Quick service. Price was alright. We ordered Fudge Brownie and Katie’s Crunch. The fudge brownie was really moist and hot. Delish. Katie’s Crunch was really sweet. Kinda reminds me of butter pecan ice cream.

One of my favorite places for frozen dessert! Their custard is top tier. I love their snow cones. I recommend that you get a snow cone stuffed with custard, and topped with sweet cream!

Great concrete! The hot fudge was delicious! They put good chunks of fresh bananas and a TON of cookie dough. My wife loved it, I though there was too much of cookie dough. A little small for the price, in my opinion. But I'm used to Ted Drewes in St Louis, but it was voted best in the world, so it's hard for anything to compare :)

I loved the Classic Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream bowl. It had real pound cake, real strawberries and whipped cream on top. It was truly scrumptious!!! If I get a chance to go back to Jackson, MS, I would order it again! The service was great!

The pecan cobbler with ice cream was so amazing!!! 😋 We had peanut butter and turtle also and everyone was happy with what they had. Good customer service experience and great product!

Snapping Turtle addicts of the world unite, Lol. Creamy, smooth ice cream/custard. Every bite is a scrumptious perfect blend of chocolate sauce and nut layers. Don't forget the whipped cream and cherry on top plz! If I lived closer to Bops I would be in serious trouble.

always love frozen custard, occasionally they will get it too cold and you have trouble drinking a malt and have to let it warm up. but most times its great, need to fix the hole in the pavement in the drive thru its been there too long

The first time we went here was after Hurricane Ida and it was something we've been thinking of having ever since. Luckily, we were able to stop by recently on a roadtrip and it was just as good as ever.My wife always gets the apple cobbler a la mode and I got Strawberry Patch. Hits the spot every time. I love this place but some of the people there don’t work just talk and play. I sent in side became the drive through was wrap around the building, I go inside with 4 males talking and playing in the back. I wait for 20 minutes in line and all they done was look at me and walked away never said a word

Taste was Average. Got the strawberry shortcake. Price was fair. The server at the window was very sweet though, gave my dog a pup cup, so I gave her a tip. Yes, fast food servers appreciate tips, too. Loved they played Christian music over the speakers, too. Bless.

Please avoid this place on a Sunday. I ordered a strawberry shortcake and the cake was hard. I had to circle back and they remade it. Same thing It’s Super Packed and the line is wrapped. Go to the one in Flowood. Also they didn’t give me a receipt.

It was my 1st visit to experience the fantastic treats at Bop's Frozen Custard. I didn't know what to expect. It was wonderful. Creamy, smooth, sweet and satisfying. I reccomend trying it and exploding flavors. Happy and satisfied with the varieties.

Really love the turtle sundae! Wish there were more custard flavors. It's also kind of expensive in my opinion, but worth it if you only go every once in awhile.

Custard was not even frozen hard enough if you turn it upside down it will run out of the cup. On the menu it said it was thicker than regular ice cream but no sir they are mistaken. I got the Hawaiian custard not enough nuts on it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Best local ice cream shop. They don't really sell ice cream though, rather custard. Most of the treats are good. I regularly get the Pecan Fudge Sundae. Their ward treats are good too; chili dogs and tamales. I personally do not like their ice cream sandwiches though. The cookie is way too hard.

I just purchased a pecan fudge brownie from the County Line Rd location and it was excellent! No complaints at all! It’s way better than when I get it from the Flowood location. Kudos to Bops on County Line!!

I'm not from here so I often have family visiting from out of town and whenever they come they always want to go to Bob's. Food was great 😋 The line was long but the manager came out to the car and took our order so that it was ready when we arrived at the window. Fantastic experience

I have been eating at Bops for years. Yesterday I drove in from North MS and decided to get a custard with Oreos and cookie dough pieces. The ice cream was delicious. However, the customer service by Nathan and employee there was down right disrespectful and disgusting. He was not friendly and got an attitude after asking what was wrong with him. I will not by any means necessary spend my money where the staff is not respectful. After speaking to the manager, he did apologize for his behavior.

My order was pure disappointment. I ordered a concrete Anna Banana and a vanilla cone. The concrete was far from what it was supposed to be. Instead of a nice thick custard that I could scoop through, I got a half melted, soupy mess with the banana not even being throughly chopped up. Half of the banana was left completely whole. It feels as if they purposely deceived me by adding a nice slice of each fruit on the top to hide the mess beneath. The ice cream for the cone was not as cold as it was supposed to be as well. I do not recommend anyone go here for an overpriced mess.

We love our Jackson County Line Bop's and so does our pup! Be sure to sign up for the text message so you know about $2 days. At Christmas the last couple of years, they've had half price gift certificates (not good on $2 days though). Did I say how yummy the treats are? Cobbler À la mode and Pecan Brownie À la mode are my favorites. Speciality Concretes are my family's. Pup likes the puppy treat.

Bop's Frozen Custard is a really well run local buisness having been around for over 20 years. Ther service is kind and the slection of frozen custard and ice cream is highly diverse. The custard has a fine texture that is unique with regards to ice-cream. There could be slightly clearer explanation of what has peanuts for those with allergies.I can reccomend for those wanting a sweet dessert.

Bops is a great local frozen custard and ice cream shop. They have a decent variety of flavors and customer service is great. Many locations also sell Tonys Tamales and other food fare.
