A daughter of a friend had to have surgery. We knew she would be in ICU (no deliveries) for a few days. When I let the flower shop know I needed something for a little girl, and she loves colors, they informed me they only had brown bears in stock. A week later, she got her delivery and was all smiles. The gentleman who took my order went and got her a beautiful pink and green frog. I would give 10 stars if I could. Ordering from half a state away, I was nervous about ordering from a new store. Great business!

Greenbrook has been my go to florist for more than 20 years. When my father passed away last March they were our only choice because we knew the flowers would be gorgeous and they were! No matter the occasion, wedding, birthday or funeral Greenbrook never disappoints.

Flowers were nice, but I was very disappointed and embarrassed to discover that a huge promotion “BRING THIS CARD IN FOR A FREE ROSE” was delivered on my sympathy flowers and card. This is very insensitive to people who are mourning and receive condolence bouquets. Please think about changing this asap.

When using this business to send flowers, for I don’t know how long, they are the best out there.The team is awesome, never have to worry about what I’m sending all I have to say is this is what I’m looking to do.One of my favorites to do is to send a fruit basket, always freshly done.Even when I moved out of the area instead of calling a different florist 800 number, I just called them instead.This is a local business and I help support local businesses.12/10 is my rating.

Greenbrook Flowers had a very sweet, helpful receptionist to help me pick out my selection, however, overall this was the worst florist experience I have ever had. My order was so late that the place I sent the order to closed before the flowers ever arrived. I had even called the florist multiple times during the day (when the flowers didn't arrive in the morning) to ensure that the flowers would make it on time at all. I was continuously reassured that "they were going to make the delivery". Not only did the order not make it that morning (when I had ordered them to arrive) but they did not show up at all. After all of this, I was rudely answered when I told the florist that my order was too late. She asked "so what do you want me to do now?" and mentioned that I had told her 30 minutes too early for the closing time anyway (at this time it was already 4:10). Regardless, they were supposed to be delivered that morning and were supposed to be delivered at all. So, I asked for a refund. I would recommend this place if you are hoping to waste your day waiting for something you probably won't get. I have never given a review before but this experience impacted me enough that I had to let others know what they could be signing up for.

This is by far the worst arrangement that I have ever gotten, my husband sent me Flowers for Mothers day and these flowers look like they were taken from someone grave and thrown in a vase. Totally not what he was expecting considering that he is delayed at work and will not make it home for Mothers day and wanted me to have something. I was very disappointed hope that his hard earned money was spent for something that looks so pathetic!

My niece wired a birthday to me today for my birthday, this cost her $125.00 and it is the size of the $35.00 shown on line, now its pretty however its very small.

Very rude and unprofessional. A man yelled and screamed at me after surgery because I informed him that I never received the flowers that were purchased to be delivered to me while I was in the hospital. He hung up in my face after I explained to him that I had been discharged and lived an hour and a half away from the hospital where he claimed the flowers were left at the front desk. He refused to go back to retrieve the flowers from the hospital and would not offer a refund or wire the flowers to my hometown.

Great shop if you want to spend hundreds of dollars for flowers that are never delivered.When you order an arrangement for delivery and they charge you extra for delivery to a funeral you expect it to me delivered. The online form does asked for all delivery information. My co-worker returned today and I could tell he was upset, I asked him if he enjoyed the flowers and he proceeded to tell me we didn't send any. I am furious! Called shop and they stated they couldn't find anyone to deliver them. Really?

My daughter and l went to Greenbrook Flowers to purchase flowers for her teachers today and she was very excited to do it on her own. Upon entering the establishment in the far left corner of a the room we saw a worker sitting down with a customer and the worker leaned back in the chair and looked at us and didn't acknowledge us at all. We walked around a few minutes and we saw other workers as well. A guy sitting behind the counter and others putting arrangements together and still no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed any assistance. My daughter knew what she wanted and didn't see it and she asked me why no one asked to help us or said hello. I told her I'm not sure but we would go somewhere else were she could get what she wanted and love customers. She got to 2 beautiful and fresh bouquets of roses. So I will not be going there again. You are never too busy to say hi to a customer.

Flowers were not delivered until 3:35 pm. Our place of business was closing and the recipient was walking out the door to leave for the day. If you want your recipient to receive flowers in a timely manner, do not use this shop.

If you are wanting a specific arrangement, this is not the place to order. My first birthday without my dad and a specific arrangement was supposed to be delivered as a surprise. The flowers were not even close to what was ordered. I gave the 2 stars generously only because the flowers that were delivered were fresh.

Please don't waste your money with this florist I used them via Your Flowers for deluxe arrangements for my sister in laws 60th and mother in laws 80th birthdays. The person who delivered them called me saying he couldn't find my mother in laws apt, same complex as my sister in laws. He left the flowers at sisters and took cake to mothers, she saw him but he left before she could get to the door. I told him to leave everything at my sisters place since he could find it. Each had cards, yet he took the cake to my mothers. I could have gone to Publix and gotten better flowers for less, than what I paid these people. Dont use Your Flowers if you are in another state or area. Wi not ever use them or this florist again!
