Great customer service but store never have items in stock. I believe due to the high shrinkage rate they only order the high priced brand items in order to make up for the loss/ stolen items. That's the only problem, having the demand but no supply.

Came to get measuring cups and the store looks to be open but the doors are locked, no one is coming to the door or answering the phone.

went there to buy toilet paper. that section was totally empty. i mentioned it to cleark. She told me they had plenty in the back but were not allowed to put it out. I will add the clerk was very helpful as I was having trouble using my card, She took it and went thru all the steps from her side of the counter, i didn't have my glasses and could see the instruction very well

Dollar general is more of a general store less of a dollar store. They are one of the fastest growing stores in the country in their sector of business. They generally have a vast product selection and decent prices. Their customer service is decent. It could be much better if they weren't into the latest fad in dollar stores of working a skeleton crew as much as possible. All in all they are a decent place to shop.

Sometimey some time the people are friendly and helpful other time they are not. A lot of the time it's not their fault, cash registers are not working correctly, they don't have change, the credit card machine is down, all out the workers control thats when they let the attitudes roll. That's when you think that's all they selling is attitudes today small, medium and large attitudes

This was my favorite store until 11/6/17. The night manger is the rudest person I have ever encounter in my life. I came in about a phone cards that I purchase the day before and was unable to use. I was accused of stealing. It got so bad with the manger the police had to step in b\c I refused to let her talk to me crazy.

I occasionally go here the store is clean, I like there store brand items. They occasionally have good deals on name brand items on sale, downside mostly only one register opened lines get long at times.

It was very pleasant the cashier was very courteous and polite and professional I love going to Dollar General it saves me a lot of money and they always have what I need I wouldn't choose another store

Very worst customer service/experience ever!!! The cashier was on her phone(speaker on, cursing on the other end), she never acknowledged me when I got to the register or as I was leaving, and worse of all, this woman had her mask sitting below her chin! Horrible! Would leave her name if I could, but she wasn't wearing a name tag...Ugh...

They service is trouble , they never open up on time , they suppose to open up at 8am I been sitting in my car for 25 mins after 8am and they still not open .... when I do shop there they have attitudes and the store manger is RUDE AND VERY CARELESS ; sent her back whatever she came from ! Dollar General you can do better
