They took such good care of our dear Siamese boy, Simon. He was as loved and as spoiled as was possible by our little family. He brought us together and helped our family through our toughest battles. I want to thank the team here for the work they do to help other families through some of the toughest times a pet parent can encounter. Fly high, my sweet boy.

I brought my moms pet here about a year ago and just had to drop off my baby of 12 years to them over the weekends. This was my first personal experience. There were lots of hours spent crying but Andrew and his team are so so kind and comforting in the whole process. It takes a great deal of weight off of your shoulders to know you are dropping your fur baby off to people you know are going to take good care of them. It makes the grief slightly bearable. If I’m ever put in such a situation again I will only bring my dogs here. With my moms dog we got his paw prints in a nice box and we were not expecting the lock of his hair. It was very sweet. You guys are great.

Can be a great service for pet parents. Not a great place to work, specifically the Jackson, MS location is what I'm speaking of. Also, not the best place for those seeking services for their pets. Management, when I worked there (Nov '21-June '22) was Robert and he was horrible. I agreed to work there from November -May, when Nick was supposed to return from an assignment. I was asked to work longer into June and agreed to that. When the time came agreed upon that I leave, I was told that I quit and my last check was taken from me. I reached out to corporate and nothing was done. Amazing right. He, Robert, is inconsiderate of his employees as I was asked to drive an unsafe van to Mobile, Al. I refused to do so after telling him the tires needing to be replaced (for weeks). I switched vans with another employee and the tires were changed that day. Another time, I let him know my van sways when it's storming and wanted to change my route with someone else, we were over staffed that day so he refused my request and said "it is what it is" and told me I could go home if I didn't want to do that route. So, I left that day. Concerning the pet parents, I stayed as long as I did because you all showed your appreciation anytime I saw you while making deliveries or pick-ups and I wish you all the best. I've seen on a few occasions where the cremation process was not what you would hink it should be. If Robert is still there, I wouldn't use their service. He has lost employees and will continue to do so as he is an unfit manager. Be bless.

Losing my girl of 16 years was the hardest thing to go through. Its only been a week and I am still out of sorts. Layla was my best friend. From the moment I contacted Best Friends I was impressed with how much love and compassion they have for pet parents. They were patient and they were understanding of my loss and genuinely helped me through each step of the way. I had them come get Layla from my home because she passed away in her sleep and even the driver was compassionate about my loss and tears watching her leave. He was gentle in bringing her to the van and he even asked if I needed more time to say goodbye. Kelly at the office was just as kind and genuine. I work with animals myself and there is something to be said about a business that truly goes the extra mile for pet parents! I respect that very much and I appreciate you guys for going above and beyond for me and for Layla.

Highly recommend using Best Friends if you’re in need of their services. When we lost our dog of 7 years, I truly felt like the world stopped spinning. Jeff was so professional and kind while I asked a million questions. They delivered my baby with care and included the requested paw print so I could get a few things custom made for us. I hope I won’t have to use them for many years to come but if the need ever arises, I know where I’ll be going. Thank you again!

I am a veterinarian and have been recommending Best Friends to my clients for over 12 years. All of my clients have always spoken so very highly of both the previous owner, Mr. Gibson Sims, and the current owner, Mr. Jeff White. I have personally toured the facility and my recommendation has always been made based on that visit and the kindness and integrity of both these individuals.It wasn't until this past month that I found myself in need of Jeff's services not once, but twice with the passing of my beloved little Shih Tzu, Cookie and our little Guinea Pig, Jack. Jeff went above and beyond with the services and care he provided both to my family and to our fur babies. Words will never fully express the gratitude I have for Jeff. While nothing will ever bring our babies back, my children have found peace in being able to see their fur friends paw prints that were made for them (I definitely recommend requesting this service).For as long as I am practicing medicine, I will continue to recommend Best Friends for anyone in need of such services. Jeff will treat your babies as if they were his own.

I cannot express how amazing Best Friends is. The death of any beloved pet is traumatic,but we had some complications following Ruger's passing that caused additional grief and stress. We dealt with Jeff, and he was understanding, thoughtful, caring and professional. He made a difficult situation a little easier. I highly recommend their services.

We are traveling across the country in our motorhome, and were at a campground in Vicksburg a few days ago when one of our elderly dogs passed away in the middle of the night. We didn't know any veterinarians in the area, so I checked google maps for pet crematories. I found Best Friends. I waited until 7:00 to call to find out if we could bring her to them later that morning. Eddy was so kind, and assured me that someone would be there to receive Heidi when we arrived. When we arrived, Jeff was there and could not have been nicer or more compassionate. We were able to pick Heidi's ashes up the next afternoon. Sadly, the very next day, another of our elderly dogs, Violet, began having uncontrollable seizures and we had to make the decision to let her go. I called Jeff and he recommended a great veterinary clinic to take her to. We are scheduled to leave for our next destination tomorrow, so we were concerned that we would have to have Violet's cremains shipped to us somewhere. But, Jeff assured us that they could have her ready for us to pick up before we leave. We delivered her to them this morning, shortly after leaving the veterinarian, and picked her up this afternoon. Everyone at Best Friends were so nice and compassionate. They made our double grief much more bearable. THANK YOU!!!

I called them at almost 8pm and Mr. Jeff met us there at their shop without hesitation. Already emotionally broken we arrive and meet Mr. Jeff, who is the absolute kindest person I've met in a long time. After a few minutes of kind and comforting words we departed ways. It's was an tough couple days and then I received the call to come pick up my boy. As much dread as I was experiencing we had to go. Upon arrival we met Mr. Eddie, who happens to own a similar blood line of dogs as us, greeted us with the same true concern, respect and dignity as Mr. Jeff. He gave us our package and explained the different items. Honestly you can not put a price on the quality, respect and understanding their team offers. I truly thank them for elevating our situation from a tragedy to something that can be honored and comforting. To you gentlemen I tip my hat.

Three days ago, we unexpectedly lost our sweet dog, Albert, a 100 lb German Shepherd. Only those who have lost a beloved family pet, know the heartache. We did not deal with Best Friends directly, as our vet arranged for them to come get his body - a service we were grateful for. We just picked up his ashes from the vet. Not only did we get his urn, but we got a paw imprint and a lock of his hair. I’m crying as I type this. We are so appreciative of these extra reminders of Albert. Thank you, Best Friends, for your compassion.

The man who works there acts as if he is handling your family member and lets you know they’re in loving hands. I can’t describe how loving and wonderful this business is. Very professional and compassionate. I've had to use them a few times. They will pick up your pet from any location or you are welcome to go there. If you want a special urn or box they have plenty to choose from. Having your beloved pet family member treated with respect is extremely helpful in an emotional and stressful time.

I had heard nothing but praises about this place and staff from two different Veterinarians over the years. Unfortunately, on Labor Day, I had to call on them. I didn't expect an answer on the holiday. I was leaving a message as Jeff was calling me back. I was able to get my precious 16 year old cat to him on that day. As much praise as I had heard about them, didn't come close to what I witnessed. I can't even begin to explain how awesome they are. How caring they are. As badly as I hate I will probably soon be making another visit to them, I am relieved I have them to turn to.

These guys are the best in the business. We haveused their sevices twice now. They are so kind and easy and caring during a tramatic event in our lives. They are respectful and affordable. They will come to you or your vet whatever is easiest for you. They will deliver, UPS, or fedex the remains to you whatever you choose. Just cant say enough about these guys. If your thinking about cremation for you fur baby Best Friends is the best and cheapest place hands down.
