This store is always clean. We are always greeted as we enter. The dinner plates are always Hot and taste like good Ole southern home cooking. Highly recommended

This is a great grocery store! They have everything a shopper can possibly want. A salad bar, and popcorn vendor. Fabulous! Clean and offer a large variety of different drinks. Oh I almost forgot sushi bar. The smoked chicken and ribs a must try. A minus. The parking! Extremely small spaces and not enough parking spaces. Worth checking out.

Stopped by two weeks ago after leaving a Doctors appointment, I got hungry and eased on in to Corner Market Deli , Lord have mercy on me, just like back down home in little old Picayune,Mississippi. Absolutely great food .Even though live way out here in Clinton,Mississippi for over 10 years , it’s worth the drive to Fronden in Jackson.

I love ❤️, this location, except for the fact. If you have a question, or a concern. The evening manager is extremely hot headed. His extremely rude to black women. This particular manager is extremely unprofessional dismissive. Overall his customer service needs to be evaluated .I don’t mind paying the extra prices because we should support our local businesses. Customer service is key. No matter who you are in this world.🙏🏽

They improved the place and raised their prices. The place looks very nice. The Deli food is delicious. Keep up the good work. Employees are very nice in all departments. If you see something that isn't in the store,tell the manager and he will order it for you. 😇

No interaction from the employees at all. Manager walked right pass and did not speak. The Cashier Wisdom was on her cell phone no customer greeting or interaction. She didn't even speak. Once my item was rung up she handed me my change and preceded back to her cellphone.

A little taken aback by the customer service here. Nobody was just blatantly rude, but noone makes you feel welcomed either. Lol. But I assume that take their cues from management who does not acknowledge or greet customers. :(

In my experience we've always had good customer and great food. My family has been coming here since 2012. We're from North Mississippi and every time we visit family in Jackson we have to come here! I have to note how they were extremely patient with my 10 year while he ordered. Of course we're coming back.

They have a sushi bar in the air and they have remodeled it looks a whole lot better. The people there are still very nice. Also they still have cooked food there and it is delicious.

When this store was McDade's, it was amazing, but since being bought and renamed Corner Market, I've been inside 3 times and walked out empty handed. The roof is leaking inside, the prices went up, and the ice cream freezer has something wrong with it because every gallon of Blue Bell had ice build up on it. They will not be getting my business.

I have been shopping at McDades around 5 years. Nice and clean store. Managers and some some employees are friendly. A couple of employees will keep walking by if they think you need help. The bakery and meat dept. employees are very friendly and helpful. Cashiers are not real friendly. They will only speak to you if you will speak to them first. Some of them will not utter a word until the end when they tell you how much you owe. I hope one day they will treat everyone with kindness. It means a lot when you see a smiling face. Although a smile can hide a lot of pain and misery. That my friend, is another story. Thank you for reading this!

This place has been here long enough to be a staple in stories I heard from my grandmother.Good selection of just about anything you'd want from a grocery store. Not a huge level of variety, but this will have all your staples covered.IMPORTANT: The beer selection is great for a grocery of its size.

Used to be mcdades and food deli was much better quality food now if you like can greens and other vegetables and fried and baked chicken these are your choices always available other items run out being they start serving 10:30 in the morning

I like the staff, everyone is friendly and you get a real neighborhood feeling. The prices are quite comparable to larger chains, and their selection is surprisingly diverse. They carry many items that I wouldn't have expected to find.They have a pretty great beer selection, with the mix-n-grab packs so you can get as many or as few, and as many types, as you like. I particularly like this.My only word of caution: they don't seem to watch their bakery items or produce very well. Often the produce is old. One several occasions all of their fresh herbs, raspberries, and even GINGER has been moldy. I've brought it to the attention of management many times, and they will remove the front/ top few, but that doesn't solve the problem. I usually avoid most produce from here if I want the freshest.

Great local grocery store. Excellent service and a good selection. Great place for milk and eggs. Vegetable choices aren't always the freshest.Deli makes some mean fried chicken, and they sell smoked rotisserie chickens.

Very impressed with this market in the Fondren area of Jackson. I understood that parts of the movie The Help was filmed inside and at the diner next door. Great selection of meat and vegetables and other staples. Reasonably priced and still hold on to the old fashioned values. You should definitely see the movie and try to pick out the scenes that were filmed there and while you are there get you some fresh groceries for dinner.

Deli lady was rude and argumentative. Then when produce rang up it didn't match price tag. The cashier and manager were both rude and it made me understand that that is the way they run that store.

I had to beg and plead with deli for three pieces of chicken I wanted. I like my chicken fried hard so I picked out three small pieces. The deli lady shook her head and motioned for the entire pan of chicken to be removed. She then fixed me up with two tiny wings and a dry breast. Not pleased. I went back to ask for the three pieces she said it was gone . That’s crazy

Who ever the new cashier is- young white dude with dark curly hair is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional as hell. Not to be confused with the white dude with blonde hair that's been there for years(he's great- I still don't know his name lol).

I went to the customer counter where I waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to help me with stamps. I finally had to call the store while I stood inside and a cashier within eye shot answered the phone. I looked at her surprised that she hadn't acknowledged my presence before the phone call since I had observed her line empty at one point during my wait. I asked her about the stamps and she they were out.
