Mr Johnathan looked for the product I wanted, and then came to the front of the store and gave it to me with a smile. AND my riding cart was fully charged. 5 stars

We stop here each time we travel to get gas, food, and a restroom break. This Kroger is great except for the bathroom. Granted, we do not go there often, but I find it odd that literally every time we go there, the ladies' restroom smells. I know that it's going to happen every now and then because it's a bathroom. However, it's strange that every time we go, there's a smell. Plus, the tissue holder was broken. So if you think about it, unless the staff has another restroom, they have to use this same nasty restroom and go back to work and handle your food.Other than the restroom, it's a nice Kroger.

Used the self check out #20. As I was completing my purchase. The cash register blacked out. Then my receipt came out after the cashier came over and it said that the purchase was completed but that the gift card I was purchasing wasn't activated. She then sent me to customer service. The customer service agent said that register always shuts down while in use and started laughing. I waited over 30 minutes for a manager, 2 showed up and both laughed about the register 20 always shutting down. They said they couldn't prove that the purchase was completed and I showed them that I had been taken out of my checking account. I asked for my money back or a activated gift card. They called the number on the gift card I purchased and the said it was not activated and they didn't know how to activate and they couldn't give me a refund. They then claimed that they called their card services and it would be refunded in 7-10 days however NONE OF THE SO CALLED MANAGEMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD ON NAME TAGS AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THIER NAMES. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I LEFT KROGER WITH OUT MY GIFT CARD OR A REFUND. IF A BUSINESS IS GOING TO USE SELF CHECK OUTS THEY SHOULD ENSURE THAT THEY PROBABLY WORK AND HAVE KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW HOW TO FIX OR REFUND CUSTOMERS WHEN THE BUILDING REGISTER GOES OUT AND NOT TREAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE ITS THIER FAULT. IF THE BUSINESS HAS DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT THEY SHOULDN'T CONTINUE TO LEAVE IT AVAILABLE AS A SELF CHECK OUT TO UNWITTINGLY BE USED AND MESS UP A CUSTOMER'S PURCHASE. I CHECKED OUT AT 12:39 AND AFTER 2PM I WAS STILL ATTEMPTING TO GET THIS RESOLVED WHILE THE MANAGERS WERE LAUGHING BEING UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKADAISICAL.

It's a grocery store in Jackson. If you don't get shot going in (see the local news), you will find a store in need of cleaning and serious supply issues. The people are okay but in serious need of support from their headquarters.

Kroger needs more cashiers. Couldn't find some items. Some selves were empty. All water staged in the front. Hire more people to bag and serve the elderly. No shopping carts inside. I assisted an elderly lady looking for a cart. Come on Kroger. Please better serve the community..

Clean. Friendly staff. Lively store. But what REALLY got me…I’m standing in line to be checked out, and over the intercom a man starts singing. I’m not sure what exactly, but it transitioned into the same man telling everyone about an Easter sale that was about to happen. He concludes with singing as well lol. This was the best experience I’ve had here in a long time. 💕

Every other aisle smelled like weed. So that was gross.I've bought packs of sports drink on multiple occasions that were somehow missing a bottle.Seltzer boxes often seemed crammed onto shelves. I've bought one before that contained a can that was punctured and slowly leaking.But I can almost always find what I need here.

I shop at Kroger for myself and I also work for instacart where most of my orders come from Kroger. This is a place I am familiar with. It has a great staff and wonderful set up. It's clean and organized every day. It's never an off day for the clean up crew. Great job!

Not too bad. Ladies bathroom needs cleaning bad.I can find things at this location that I may not find in Madison or the stores in Rankin County.They do have enough cash registers but it's usually 2-3 cash registers open. Be prepared to wait in line. Don't be in a rush at this store because the lines are usually long unless you go early morning before 10 AM.

i wouldn’t recommend doing a pick-up order here. one time i waited for a good 45 min, after finally getting a spot, just for them to call me and say my order wasn’t ready and would need to be rescheduled (i placed this order like 3 days in advance)..then now I placed an order for pick-up between 3-4pm and i have been here since 3pm and it is now 4:40 and i am still sitting here.

Having rainbow balloons right in the front door so everyone, even kids can ask questions. I, nor my family will spend money in your store again as long you you are supporting any agenda. Might as well put Bud light with you stupid display!

I have been shopping at this Kroger for 40+ years. The customer experience continues to deteriorate. Many items are out of stock. It is cramped and crowded. It is way more expensive than Walmart. Most of the time when I step out of my car to go into the store or return to my car after shopping there is the nauseating smell of pot in the air in the parking lot. I try to avoid this store as much as possible. The customer service in the pharmacy has improved in recent months however.

I love this Kroger especially since it’s only 2 minutes from my house. Just keep in mind they don’t keep some things stocked like the other locations. On 3 different occasions, they did not have NY strip steaks, no pork shoulder roasts, and they never keep the Big K diet cola 12pk in stock. Other than the stocking issues, this location is perfect!

This store has mostly a great staff and food selections.I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and have basically had positive experiences.However, I was bitten or stung by an unidentified flying/jumping insect in produce this past August. This resulted in medical treatments that included antibiotics and steroids.I don’t want anyone else to have my unfortunate experience; therefore, I’m WARNING everyone to be aware of the possibility of insects on and or among the various produce; especially since much of it is imported.Be cautious and observant!!!GAW

Some of these young female employees have the WORST attitude, especially the one with the EXTREME color in her head. That particular individual was truly ghetto with no manners . So I needed a cart and she and a customer stood in the way. I said excuse me politely, she looked at me and stood in the same spot until she was done. Ugh, I could had reported her but assumed that her boss wasn’t going to do anything.

Was sold bad product (spoiled watermelon) and because I expect to be sold edible food, I never keep grocery receipts, and because of that, I could not swap out my watermelon. Keep your receipts in case you're sold bad product thaf they're obviously practicing.

Today my 89 year old grandmother and sister took an outing to Kroger in order to get groceries for my grandmother. Maneuvering down the isle my grandmother was attempting to get something from the shelf and their where items on the floor in the way. She took her foot and slid the items to the side to reach what she needed. A you lady by the name of Tiffany, who works there disrespected my grandmother. Of course my sister contacted management, etc. But this young lady was doing this instead of removing the items out of. Am 89 year olds way. And then proceed to discuss the sliding to another staff. This incident had my grandmother and sister in their emotions. My sister went back and forth with this lady. And management displayed no concern. They said her Ma glazer was not there for her department. And actually said they don’t want her to get fired. Yes manager did apologize. But afterwards, she don’t want her to get fired. I also coveted the store kindly speaking and they relayed the same thing about management. Kroger this was just blasphemy. 😒

Pharmacy: I spoke to the same technician twice on different days when pricing a medication. Both times the person was rude and intentionally dodged direct answers to questions I had -- just very obviously being difficult both times. In this case, Kroger is cheaper than my usual pharmacy, so I will be using them for this one thing, but my experience with this technician makes me dread needing to use them at all. There are way more pharmacies with friendly folks! No need to deal with weird non-sense if one doesn't have to!Grocery: I've experienced this Kroger not letting people inside 15-20 minutes before their actual closing time. Once, I called from the parking lot and the manager (or assistant) left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I could be wrong, but it seemed like maybe trying to keep me on hold until actual closing time? I drove to the Kroger knowing the time they closed and that I should have plenty of time to grab what I needed. Pretty frustrating and honestly pretty bizarre when a security guard is keeping you from going inside, but letting people out, when the place is supposed to be open. I spoke to the security guard, too. He had no idea why he was told to do that.

Placed an order in advance for pick up. Paid for it. Fast forward 8 hours...Text message arrives saying my order is ready. No messages saying they had to replace anything. I arrive at the designated time. I sit for 30 minutes before a lady walks out with several names written on paper. "We're short-staffed so no one pulled any orders. You can come back in the morning."Just put my money back on my card. All of it!I can't wait to get back to Nashville...

They need to publicly advertise what my family refers to this location as, the Weed Kroger. We cannot shop there one time without being overwhelmed by the stench of weed while shopping at the store. It is all over the store and parking lot. Have begun shopping at other locations when I can. Awful!!!

I have used this location now for over 5 years. No major issues until today, 9-6-2021. Went for a pickup for 3pm, called in and notified the employee at 245pm. By 330pm I watched numerous cars come and go with their orders. I finally called back at 345pm, sat on hold for 10 minutes to be answered by "hold on", another 3 minutes goes by and she asks for my name. I tell her and tell her I've been there for an hour waiting and asked if they forgot about me. She tells me "they coming now" and hangs up on me. No apology, nothing at all and they were not that busy. I know times are tough right now and good employees are hard to come by but I've watched this location slowly become run down and miserable to visit. We will drive out of our way to the Ridgeland location from now on. I did sit on hold for 20 minutes to speak with a manager before leaving this review, no one ever answered.
