I needed a shower head and looked for a hardware store close to me. I had no idea ACE was still in business after closing near Lakeland Dr. I'm glad I found them again. You are greeted and get help at the door, nothing like others hardware store 100 of people but no help. ACE definitely where you want to go if you need assistance .

IDK if I should post this, but they sell Stanley cups 🤫 The service is excellent, and they have everything you didn't know you needed! I bought driving gloves because they were cute, and now it feels weird driving my car without them.

I give 7stars ******* this team is amazing! Paxton is such a composed manager who really knows ego electric lawn equipment. Helped me tremendously - the entire team (Keith, Jake, Andrea, etc) are courteous, respectful and give you the time that other shops just don't these times of year. Most of all my experience was different than at Lowe's or Home Depot - It was like a neighborhood shop should ought to feel like when a family works together, helping your fellow neighbor

Everytime I come to this Ace I am always greeted by friendly staff and given great tips for cooking, gardening or whatever! I definitely recommend coming here for any of your hardware needs. And ladies it even has a cute shopping area for you to look through if you are out with your husband and get bored 😄

I will go back however when a person is at the front door to greet those that come in. PLEASE GREET EVERYONE!!! I almost walked right back out of the store. Someone in front of me was greeted, nothing was said when I arrived the gentleman after me was greeted. The two that was spoken to where white. I spent close to 400.00 do be mindful of your customer service tactics. I am thankful of my salesperson.

The Staff at Ace Hardware went above and Beyond to help me out today and I am so grateful that I felt I have to share my story. I came in with a broken drawer and I was missing the hardware that was necessary to repair it. A staff member Sunny tried to help me first and when she couldn't come up with a solution she brought in another worker, Adrien, to help. He soon realized this would have to be an unconventional repair job because none of the hard ware matched the missing pieces on my drawer. Adrien spent nearly an hour helping me and finally he fixed my drawer for me and asked for nothing in return. He believed he was just doing his job BUT it made a huge impression on me and from now on I will go to Ace Hardware for ALL My hardware needs.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! Though I'm not a professional contractor, I do most of the work on my house. I asked for exactly what I needed, was lead directly to the product, and when I had questions, they were answered truthfully and I felt no pressure or "up-sale" by the nice folks who were helping me. So happy they're in the neighborhood!

I walked in the store on today 1/4/2021. And the employee working was checking someone out at the cash register. But the interesting part is there was no greeting even when he was done ringing them up. I purchased some gummy bears and asked about a couple of scooters displayed out front. I asked if they were used scooters since they had quite an accumulation of dust on them. He seemed surprised that I asked, but responded with 'they just don't have the manpower to get that done.' How long does it take to wipe a scooter down before putting it on display, not long at all. But he put my receipt on the counter, didn't ask if I needed a bag or anything. I told him to have a good day and that's when he said for me to do the same. This is why I'm rating this experience with a 1 which is the lowest on the scale I'm hoping. I don't like to think it's because of my race but it makes me wonder sometimes here in the good ole state of Missisippi.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and the store is clean and well kept. They have a large selection of Stihl power equipment. However, inventory of actual hardware and tools is kept quite low, and they are often completely out of simple, common items.

Great staff! I had an outdoor water faucet that was leaking and went in to get a replacement. They showed me how to fix the leaky one, so I didn't need to replace it. It's so nice to have them close by so I don't have to drive out to County Line Road every time I need something. Things may be less expensive on CLR, but I save on gas and get great customer service here!

First time going into this Ace since moving to this side of town..and I have to say that I was super impressed. The customer service I received from the moment I walked into the store was second to none.. I was helped with everything I needed. I am certain that this will be my go to store for all my home or hardware needs.!!

Went here for a specific item online inventory said they had. Online inventory was wrong, as usual in my experience; however, they did have one of the item I was after. Plus, I had never been in this store before. It's a great place to shop. Hope I get a chance to go back. Friendly, helpful staff.

Extraordinarily helpful staff. Prices tend to be higher than Lowes or HD, but its more convenient to get to for me. Only complaint is the store is closed on Sundays when most people have time to work on projects. Theres been many a weekend where I've needed something and had to go to Lowes. Id really rather it was open Sunday and closed Monday.

Questionable clerks. Don't try to upsale me on tools/equipment that I've used since I've been in business--which happens to be thirty plus years. I know everyone wants to make their sales goal but to outright lie about not using a certain product, which just so happens to be the most expensive, is just unethical. I came to the store because it's close and in the neighborhood. Lesson learned, future needs will take me just a few miles farther where the same products are less expensive and I don't have to deal with uninformed staff. Way to go for a new neighborhood business.
