Fondren Pet Salon is WONDERFUL! It’s relatively easy to book appointments. My golden doodle is always well taken care of! If you have a golden doodle I’m sure you’ve experienced groomers that say they are matted and shave them completely, well Fondren Pet Salon does not! She looks beautiful every single time. Prices are VERY reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Fondren Pet Salon is a great place to get your pet groomed. Drop off before 9am and they will be done usually in the early afternoon. Keep in mind, they are usually pretty busy so know that you will likely have to pick from appointments days out from when you call. It’s worth it though, they do great with my long haired Dachshund.

It was Bella’s first time coming to get groomed here and the staff was very sweet and helpful. Bella had a lot of energy and was nervous. Thank you Ms. Lisa for being patient with her.

We love Fondren Pet Salon! I've been a customer since they opened in 2016 and can't imagine going anywhere else. Donna and Teresa have been wonderful with my elderly Standard Poodles and my little rescue Maltipoo. Great grooming, reasonable prices, and staff who love what they do.

I love this pet salon! It was recommended to me by a coworker after telling him our other experiences with others. I’m so happy I tried them out. My boy is rambunctious to say the least but they are so patient and kind. I don’t make appointments anywhere else! We are home!

This place is amazing, They have one of the best dog grooming salons in Jackson! If you have a dog, They should be grooming them. Heyleigh is an amazing groomer, Highly skilled and gentle with the dogs she works with and always leaves the customer and dog satisfied. I highly recommend getting a service from her, It's absolutely worth it.

I don’t always write reviews, but I feel like I need to after our experience today. Today was our first visit to Fondren Pet Salon. WOW… just WOW. My experience started two days ago when I called. I was greeted over the phone with professionalism and friendliness. My daughter and I both had appointments for our pups today. I took both dogs for their appointment…. My mini golden doodle and her standard golden doodle. When I dropped them off I asked if they could be ready by 12:30 - they were. I am so impressed with how our babies looked and smelled. The cuts were perfect and they smelled so so good!!! And our babies seemed happy. They were not begging for water as soon as we got in the car - they had obviously been given water unlike previous groomers. Donna was our groomer and she was so sweet and kind to our pups. I cannot say enough nice things about our visit. As we were leaving Donna - the owner, came over and introduced herself too. I cannot imagine going anywhere else now that we have been to Fondren Pet Salon. Thank you so much!!

The reception is at this location was extremely rude. I was charged for services that I did not get. However the owner was able to smooth things over but the damage was already done.

My dogs love going here. I have not had a negative experience. I take an Aussiedoodle. A poodle mix that is old and blind and a miniature Australian labradoodle. Very satisfied. So glad I found this salon!!

Updated review:I ended up having a very positive experience with Fondren Pet Salon. They took good care of my dog, trimmed him how I asked, and he was happy when arriving and happy when he left. I do think that my negative initial interaction was a fluke and will likely take my dog there again.Old review:Just had a fairly poor interaction with an employee at fondren pet salon. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very short with me, and seemed to speak down to me when I was trying to schedule an appointment for my dog. I do have an appointment and will keep it because some of my friends recommend Fondren Pet Sallon, so I’ll update this review after that, but at the moment, I’m unimpressed.

My dogs love going to Ms Donna! They get so excited when I tell them we are going and when we pull up! That makes my heart happy!!! My dogs are loved here! They do a GREAT job grooming too!

They have shaved/bathed my standard sized labradoodle a few times a year for multiple years now. They do a fantastic job! They are kind and professional. They have very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Fondren Pet Salon!
