, but the iron skillet is closed. The employees didn't notice or cared that literally every item of the hot bar had a bite taken out of it (yes even the hot dogs and hot wings)... So now I'm stuck here after paying higher than normal for reserve parking (it's close to the grass for my dog), and just about every employee is beyond rude.Drivers, avoid this stop. And PETRO corporate should really consider shutting this one down or renewing it. If it were possible, zero stars

This Petro has no restaurant in it. Very little to eat inside the store other than junk food. Other than that it was a clean store. There's nowhere for truck drivers to get any decent food nowadays and you need to open your restaurant back up.

Beware truckers avoid having any repairs at this shop, no experienced mechanics, they just walk around and waste time, don’t actively work on your truck, they hang out and talk among themselves, they girl doing the work orders is very rude and treats drivers like they bother her, she in with the gang…the truck sat there for 3 hours before they started to work on it, 30 miles down the road, I had the same problem with my brakes on my trailer… beware!

This is for Kenny's barber shop, I was here a couple months ago and got all my hairs cut, besides getting one of the best cuts I've had in a really long time, everyone was polite, talkative and overall exactly what a barber shop should be in my opinion. Meant to leave this after my visit but got busy and forgot, so I'm doing it now mostly because I'm back in area and remembered and looking forward to another visit to get me another great cut. Just so you know this is my first one star review I go to petro to have a first class shower experience having 20 year dread locks i don't wash my hair often but when I need to on the road i go to petro. A big part of the reason I do is not having to ask for an extra towel to wrap up my hair. I get a shower at this so-called petro and right next to the pledge of having the best shower on the interstate is a towel rack with only one towel, one face-rag, and one floor-mat. Still needing to wash my hair i went to ask for an extra towel and was denied. Some excuse about too many towels walking off so I ended up with my hair in the one towel provided using the smallest hair dryer I've ever seen to speed up the air drying process the cord was zip tied to make it so short that i had to get my 6' frame into some really awkward positions. Hopefully this gets fixed soon as my next complaint will be to petros corporate office.

10/23/23....1200am...So,im at pump #4... Im ready to start fueling my 28 wheeler. I noticed IMMEDIATELY the pumo erase but had already 4 cents thru the gauge/clock. The first thing that csme to my mind wZ "multiply those 4 cents 100 times a day for 1 year... 🤔 Ummmmh thats a lot of money for someone that mivht be skimming the milk you know🤑🍫😉.... Just saying😝

If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst truck stop I’ve ever been to. Been sitting here for 8hrs to get a DOT inspection, then was told tech has to go on a ride call. No call to update me I just happened to walk in to see how much longer it was going to be. Front desk associates has a nasty attitude and will lie to your face to get you out the office. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. They have poor customer service and lack communication skills

This place use to be on top of things. Stopped in this morning to get a shower and something to eat. They dont have the staff to maintain this place. 3 half wait for a shower and still waiting but I'm out of time now. They won't need to worry about me coming back. But they keep up like this they will keep losing bussiness. Good luck.

Very Pleasant Employees! However : One Way In n Out is under construction!! Caution !! Or you'll end up in Car Fuel isle! Curl right onto unmarked Gravel path! It's a single lane , sooo two trucks in opposite directions may be a bit of a Mexican Standoff!! .. Food is As plentiful as water in the desert! Be prepared!.. Lots o parking (Guess ya know why)..! Caution n patience will rule the day ! Resteraunt is scheduled to reopen in 2085 or after!

Giant “Iron Skillet “ sign on building but no Iron Skillet restaurant. Nothing resembling food to buy, only had the same items you can get out of a rest area vending machine. If you have full pee bottles, you can come dump them out here in the parking lot to make it smell better.

The blonde girl in the truck service office is extremely rude ( she got mad because I didn't want to get a new trailer tire for $ 797 she said you wasted my time )!
