I have been trying to return a washer to them for 2 days. The washer was delivered Sunday morning. I tried to return it in person Monday afternoon to only be told that internally the washer wasn’t showing as delivered and the ticket was still open by your 3rd party delivery service and until that was done it was out of their hands. They couldn’t/wouldn’t contact them to close the ticket. They then told me for to trouble that they could pick it up the following day. I waited and called a total of 9 times through the day for insure they were still coming to pick it up… never showed. After finally talking to the manager at 8:30 pm that night I asked him how they would make this right. His response was they would refund me when I returned it. This is terrible business practice

Every Thursday morning , this location gives out dozens, if not hundreds of free tools, materials, and paint stirring training shanks to all customers who consistently are able to beat the employees in the 400m dash and /or high hurdles.

I recently purchased a refrigerator. It was delivered earlier than I expected- A GOOD Thing. After I finished un packing it, I realized that several parts were missing. I took my paperwork to Lowes. ALL of the sales people were courteous and helpful. I got my missing parts. As I approached my car with an arm load, one of the associates, COMING in to work, stopped and helped me get my parts into my car. He was NOT even on the clock yet, and he helped me WITH a smile..

Everyone here is so helpful! They all smile, and help you find everything you need. The store is always clean. The floral section is better than the nearby home depot, in my opinion. Everything else is pretty comparable.

Mediocre quality lumber at highly inflated prices. I'll shop for my wood at lumber yards from now on. Tools are decent quality. Associates are rarely knowledgeable or helpful...I asked 3 different employees for directions to a particular outdoor aisle and was sent 3 different directions. Finally gave up and found it myself.

Great customer service. I had a craftsman pack of two 4.0 batteries one went bad. They returned it for me, sent the money back to my card which was 100 and something. So I needed a another pack of 4.0 batteries I went to buy it and they only charged 80$. So I respect them and highly recommend them to anyone.

I went into Lowes to get an air filter. The size I needed was 14x25x1. I saw the filtrate brand single for $5.97. I look to the left and there was an entire box of 3 in a pack 14x24x1 for $5.97. I thought one inch smaller for 3 in a pack I would get them. When I got to the register they rang up for $12.97. I informed the young lady watching self checkout of the discrepancy. She asked me to go and take a picture and I did. Once she Saw it She called for a manager for an override. Tonya that was over at return counter came over viewed the picture and told me what I had was different from the sign. I told her there’s no way I could see numbers and there’s an entire box of them in going off this sign. She proceeded to walk away saying I’m not overriding anything. You can call one of them from plumbing but I’m not doing it. We were standing there… I asked the young lady was someone going to call she said she thought Tonya was doing it. The young lady called for another manager and he came and looked at what I had and changed the price. He then said what did Tonya say? I informed him of what she said and how she walked away very unprofessionally. I’ve never experienced that before. She was very rude and lacked customer service skills. Has it been one item there, I would have assumed a customer moved it there but an entire box was there and priced incorrectly.

I want to start this review by sharing Renee and Jennifer (assistant manager) was professional, apologetic, & helpful. The 2 stars 1 for Jennifer and the other for Renee...From the start of my mom going in to the store there has been a ton of continuous negative & less than average customer service experiences. The entire experience is too much to write but from employees being dismissive, dishonest leading her to believe the stove was in stock, no follow up, worst customer service, etc!! I purchased the stove over the phone and we were informed it would be available in 2 weeks- neither of us were contacted when the stove arrived. I confirmed that the stove had arrived with the assistant manager Jennifer. I had to continue to call to get a manager because whomever was answering the phone kept transferring me without properly greeting me or asking what I needed. Being constantly transferred to someone named Dominic in appliance was useless as he continued to talk over me and was rude. I believe in following protocol and since this whole ordeal from the beginning was horrible I wanted the general manager Jared Hendrickson to be made aware prior to contacting corporate. He listened and apologized but when I said it is not like no one is trying to right this issue my an apology combined with any type of gesture such as "I am so sorry- here's a percentage off your purchase, here's a credit back to your card- I also said I understand how follow ups go and next steps or if disciplinary were taken that can not be disclosed so I would not need to be contacted unless they are trying to compensate me- Jared then said "Are you asking for compensation you've mentioned that several times". It really pist me off because asking for something is "Are you going to give me my money back" "will you all be compensating me for this problem"? Stores don't do well if there not sales made. Hours, hiring, etc is based on sales. This store seems to not have it together and I will never patronize here again.

I'm calling cooperate office worst management I've ever seen 2 weeks ago paid $79.00 plus tax 85.32 for a pressure washerLong story short the hose busted I went in with my receipt to EXCHANGE IT!! BUT was told they no longer do exchange but can refund then I said ok I'll just buy it back it rung up 99.09 the manager refuse to override and give it to me for the price I paid! NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION HERE!! SHE WAS RUDE AND DID NOT DO HER JOB!!!! This was Lowes near 18 hwy in Jackson Ms!!! Thier products ant worth a 💩but they wanna go up on prices I had a receipt of 85.32 and a picture from the price before!!!!

Frigidaire is replacing my refrigerator due to my freezer going out while under warranty. This has been 2 months now trying to get the Jackson Lowes to deliver my new fridge. They claim they cannot deliver until after they pick up my current fridge. I have confirmed through Lowes corporate and other Lowes stores that this is not a policy. The workers have been rude and very hard to talk to about this. They offer no solution, just a “get over it” attitude. This store is a joke. Over 2 months still nothing.

Did an online order for a bunch of plumbing parts the night before I was supposed to need them. Was told order was ready then that order was sent to another location I called several times and was hung up on 5 times before I could even express my frustration or explain what was going on!! So I tried emailing the associate that sent me emails originally to sort out this mess and they never replied. If you want any customer service that is helpful in the slightest go to home Depot

Called to try and get an estimate on a material list. The automated system. Didn’t have a clue how to transfer me. Once I talked to a human they transferred me it rang a while and transferred me again to someone who couldn’t help.
